A lovely setting among trees & very clean room. Has tea kettle. No wash cloths. Needs rubber mat in shower. Bed was comfortable.. Food - had a nice dinner that was as organized as possible for a crowd. Breakfast- was very good. Especially Enjoyed porridge, yogurt, fruit & eggs. was happy to see the liver type of brood coffee. It was efficient and tasty. T he birds are so wonderful I can hear them inside the room..

Dear Operations Manager, I am writing to address the serious issue regarding the rooms allocated to us during our stay. Both of our families booked Classic Family Rooms for the same price, yet the rooms we were assigned—3140 and 3223—are drastically different in size and amenities. Room 3140, where our friends are staying, is substantially larger, featuring a super king-sized bed, two sofas, a large table, and ample walking space that easily accommodates three large suitcases. In contrast, our room, 3223, has a small double bed that barely fits two people, only one sofa, and a much smaller table. The room feels extremely cramped, with barely any space for even one large suitcase. When we brought this issue to the attention of your staff, they could clearly see the significant difference between the two rooms. However, they continued to insist that the difference was only ”slightly big.” One staff member even suggested that if we were unhappy, we should leave the hotel and find alternative accommodations. This response is wholly unacceptable, especially considering we traveled all the way from London and finding a last-minute hotel is highly impractical. Additionally, the phone in our room is not working, further adding to our inconvenience and frustration. We are very disappointed by the service we have received so far and hope that you can address this situation promptly to ensure our stay is more enjoyable. Totally not worth it for what we paid.
