We stayed for 2 nights in the large attic room with en suite shower. The room was really comfortable and a great rain shower. What made it memorable over other places at the lower end of the price range were the little things like 2 touch sensitive bedside lights both with USB ports, ample tasty tea and coffee available, good internet connection, hairdryer and an extra electric heater as the room was huge with SO MANY power sockets. A great low price room at the back of the hotel so very quiet and great sunset view, with parking on site at £5 a day but we had no problem finding on street parking within 4 minutes walk.

With this hotel you will get what you paid for. It is really close to the pier and offers an amazing location, however don’t come here expecting a premium 5* hotel experience.
It gets the job done and the mattresses were comfier then expected.
For a short term stay it could be a good option, especially if you want to save some money compared to other hotels

Nice hotel in good location next to the Brighton Dome and short walk to The Lanes and the seafront.
Our initial room wasn't great - v.small and some electrical issues and nowhere to work from with a laptop - the hotel was fully booked but the management kindly offered us an upgrade to the suite at a preferred rate which was gratefully accepted and went the extra mile to install a desk and chair which made things so much easier on our 5 night stay.
Great coffee shop on the premises is a bonus.
I get the feeling they were short staffed on the cleaning front, which i won't complain about as it seems to be a common problem across the UK.
Overall a good comfortable stay and the suite was a good size with round bed, bath and walk in shower. A panoramic view provides plenty of light into the room. nice.

Had a wonderful stay in The Courtyard Suite. The room was clean and the kitchentte had everything we needed to cook a few meals. We were sent a wonderful guide before our stay with details of how to find the place, how to check-in, as well as lots of lovely local recommendations for both activities and places to eat. We had a little garden with table and chairs and it was so lovely to be able to sit outside to eat out meals. There were three of us and we had plenty of space however the room does sleep four and if we had had to pull out the extra bed we think it might've been a bit squashed however for the location it would've totally been worth it had there been four of us. For the amenities and wonderful location the we felt the price was very fair. All in all we will definitely be returning as we had a wonderful stay!

Room 46 Single and on the 3rd floor. Great welcome on arrival. Clean comfortable and quiet. Good selection of TV channels and plenty of milk for tea and coffee etc. Hot water clean towels and a peaceful night. I stayed on a Tuesday night so no cabaret below but this hotel is above a Cabaret bar so I can imagine this will impact anyone who stays over the weekend. Earplugs are provided and it is very central so is very convenient right on the sea front. I only needed one night as was visiting friends nearby so for my needs it was perfect. No fridge in room but hairdryer kettle ironing board and iron. Great value for money compared to other hotels in the area.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaReally lovely welcome when I arrived. I was early but the room was ready. Comfortable bed had a good night's sleep. I had dinner reservations elsewhere but then came back to the bar for coffees and a chat in the lobby with my son and his student friends theyu were warmly welcomed too. Didn't have the breakfast BUT had an amazing Afternoon Tea overlooking the sea with a friend.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed for one night and i will definitely stay again. Our room was clean , nice bed and crisp linen. Bathroom was immaculate except for an unsightly overflow in the bath and this wasnt dirty just didnt look very nice. Lovely breakfast and the staff were helpful and friendly.

PPengguna TetamuI was pleased to find that the Leonardo was right next to Brighton train station. Just what a weary traveller needed! The staff on reception were friendly and let me check in early after my suitcase had been misplaced at an airport. The room was light, airy and you couldn't hear the trains. It was clean, spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. The hotel is close to the town so easy to walk to the shops, pubs, clubs and seafront. I will be returning to the Leonardo ☺️

We saw a free drag show one evening in the bar downstairs. The only annoying thing was the room card keys kept not working which was so irritating. LGBT friendly.

NNukashuSuch a fabulous hotel with close proximity to the places we planned to visit. The service is fabulous. we received cookies at check-in and the room was very spacious. We all enjoyed a great time in the pool and spa and a good night sleep. Parking is £25 a day for hotel residents. The breakfast is excellent.

PPengguna TetamuWe were due to stay here on the 12th August 2022 for 2 nights but just less than 48 hours before we had to rush our son into hospital due to appendicitis! I tried to cancel the room and get our money back but it was too late and I just thought in the scheme of things I was happy that we had taken my son into hospital just in time and he had his operation Saturday morning. I spent 4 days in hospital devastated for my son but also that he missed his holiday too. I thought I’d try and email the owner and appeal to them regarding how unfortunate we were that due to no fault of our own that we’d have to lose our money. Mark could not have been more accommodating. He responded to my messages/emails and helped me receive a refund through the booking agent. If you’re looking for a reliable, dependable and customer focused place to stay - then Ei8ht Brighton is a fantastic place to start.

PPengguna TetamuBooked a deluxe double room for £127.00 for a night. Arrived to find we had to pay £50 (damage) deposit before we could get in. First time ever! The location didnt have a reception but a door entry system. Which went to a mobile phone with a full mailbox! Stood outside in the cold for 45 minutes. Finally found someone who worked in the spa. They tried to help but would not give contact numbers. Got in to the property and was given the key box number which was on the room door!! Room was cold, damp, small with a bunk bed arrangement. Light was painted over and falling out of the ceiling, Wardrobe was a metal cabinet found in a workshop! Radiator was not working and an electric substitue was in the room but didnt look safe. The power socket which the tele was supposed tobe plugged into was falling out of the wall. There was a fake nail on the bed. The shower room had a smell and although relatively clean had staining in the shower. We finally got a number for one of the hotels other locations in Brighton from a website. The receptionist was friendly. We explained the issue that the room was not as advertised or paid for. They explained that the computor system was to fault!!! No other rooms were available and suggested contacting another hotel in the Brighton area which they sent us the details for. We had to pay a premium rate well above our origonal book for the second hotel. The receptionist for Otto Breeze did refund out £50damage deposit on the day and the staff at the spa were helpful (although not allowed to supply information). We received a refund for the total amount of £127.00 but this was a stressful experience.
