It was a nice hotel on the whole, but the room had water/damp stains on the wall and could have been cleaned better (few hairs and dust etc). Staff were all very friendly and the facilities were average, as you would expect from a budget hotel.

I decided to spend a weekend in Bristol and I couldn't choose a better location for my stay! Premier Suites Bristol Redcliffe is conveniently located in City Centre. The apartment is equipped with everything you will need during your stay and everything was cleaned up to standards. Accessing the apartment is easy and you always have either the Reception or Security to help you, when you need.

酒店是一座非常古老的建築，有些像民宿，設施很古老。古老的電梯古老的房間設施，房間比較大床比較軟，也比較乾淨！雖然窗子很小，衛生間也比較大有獨立的浴缸，洗髮水沐浴露！酒店樓下就是一個酒吧，前台接待的女士很有禮貌，友好，請注意，酒店房間隔音極差極差極差，隔壁房間所有的活動都可以聽的一清二楚，晚上酒吧的嘈雜聲也非常影響休息

Lokasi sangat baik, di seberang jalan adalah bangunan sekolah undang-undang, di atas bukit besar yang terkenal, tenang dalam bising, taman di luar hotel sangat selesa, sarapan pagi adalah baik.
Biliknya agak kecil, kemudahannya lama, dan tiada tempat letak kereta percuma.

Excellent stay at boutique hotel. All staff superb and helpful especially Howard Jones, Reception Manager. Went out of his way to assist us. Also had a good sense of humour! Bedroom great. Bathroom spotless. Breakfast included in our rate was ideal. Highly recommend.

Location perfect for accessing Bristol - and just off the M5. Parking free. Rooms quiet, clean & warm and beds extremely comfortable with beautiful pillows. Fantastic shower. We would also highly recommend the integral Black Sheep pub serving delicious continental breakfasts (the pain aux raisins were to die for) as well as traditional English bacon/ sausage butties. The staff were, without exception, polite and efficient. We are fussy when it comes to where we stay but we honestly would not hesitate in giving our 2 night stay a 10/10.

I had a delightful breakfast here. Not only is the building a nice blend of traditional architecture with modern sensibilities but prompt service, good banter with two of the serving staff (I believe their names were Megan and Taylor) and a big breakfast that lived up to it's name left me walking out with a smile!

PPengguna TetamuOur first time stay at this hotel, and probably our last. Didn’t like the parking arrangements at all. You can only use the reception parking for a few minutes. Then having to park a few minutes walk away AND pay quite a bit for it(although discounted), just isn’t good enough for a newish 4 star hotel. Especially when there appeared to be loads of unused car parking behind. How did that get agreed? Hotel itself is quite nice, staff very friendly, breakfast a bit pricey at £13 if booked the night before and even more so for £16 in the morning. Think we’ll be trying a few of the others nearby next time.

Being part of Marriott Bonvoy means the recently refurbished hotel has higher standards than others: spacious shiny lobby, seating areas, well-served restaurants and all the extra amenities.
Unlike many other places working by the clock, the restaurant received our late arrival and food order, enjoyed over watching Match of the Day. The staff were particularly impressive.
Important to me it had a terrace to the restaurant on the first floor. It looks over nothing much but urban concrete and the roundabout but it allows me to have my smoke respectfully!
The room is spacious, has a personalised TV welcoming the guests by name but its smart features unfortunately didn’t work (yet) so no Netflix for us that night! Thank God, there was not just the Holy Bible but also the Book of Mormons on the right hand bedside table!

PPengguna TetamuThe most enjoyable food I had was in River Grill restaurant and the room with a nice harbor view. I would say that this is one of the best hotels in Bristol. They really look after you and always make sure that you have a great time. I had complimentary early check-in with an upgrade, which really made me feel welcomed. I will be back very soon, in June.

PPengguna TetamuGreat location, a couple of minutes walk to Bristol departures/arrivals. The check-in and check-out was easy and the staff were very friendly and polite. The amenities in the room was fine. Most hotels these days do decaffeinated tea & coffee and even a range of herbal teas or hot chocolate which I was surprised to find was not an option in the room, just English breakfast tea and regukar nescaffe sachets. The room was really nice, very clean and comfortable, big enough for the suitcases as well. We didn't have hot water for the shower which was a shame. We were in a rush to check-in for our flight so didn't bring it to the attention of the staff. The breakfast had a good range of options, sweet, savoury & healthy. We would stay again for any night-time/early morning flights.

Bit chilly in the evening, an electric heater was provided but did not work. I discovered later that none of the (10!!) plug sockets in the room worked.

PPengguna TetamuWe had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad.
The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.
