My long suffering wife booked a spa day at the Ringwood for our 19th wedding anniversary. I have never been to a Spa before and wasn’t sure what to expect. We arrived at the Spa and was greeting by lovely staff who explained everything we needed to know about our day. We had afternoon tea at the coach house, this was lovely and filling. We then had an illuminate body glow mud patch massage, this was 50 minutes of bliss resulting in me being relaxed and falling asleep 😴 . We had a 3 course evening meal at the coach house which was beautiful. Fresh, full of flavour, good portions and served well. I’m surprised at the negative reviews. We had an executive room which was good but not great. It was clean and comfy. Overall a great experience which I am keen to repeat. Thank you team Ringwood.

I have used this place a few times for groups. This time they really fell short. There is no one in charge. Very difficult to speak to a manager. Issues with the restaurant. Short staffed. Food was too salty. Soya sauce based dishes were not edible. No one asked when sent back unfinished if there was an issue. Only robots delivering food and very inexperience staff. Couldn't order more drinks in good time. Breakfast is buffet and is very basic. Ok. It is clean. However, for £250 a room I think that it is overpriced. Thank goodness for Trip.com much better rate 2 days before the event. Baths do not drain. Taps and fittings are loose or not finished properly. Poor customer service overall, despite having 5 rooms in our group and dinner for 10. Said they would call me back. Which they have not. That was after speaking to a man who said that he was not the manager, had only worked there for 8 weeks, yet told me that I was not familiar with the service industries! Such a shame. Will have to find somewhere else next time. Not a hint of a smile or an apology or anything to say that he would feed back. 🤷

Better than expectation Large room and acceptable cleanness

The casa is a very nice hotel to stay in. Check in quick and efficient and courteous staff as always. Plenty of parking spaces on site. Room has air conditioning and a good bath room with power shower. Tea and coffee available with a mini fridge for milk and water included. We had booked breakfast but completely forgot breakfast finished at 9am on a monday. I'm hoping that maybe next time we may be able to use this feature. Though to be fair we should have ordered to the room the night before for a small £5. A enjoyable stay nothing more to add.

Very pleasant and helpful staff excellent location . Ironing facilities a little basic but as expected. Will definitely stay again as very convenient and central for sightseeing and shopping
