Excellent location, very friendly staff. Room was very clean, shower was great! Breakfast included in the stay which included a decent range of food, they also had ‘to go’ bags and cups which I thought was a nice touch! Overall perfect for a business trip!

This is such a beautiful building, with all the features you would expect from an older establishment. It has an excellent location within walking distance to town. Food is delicious and varied. However, the real excellence is the dedication, hard work and attention to detail that every single member of staff take to make you as welcome and comfortable as possible. Everyone we encountered was ready with a smile. On a personal note, The Lismoyne have just hosted our wedding and we couldn't be happier. They accommodated our requests without hesitation and easily made this an amazing experience, for both us and all of our guests. Big thanks to one and all but especially Kim and Sheila.

A true paradise for children! • So thoughtfully designed, with every detail catered to families. • The splash park is amazing. • Brilliant food options. • The kids’ passports are such a lovely touch. • The room details on arrival are incredible. • The grounds are stunning, and the kids’ club is fantastic. It’s such a magical place for a family getaway, even if just for one night. My only wish? One more restaurant. But aside from that, I absolutely love my trips here!

Depressing place at motorway services. I had asked for a quiet room as I was travelling for work. One had not been given however the front desk gentleman was happy to move me. It proved to be a false economy though, since the noise from the room above was extremely annoying. I’m not sure what some people seem to do in hotel rooms – sounded like they were just pacing up and down between seven and midnight! Otherwise a clean and basic stay. Bed reasonably comfortable. Won’t stay again as I’ve stayed here two or three times now and I’ve never been really satisfied.

What a beautiful and historic building this is the gardens are immaculate and the minute you step through the reception area you feel like you’ve gone back in history!! The minute you step into your room you want to go and explore the rooms the ceilings with paintings everywhere you look you are just in awe of the hotel We never ate in the restaurant however we did have room service staff were extremely polite. If there was one negative it would be that the room had the radiators that would only come on when the hotel was heated up so I did have to ask for a fan as the room was cold but we were brought one up before had time to put the phone down nothing was too much trouble for the team. Sam Montague Reception manager was extremely helpful friendly and went above and beyond our expectations couldn’t make our stay special enough and upon leaving Jo on the desk was so friendly and polite too. Sam is a credit to your hotel 👌 We will definately return Anna and Daren Oughton

Not our first time here - we always choose the Bush when we're in the area and there's always a warm welcome from the whole team from front of house to the servers. There was a wedding party in the hotel when we arrived - we were thoughtfully given a quiet room at far end of the top floor. From the door of the Bush you have the pretty town of Farnham to explore and further field into East Hampshire.

Easy booking and check in. Room was great and clean. Had a fridge and other nice touches.

I stayed in room 3 on the ground floor and I thought the experience as a whole was alright, gets the job done if that’s all you need. There were some things I thought were a bit strange however. The shower was the main thing, it was stuck on full power which was crazy fast. It also didn’t stay in place because it was so powerful and kept turning into the wall. When I had pointed it facing out, it would point to the window (which was in the shower) and begin to fill up the window sill. Additionally, the sliding door had broken and it was replaced with a flimsy shower curtain which Barry managed to cover the gap. The room was a little dark but other than that was fine. The bed was fine too. Dinner is room service or you can have it in the bar area if you’d like. There isn’t a restaurant however and the bar area isn’t incredibly suitable for a meal with a family, fine on my own though. The menu consisted of pub food and each item was between £11-15 for the majority. There is a pizza and alcohol deal for £15 which is what I had, which was fine. Breakfast was £11.75 I think and was a buffet in one of the service rooms and was pretty good. Overall I think my experience was pretty poor but the room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and polite
