Excellent service from arrival to departure. The front office officer was very attentive and professional, she organized and met above my expectations. She was very meticulous and helpful. Breakfast set up was impressive with good services too. Am very impressed with high hygienic standards from guest room to cafe for bfast though is one night transit. I will continue to support Sheraton when return to London. Excellent!!

Fast and cheerful check in decent food and wine served by great staff. Basic room but clean with comfy bed and good TV. Limited breakfast choice but all cooked well. Perfect after a nerve jangling trip with lacklustre BA.

Conveniently located right next to long term parking and connected by Heathrow Pod to Terminal 5. Bed is surprisingly comfy. Room is small but that’s not too much of an issue for a transit hotel. Staff can appear emotionless but that’s also understandable - customers are mostly transient in nature so why would the staff invest any emotion in them?

We booked this hotel for our 4 day trip to London as it was so much cheaper than anywhere else, included buffet breakfast and a kitchen so we could save money on food! The service was good, the suite was great and we were pleased to find out (sadly on the last day) that we could request vegetarian sausages. The only (slight) issue is that the dishwasher in the room had not been assembled fully…

Pro's and con's for this hotel are at the opposite ends of the spectrum. The gentleman who greeted us at checkout was polite, helpful and happy. The member of staff who woke us up banging on the next door room at 6am. Not so much. After what felt like 5 minutes of loud banging outside our door and over 20 knocks at 6am both me and my wife were very much awake. I answered the door to a member of staff who said he was trying to wake the next room. I joked that our room were all awake and he just continued banging as loud as he could on the door. I did let the reception know and they acknowledged that this wasn't normal. The management however dismissed this complaint. I do think that most long haul flyers value their sleep, but that is the hotels policy apparently. In the morning we needed to print our COVID test results and the reception staff acted like a McDonald's worker who you have just asked for additional ketchup sachets. Breakfast however is great, a good spread of hot and cold foods and good coffee too. The sports lounge is an ideal spot to wait in before you head to the airport to check in too.

the hotel is super clean and quiet. the location is great, very close to Heathrow Airport, with only about 7mins car ride from Terminal 2, which cost me 16 pounds taking the black cab. you can even see the runway through out the window if your room is in good position (mine is. the breakfast is great too, with many options and all taste good.

Murphy, who was our waitress in Executive Lounge was very friendly, approachable and very personable. all needs tended to very professionally and smiled throughout. a credit to the Radisson Red and the company as a whole. well done, keep smiling.

Very close to Heathrow terminals 3 and 2. Hopper bus takes you quickly there. Rooms are clean and nice. Service desks are very helpful and in the most part pleasant.
