Hotel terbaik di Hounslow

I'm not sure what the bad reviews are all about! I have stayed here with friends a couple of times several years ago and the hotel was decent enough back then, but upon returning this past weekend it has improved immensely and is even better. Customers now have access to the pool and spa facilities on site, and the rooms appear to have been renovated (the one we stayed in, 414, at least!). The decor is lovely, the rooms are large and comfortable, with a big TV and a comfortable bed. For anybody wondering, the air conditioning worked perfectly and blew ice cold or toasty warm at the touch of a button. The bathroom was very modern, with a large powerful shower. The hotel itself is based very close to a tube station, and is in close proximity to the town centre which has lots of shops and cafes, etc. the staff were all very friendly, and we would definitely book this hotel again in the future. The only slight drawback is that parking is very limited in the hotel's carpark, so it is worth planning where to park in advance, but don't let this put you off, there are numerous nearby car parks available.

Mengapa anda tidak memberi saya bilik yang lebih baik? Sudah tentu, saya bangun pada tengah malam dan tersandung di tandas. Dan tiada telefon di dalam bilik, jadi saya pergi ke meja depan untuk bertanya apa-apa. Isyarat wifi hilang sebaik sahaja pintu bilik ditutup. Kalau nak guna wifi tak boleh tutup pintu. Anda boleh bertemu dengan mana-mana bunga pelik,

Stayed here for a couple of months, complained a lot on the room and the noise nothing was done complained to the staff on different occasions. Staff are poolite and friendly, pirce great, staff are nice room is clean but noise and depending on where you are in the hotel can be unbearable with overhead planes and general loud noises from guests.

酒店很新，浴室夠大，床也不是很軟，很舒服，周邊配套齊全，吃飯購物地鐵都非常方便！可以做飯，餐具齊全，非常推薦！前台MELANIE小姐姐很熱情，服務很棒！！

Bathroom stank of wee and the guests around the room were extremely noisy. I know that it's the festive season so I can't be upset about the guests but the wee smell is unacceptable. Was very unimpressed overall. Just a room!

The convenient location and friendly service makes this an ideal base to explore London. The rooms are also very spacious and clean.
