We just spent a few days at the Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel in Coventry England. Michele and I were absolutely delighted and impressed with the level of hospitality and customer service that I felt compelled to write about our experience . From the moment we arrived and throughout our stay , we were provided with the most amazing service and had a wonderful experience with the beverage manager, Franklin, our waitress, Gowri, and our beverage controller, Aslam. From the moment we checked in we found all the staff friendy greeted with smile and eye contact, the room was spotless we ate at the hotel in the evening took advantage of the 3 course set meal deal that was good value.Breakfast was very good plenty to choose from. We used the complimentary transfer to the airport and again the driver was very friendly and helpful . Overall a great stay and will be using this hotel again in September.

Every member of the Hilton Team we met during our stay were fabulous- receptionist, bar staff, executive lounge team, Brightsmith Restaurant, house keeping, breakfast, concierge - all keen to help, have a pleasant chat and a laugh- yet continue to work and remain professional - very tuned in to guests and the guest experience. A credit to themselves and the hotel. Our room was exceptionally clean and I have to say the bed and pillows were the best I have ever slept in, amazing. The hotel was busy which added to the atmosphere and buzz. Yet the bedrooms were really quiet. In my opinion The Metropole has the edge over other hotels. We stayed here a few years ago and it still has that 'plush' appeal, it is a treat to stay here - it was like coming home and we intend not leave it so long before we return again. Thank you all.

Great location for people who is exhibiting in the Birmingham NEC center,room has spectacular lake view and clear path to the center entrance.

Service was as always very good. Room was ridiculously hot and we couldn’t turn the heating off unless we turned all the power off including the lights. They brought us a fan though and we couldn’t have expected more as it was very late at night by the time we got back to the room

A huge hotel with fabulous staff. We had booked two rooms for our one night stay but I double booked I spoke to Charlotte who sorted it all for us and to sort out the refund. Very clean hotel the rooms are lovely super showers in the bathroom lots of towels. You had to pick a time to have breakfast But that was fine. Breakfast was a buffet style and with a couple of other options. Friendly staff who cant do enough for you. Parking in the underground hotel car park was reassuring that your not in a huge public car park.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after staying at Royal Square Hotel, I felt compelled to share my positive experience. I saw quite a few negative reviews beforehand, and I was a little skeptical, but my stay turned out to be really enjoyable! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. What stood out to me the most was their Park and Fly option – such a fantastic deal! It’s affordable and incredibly convenient, especially for travelers looking to save on parking fees. Everything about the process was smooth and easy. I had no issues during my stay, and I’ll definitely be coming back. It’s a hidden gem in my opinion, and I highly recommend giving it a try despite the reviews you might see. I had a great time!

Hotel very convenient to NEC. Also had EV chargers which was extremely helpful and we could leave the car parked until we finished at the show the following day after check out for £15. Breakfast options including vegetarian if asked for.

Great hotel to stay in if you are traveling for work. Pool and jacuzzi is always a bonus. Great food in the Burgundy restaurant, but don't order Tiramusu (it's too creamy, no taste of coffee or alcohol - very bad)! Staff members are friendly, let us stay for an extra hour, which was nice.

I stayed here for one night with my daughters as we were visiting the NEC the following day. The property was easy to find and the online guest book made it so easy to prepare for the stay. The house is beautiful and our room (triple- double/single) was beautifully decorated and clean. Coffee/tea facilities were well-stocked, but an honesty fridge on the landing enables you to purchase cold drinks too (fantastic idea!). We had to order breakfast the night before, but this makes so much sense to avoid time-wasting and food wastage! Breakfast was delicious and hot, with more toast and drinks offered if necessary. Parking is secure and the area was lovely for an autumnal stroll. Our host was kind and attentive. Overall, a great place to stay! We will definitely be back!
