Everything about our stay was fantastic: staff, bed, room, facilities, ambience, breakfast, parking, location, Just a perfect London base. Very handy Elizabeth Line tube station just few minutes walk away. Whether going into central London, visiting people in local vicinity, going to Wembley Stadium or similar, perfect for all! Thank you very much, we will be back!

To be honest, the hotel is good for its price in London. Very suitable if you are taking flight to Heathrow. Also if you wanna explore London in a budget.
The is a sisha smoking set up during the night, which gives unsafe vibes. However, during my stay I didn't have any hassles. There were few noises that disturb the sleep.

It wasn’t a bad little place to stay but a bit expensive for the location and where it was. I got moved from one room to another and I wish they’d just given me the original room I booked instead to begin with. I’d just competed a five hour journey and had got lost as I couldn’t find the hotel to begin with so it wasn’t fun to move rooms as well. Otherwise it was okay after that. The tube station was less than 6 mins away from this hotel so why google and booking com couldn’t explain this, was confusing. I do think it needs to be highlighted that this hotel isn’t in London’s centre and it is near a tube station but this isn’t clear according to google. Apart from that, the staff were nice and helpful but it would have been nice to have breakfast provided.

The Hotel was very clean & based on a perfect road with much public vehicles. The only bad thing was, that the TV was not a smart tv and we could not connect a phone. The elevator broke on our second day of our 6 days trip but it was still fine. Would come back.

Absolutely brilliant hotel,staff especially Monica who went that extra mile for us.The room was spotless and the room facilities are excellent.we stayed in room 1 for disabled access the fridge was a nice touch and the coffee machine and bottled water came in very handy.The transport links to Piccadilly Circus were great from near by North Ealing tube line.But what really made our stay enjoyable was the lovely Monica a clear asset to the hotel,she made us feel like a VIP . Thanks for being a great hotel,we will definitely book and stay again.

MMC ShiGood location. Minutes of walk to Ealing common and walkable to Ealing Broadway. Easy to reach the hotel from airport. The bar downstairs serves good fish and chip. Hotel rate is reasonable and friendly front desk staffs. I stay in this hotel every time when on business trip to Ealing

HHelenLovely hotel, on the central line so easy to get into central London but also not far off the m4 so don't have to drive through London to get to it either! Parking included made the stay really easy, breakfast was really good quality and plenty of options. Room was lovely, good size and quiet. Shower was lovely. Complimentary drinks - fancy teas and coffees and bottled water. Overall really pleasant.

OORD_We had a fantastic one night stay here! The room was a great size, staff were all very friendly and helpful, the bar staff were also superb. We also added breakfast to stay and we were really impressed with this a great price for what you get definitely worth doing! we also very much enjoyed the standard 12pm check out, at least from our experiences most other places have an earlier check out making you feel rushed sometimes so this being slightly later is great. Overall had a wonderful stay here and would stay again without a second thought.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaHotel is located right next to North Acton Station. Very convenient to head to town. It only takes 20 mins on the circle line to reach Marble Arch Station.
They serve both hot and cold breakfast. The usual cereals, fruits, yogurt, toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and baked beans. Their croissant is very nice.
Rooms are spacious, had a sofa in the room and bed is comfortable too.
I stayed fir 5 nights and it was an excellent choice. I will stay here again considering the rate that we paid and their servuce and amenities are good.

PPengguna TetamuI stay with the IHG group every week and one hotel stay rolls into another. However tonight's stay deserves a positive review thanks to young man on reception called Joshua. I arrived at the hotel extremely early, just after 14:00 and understandly my room was not yet ready. Joshua gave me a drinks voucher and set me up in the downstairs bar / restaurant. It's comfy and quiet down there and I was able to get on with some work. Once my room was ready I discovered that I had been upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Then later in the evening Joshua was kind enough to bring me up a fan along with a key that allowed him to open the windows. So often you're just another number, but not tonight. Joshua was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will use this hotel as often as possible and recommend it to others.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a very bad experience at the Hotel Parc in Paris, and we arrived at the Holiday Inn in London, we were a little scared, but thank God it was an incredible experience, since we arrived, the Welcome was excellent, your Admission staff was incredible , polite, with a smile that filled us with confidence, then when we went to the rooms... incredible, a total cleanliness, but more than all the atmosphere since we arrived and its staff that I give it a 100. What happiness and tranquility we they gave. We plan to travel again with my children and we will definitely book at this hotel again. Dora

PPengguna Tetamu位置偏遠，周邊除了一家小超市，基本沒有商業；不提供一次性洗漱用品；如果睡眠質量差不建議入住；一直會有火車聲音（好像12點左右結束，到凌晨4點多又開始了）；最大優點就是交通便利，就在地鐵皮卡迪利線諾斯菲爾德站出口對面，到希斯羅機場好像6,7站（20分鐘內能到）；到市區大概還有10幾站（30分鐘左右到國王十字），另外早餐是意外驚喜，7磅一位，自助早餐，飲料咖啡，麪包，水果，蛋糕等很齊全，這個早餐性價比不錯，建議辦理入住時購買（現場買9磅一位）

PPengguna TetamuStayed here for 1 night as taking part in RideLondon and I wanted somewhere with nearby parking and tube access, this fitted the bill After reading reviews I was a bit concerned, but for the price I was paying and the fact I would be leaving in the early hours I took the chance On arrival its in a nice area, and the outside was clean. I got allocated my room on 1st floor at front. The room had all the basic facilities I needed and the bed was comfy enough, however it was very small (not really an issue) and was very dated. Needing to go to bed early, I was concerned about traffic noise outside, however room had a decent fan so I was able to shut window. The hotel is a short walk to ealing town centre with a tube station and plenty of shops. With the exception of my bathroom (which looked brand new) the whole hotel desperately needs modernisation, the paintwork and decor is run down. Hotel has potential I would possibly stay here again but not as a 1st choice
