Lovely hotel, on the central line so easy to get into central London but also not far off the m4 so don't have to drive through London to get to it either! Parking included made the stay really easy, breakfast was really good quality and plenty of options. Room was lovely, good size and quiet. Shower was lovely. Complimentary drinks - fancy teas and coffees and bottled water. Overall really pleasant.

The Hotel was very clean & based on a perfect road with much public vehicles. The only bad thing was, that the TV was not a smart tv and we could not connect a phone. The elevator broke on our second day of our 6 days trip but it was still fine. Would come back.

LLucile’sHotel room size is decent, however the noise insulation is quite bad. I could hear people walking and talking loud in the corridor in the morning which affected my sleeps. Also we found a sim card on the bed when we checked in, that’s a bit weird. Breakfast is nice too have a wide range of food to choose from, they refilled the food quite quickly.

PPengguna TetamuUpon arriving at the hotel, I was shocked to find that my reservation was canceled due to an overbooking on the platform. There was no room available for me and my friend. It was already 1 AM, and after a long day of work, I was extremely frustrated. I wasn't the only guest encountering this issue. Fortunately, the manager managed to arrange a room for us at a sister hotel for the night. The biggest hassle was dragging our luggage around, and with an important meeting scheduled for the next day, we had no choice but to wait. We then went to the sister hotel nearby, exhausted. The compensation was a free taxi ride, but even that was problematic as the driver was not very familiar with the hotel's address, wasting more time. Eventually, after almost an hour and a half, we managed to check in. The next morning, we had to rush off early, feeling quite wronged, but I was too tired to complain further. Thankfully, the hotel manager remembered me, and the transition back to the original hotel the next day went smoothly. The whole trip ended on a positive note. However, I recommend that everyone should allow extra time and check in early to pick up the room keys, as I believe such issues will continue to occur. Good luck to all.

LLitdThe location of this hotel is ver good. It locates near Hanger Lane Station. Walking around 3 mins from the station to the hotel. The staff is really nice and very helpful. The room is spacious and big. Everything in this hotel is so good.

PPengguna TetamuTolles Hotel mit guter Lage zwischen Flughafen und Innenstadt. Tube (Haltestelle North Acton) nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt. Wir hatten ein Executive Zimmer zu viert und es war sehr groß mit einem sehr gemütlichen Bett. Unsere Kinder waren mit dem ausziehbaren Sofabett auch sehr zufrieden. Das Bad war etwas klein aber das spielt bei einem Städtetrip ja keine große Rolle. Supermärkte in der näheren Umgebung (3-4 Minuten). Bis nach Heathrow mit der Bahn etwa 20 Minuten. Bis zum Oxford Circus auch um die 20 Minuten.
Das Frühstück war lecker und absolut ausreichend. Es gab mehrere warme Speisen, Toast, Waffeln, Müsli, Wurst, Käse, Croissants, Muffins, Puddingschnecken, verschiedene Kaffee- und Teespezialitäten sowie Wasser und Säfte. Man wird gut satt und ist dann gestärkt fürs Sightseeing. Das Hotel liegt an einer gutbefahrenen Straße aber uns hat das nicht gestört, da wir abends müde waren und sofort ins Bett gefallen sind.
Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen, da Preis-Leistung absolut top waren.

AAirborn63The hotel is conveniently located two minutes from a picadilly line station. First impression is good and the hotel also has an indian restaurant at the ground floor of this converted 3 story building.
There was nobody at reception and the whole check in and out experience was off putting. There is no lift and my room was on the second floor at the back which meant more steps up and down.
The room itself was nice and modern with view over the garden, bathroom is on the small size but clean. Fridge, coffee machine, kettle and tea, coffee, water available. Nice view over the garden.
Although modern the lack of lift and the inadequate check in and out process let this place down. Certainly not worth the almost €150 paid excluding breakfast.

No amenities other than shampoo and toilet paper.

The is a sisha smoking set up during the night, which gives unsafe vibes. However, during my stay I didn't have any hassles. There were few noises that disturb the sleep.

IIvaGreat communication and friendly staff (they gladly received our packages mailed to the hotel and allowed us to check-in earlier than specified). But rooms could be cleaner - it was quite dusty around the corners. Sheets were clean and nice. It's a small room, but one can't complain due to great location in our case and low pricing. We used it only for sleeping though (too much sights to see around London!).
