Best all round spa, has everything in one place! Love this place, the spa is perfect, the outdoor spa pool is amazing (especially when the weather is nice), all the different sections providing something for everyone to completely relax in. We were able to sunbathe on the loungers outside, whilst having tasty cocktails brought to us. Inside area great, spa pool with jacuzzi jets, loungers, two saunas, steam room, ice bucket, foot spa, very relaxing space. Dinner in the evening was simply stunning, the food is of high quality, great variety and impeccable service! Breakfast is also of the same high standards, lots of choice and high quality. What really makes this place though are the staff, friendly, professional and hardworking! From the poolside, to the bar, reception and in the restaurant, thank you! Special shout out to Ollie, who absolutely made our stay incredible, you have such an amazing way with people, worth your weight in gold! Very much looking forward to our next visit, champagne at the ready!

A friend and I stayed in the twin room, Morgan, for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of parking in the quiet side road next to the house. Liz greeted us warmly on arrival and there was home made cake waiting for us to enjoy in our room. The house is spotlessly clean and attractively furnished. Our beds were comfy and the shower had good pressure. David is the chef and breakfast offered plenty of choice of cereal, fresh fruit and cooked options. The first morning I had smoked salmon with scrambled egg, the second morning I had veggie sausages, mushrooms, fresh tomatoes and scrambled egg. Delicious home baked bread with marmalade. Good coffee too. There is a residents’ lounge packed with books on walking in the area along with maps to borrow. There was also a fridge for our use and freshly filled bottles of water provided for each room. Barnards Green is just under a mile’s walk from Malvern town centre and is blessed with plenty of independent shops as well as a couple of small supermarkets so everything can be bought locally. David lent us some walking directions up to Worcestershire Beacon and back - a 5 mile circular route with spectacular views over the local countryside. Well worth doing. We look forward to returning.

Excellent location. Good reception. Wedding party in full swing was fine. Sadly, the restaurant was closed which was disappointing as we were hoping to have a relaxing evening. Food was served in the bar and was not the standard you would expect at such an establishment but we had no choice as local restaurants were difficult to secure a booking so late in the day. Room was fine and staff excellent. Small problem with evening bar meal was avoidable. Although we booked a table on arrival using our room number, we received a call from reception the following day asking for payment - we explained that we were not due to leave until the following day and would settle the account immediately if required - which we did. Again not the level of expertise and communication you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

I booked as a treat for myself and my wife as we were just starting our honeymoon together. She had no idea that I had booked STANBROOK until we pulled into the long driveway that leads to the hotel. It was dark when we arrived but you could tell straight away that it was a beautiful place to stay. We checked in at reception and Jacks dealt with us. She was very pleasant and informative and showed us to our suite. It was absolutely stunning whilst keeping the character of the original features. Jacks had our drinks sent to the room while we settled in and booked us in for dinner. The food was delicious and you could tell it was quality ingredients. The staff were very attentive but not in your face to spoil the meal. We had a lovely nights sleep and arrived for breakfast. Again the staff & food was excellent. We checked out with Jacks who again was pleasant and wished us well for the rest of our journey down to Devon. I would highly recommend a stay here for a special occasion and I’m sure as a wedding venue it would be spectacular for all guests and photos. It’s a long way from where I live in Scotland but I will be trying the hand picked hotel in Edinburgh for sure.

PPengguna TetamuA friend and I stayed in the twin room, Morgan, for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of parking in the quiet side road next to the house. Liz greeted us warmly on arrival and there was home made cake waiting for us to enjoy in our room. The house is spotlessly clean and attractively furnished. Our beds were comfy and the shower had good pressure. David is the chef and breakfast offered plenty of choice of cereal, fresh fruit and cooked options. The first morning I had smoked salmon with scrambled egg, the second morning I had veggie sausages, mushrooms, fresh tomatoes and scrambled egg. Delicious home baked bread with marmalade. Good coffee too. There is a residents’ lounge packed with books on walking in the area along with maps to borrow. There was also a fridge for our use and freshly filled bottles of water provided for each room. Barnards Green is just under a mile’s walk from Malvern town centre and is blessed with plenty of independent shops as well as a couple of small supermarkets so everything can be bought locally. David lent us some walking directions up to Worcestershire Beacon and back - a 5 mile circular route with spectacular views over the local countryside. Well worth doing. We look forward to returning.

PPengguna TetamuExcellent location. Good reception. Wedding party in full swing was fine. Sadly, the restaurant was closed which was disappointing as we were hoping to have a relaxing evening. Food was served in the bar and was not the standard you would expect at such an establishment but we had no choice as local restaurants were difficult to secure a booking so late in the day. Room was fine and staff excellent. Small problem with evening bar meal was avoidable. Although we booked a table on arrival using our room number, we received a call from reception the following day asking for payment - we explained that we were not due to leave until the following day and would settle the account immediately if required - which we did. Again not the level of expertise and communication you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Love this place, the spa is perfect, the outdoor spa pool is amazing (especially when the weather is nice), all the different sections providing something for everyone to completely relax in. We were able to sunbathe on the loungers outside, whilst having tasty cocktails brought to us. Inside area great, spa pool with jacuzzi jets, loungers, two saunas, steam room, ice bucket, foot spa, very relaxing space. Dinner in the evening was simply stunning, the food is of high quality, great variety and impeccable service! Breakfast is also of the same high standards, lots of choice and high quality. What really makes this place though are the staff, friendly, professional and hardworking! From the poolside, to the bar, reception and in the restaurant, thank you! Special shout out to Ollie, who absolutely made our stay incredible, you have such an amazing way with people, worth your weight in gold! Very much looking forward to our next visit, champagne at the ready!
