Hotel terbaik di Penzance

What a difference 3 years can do to such lovely place. That I have held dear to my heart. Sometimes revisiting a place comes with regret! My review from few years ago is the complete opposite. We are greeted with lovely service, she even got the chef to get us some chips though the kitchen Just closed. It was a mix of super rude, stressed out staff to super lovely friendly staff. Over priced not worthy small cocktails- mocktails. Dairy free hot chocolate over priced & nothing to what I remembered, I ask for it pretty strong, I love strong tasting hot chocolate, to be confirmed I will try, how do do you try? It was more dairy free milky than strong. I would of gone back but being my birthday & having the best day, I wasn't going to even go and ask and to no doubt get more rudeness. Am not sure if some staff we're winding another staff member up. The vibes was all over the place. My partner wen't to pay and the strangest thing was the girl with such lovely serice on our arrival was rude out the blue to him to cause he wasn't understanding the payment procedure as it was given information on the key pad. Very mixed return

Classic English hotel, my room was recently updated and clean; strange not to have daily cleaning service. Small Single room with sea view was expected and very cosy. Appreciate the soft, thick new carpet. Also the single armchair was well used to enjoy sitting by window for the view. Bathroom was brand new, modern and didn’t blend into environment which is a shame. The water from shower was either too hot or cold; also the shower head could not be fixed into the rail so needed holding up. Restaurant meal was very nice, service was especially friendly and attentive. I would stay again in the near future but remind other guests considering that this is a 3 star hotel so you should appreciate that this is meeting the expectations of this grading. Overall daily service at hotel reception was well appreciated and always greeted when passing . Well done and thank you to the hotel staff!

Had a lovely stay in this hotel which is full of personal touches. We turned up a week early (my darling other half had got the booking wrong ) but was soon sorted and we were shown to a lovely room with sea views. Breakfast was lovely and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Penzance

Great little B&B pub our room not to big but had everything in side very clean breakfast excellent but don’t forget to stay for the evening meal lots of great locals in the pub made us feel very welcome, owner always on hand if needed , definitely would stay again

Felt the need to post a review after reading some of the previous comments. We stayed here for one night before travelling to the Isles of Scilly. We arrived by train and the location could not be more convenient for both the station and the ferry. The town centre is also easily accessible and coastal walks in either direction are on your doorstep. Our room wasn’t large but was spotlessly clean and had everything you need. Bed was comfy and shower hot. Tea and coffee making facilities provided. It is on a busy main road but we knew this before we booked and actually found it quieter than expected. It certainly didn’t affect our sleep. The pub next door was no problem either. The price was considerably cheaper than the Premier Inn down the road and included an excellent cooked breakfast. Some people must be extremely hard to please! We shall look forward to staying again.
