Hotel terbaik di Rochdale

We have stayed here several times and we also got married here. This time will be our last. The beds were so uncomfortable the room was too hot and the food in the main restaurant was poor. The bar is nice and staff are friendly but when you book a sleep and dine package you expect to at least eat and sleep well

Located 2 minutes walk from the Tram stop, you can get directly into the centre of Manchester in 45 minutes so perfect quiet place if you are going to an event like I was. The hotel is brand new and located opposite a leisure park of shops, restaurants and a cinema. The hotel was actually spectacular for a town centre hotel, modern and bright. The rooms were very nice well kitted out with mod cons. As a hilton Honors diamond member I was not offered a free upgrade, nor a late check out after 2pm as they said the house keeping leave at 3pm. Overall it’s a nice hotel, but I would not recommend it for hilton Honors members as the benefits are very limited.

Car parking and booking in was very quick. The room and service was excellent for the 2 days we were there. The wedding reception was well organised and the service again was excellent. The only problem we had ,and several other guests ,had was the rubbish swipe cards for the room doors, even the reception staff had trouble getting in. Otherwise the review is 10/10.

Check in easy, lady on reception extremely helpful and polite. Observations Room 8 - doorknob and lock could do with replacing, a good tug and it could probably have come off in the hand. The bed is a small double and the mattress is a cheap one. Why hotels are not all using firm memory foam mattresses is beyond me. Quality of sleep is the most important thing when away. Thankfully only had one night here as my back would have not put up with another. Pillows (qty 3) were flat and provided little or no support and had to ask for another one which was provided but no better. No telephone to call reception even though the card in the room with information on tells you about phone. Fire escape picture not in a immediate location to see and when we did find it - it was not for that room!!! No plug in the sink. Only 1 bath and 1 hand towel provided for both of us. Had to ask for another set. Shower was ok when you eventually got hot water (had to run the shower for a good 10 minutes before any hot water ran through) - the shower was rusty and the tray that you put your shower things on had been broken off which left sharp exposed edges which could cause injury. Breakfast was nice but no alternatives were offered if you didn't want mushrooms (an additional item should be offered instead). Plenty of juice and drinks available along with cereals. Now I am no snob by any means and it should not matter how much or how little you pay for your room, you should get value for money. You should be able to have a restful nights sleep but this wasn't the case for us. I mentioned this to the chap on check out and he stated he would let the owners know. Before we left, a visit to the toilets was had, the ladies - well i have never been to a bathroom where you have to squeeze into the cubicle as they are that small that they hit the toilet!! On the back of the door was an advert stating it was the best hotel to hold a wedding etc and my first reaction was really???? Sadly I would not use this hotel again.

Attended a wedding it’s a fantastic little hidden gem. Modern yet traditional Wedding venue was lovely Staff very friendly & always asking that everything’s ok Room modern & comfy Bar prices reasonable compared to other venues that over price Light breakfast included in room price cereal,tea,coffee etc or you can upgrade to full English for £8.50 Amazing chips Wanted to stay an extra day but unfortunately fully booked. Would definitely recommend

hotel yang menakjubkan, bilik yang cemerlang. Saya mendapat suntikan baileys untuk 4 paun saya akan fikir ia adalah gelas penuh tetapi tidak. kolam adalah menakjubkan pada hari ke-2 kami di sana kami pergi berenang untuk kali ke-2 dan kami meminta kunci untuk loker saya dan gf saya mendapat 1 setiap hari sebelum tetapi keesokan harinya hanya diberi 1 dan diberitahu kami perlu masuk bilik persalinan keluarga yang janggal sejak ada anak kecil di situ. secara keseluruhan ia adalah penginapan yang baik dan akan kembali.
