Staff went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. Breakfast was a delightful highlight, featuring a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. The warm service, comfortable room and tasty breakfast made my stay truly enjoyable.

Lucy hotel is the best in the city. It is central located just over the sea, where you can see of course the sea, the famous ”Evripos bridge”, the north and south ”evoikos” bay and of course the ”Karababa” castle. All you need is one step to get into a wide range of cafes, restaurants and fast food. Very clean rooms with new furniture and very nice decoration (the only ”not-so-excellent” part of the rooms are the old closets and doors, but they are in an excellent condition!) . As concerns the breakfast area, it is spacious and you can find almost everything to eat. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. One thing that i have to notice as a disadvantage is the parking of the hotel. The entrance is very narrow through a small street, and it is located in the basement of the hotel and it is not spacious.

The place was clean and well positioned on the main promenade away from the very loud music and with good views of the water. However, it is rather run down and old fashioned. Despite cold weather there was no heating available- only an extra blanket. The bathtub base of the shower was slippery away from the non-slip section near the shower head. The bathroom door looked like it had been'kicked in' and was held together with tape! Fruit salad at breakfast was canned and slightly fizzy - ie fermenting. Breakfast attendant claimed she could not taste the problem. Parking was Euros12 in a car park with an arrangement with the hotel - about 300mts away up the hill where they kept the key and moved it to a higher floor. Just about bearable for one night.

haben hier 4 nächte verbracht das hotel liegt 2 gehminuten vom zentrum in lefkandi und ca 10 min von der hauptstadt chalkida. das hotel hat eigene kostenlose parkplätze ein schönen früstücksraum und einen pool. wir hatten ein zimmer mit küche ein schlafsofa und seperaten schlafzimmer mit doppelbett,beide räume zugang zum balkon.

Perfect resort for anyone who wishes to just get away from all. Fairly isolated with private beach and wonderful pool. Everything was clean and tidy and the food was quite good.
The best thing for me was the service - extra compliments to Ms. Panagiota at the pool bar and Mr. Grigoris at the restaurant for being so friendly and hospitable. Also, the hotel ambience is really beautiful and blends in seamlessly with the local nature. This is not another concrete mega building. Quite tasteful and cosy ambience.
Make sure you drive, otherwise it will be tough to reach the hotel and go around.
One thing that could be done better is to offer activities in the evening for all guests and not cater to specific groups that stay at the hotel only. Movie night under the stars was catered specifically to a French group audience - all in French and no subtitles so everyone else was practically excluded.
