公寓本人就和圖片一模一樣 還有一個大陽台 所有的擺設和家電都很乾凈 除了有空調還有壁暖 床和沙發都非常舒服 公寓在頂樓 滿安靜 樓下有兩間大超市 和商鋪 附近的餐廳選擇也蠻多 地鐵就在樓下的巷口 簡直太方便 是下次來雅典還會想入住的地方 有舒適的接機服務 都行全球的房源 都是同胞在操作 特別親切 大推

We njoyed r stay. At first we were concerned about the location, thinking we were going to b close to city center. But the location is great - it is only 2 blocks from the metro, making it convenient to everything by metro. Apartment is super modern and great. The response time from the Lux&Easy team is amazing - and they were always so helpful. They r the best. The apartment is in a local neighborhood, people walking dogs, people going to work, others walking to market. Nice balcony to watch it all. Nice!

Neueres Stadthotel mit sehr kleinem Zimmer was auch noch ungünstig mit Kühlschrank und Schreibtischen zugestellt ist. Eine Schranktür ist gar nicht zu öffnen da die Klimaanlage davor hängt. Das Bad ist mini und es fehlt an Haken zum aufhängen der Handtücher, es gibt kein Zahnputzbecher und das wifi bricht ständig ab. Das Frühstück ist ok, wenn auch nicht überwältigend. Kaffe gut … Osaft irgend eine chemische Zuckerflüssigkeit mit Farbe. Alles sehr unpersönlich. In der Beschreibung steht Parkplätze im Hotel, sind aber nur öffentliche und wir hatten Glück mit unserem Motorrad einen kleinen Platz vor dem Hotel gefunden zu haben. Die Rezeptionistin war zwar freundlich, aber wirkte wie Programmiert. Sie leierte ihren Text von den Frühstückszeiten, wifi… herunter und als wir fragten wo der Parkplatz des Hotels sei fragte sie ob wir ein großes Auto haben … wir standen in dem Motorrad Klamotten vor ihr 🤷🏼‍♀️ Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir ohne ein guten Morgen von einer neuen Dame an der Rezeption in einem unmöglichen Ton begrüßt mit „ROOM NUMBER“, unmöglich so jemanden auf Gäste loszulassen, zumal auch ihr Erscheinungsbild sehr ungepflegt war und mit offenen Haaren am Frühstücksbüffet vorbei zu flanieren ohne zu sehen das fast alles aufgefüllt gehört, empfand ich als unsäglich. Wenn das Frühstück bis 9:30 geht kann es nicht sein das um 9 Uhr bereits alles leer ist.

Great location however let down with the lack of common communication skills. The ‘virtual agent’ was extremely abrupt and rude. Please be aware that once making a reservation you will not receive the services that you come to expect from your‘virtual agent’ Rather name a reservation at a Hotel for nearby.

This hotel would not even deserve 1 star, because our stay was catastrophic. We had booked in March, a little more than 2 months in advance, to be sure that we would have a room available. When we arrive at our room, we quickly realize that there are several problems in it; Out of the 4 lights in the room, 3 of them didn't work, the light in the bathroom illuminates so little that we had to take our shower with the curtain open, and even then, the light was extremely low. Our air conditioning didn't seem to work, our toilet was clogged without us even using it, we only had one electrical outlet for the whole room and our great view of the city (as mentioned in the booking), was actually a view of the other rooms, inside the hotel. When we expressed our dissatisfaction to the employees at the reception (it didn't look like the description of the room we had booked at all), we were lent a power ***** and assured that they would try to find a solution + that they would contact us. For the air conditionner, they did lend us a remote for it, labelled ''Room 612''. It wasn't our room. BUT they did told us that they were overbooked. (It doesn't make any sens is they lend us something from an other room) The next morning, still no news, we went to the reception for a follow up (our toilet was still clogged, almost a day after our arrival). We told them our dissatisfaction (again) and that we wanted to know what was going on with their ”research”. The rude gentleman at the reception started by telling us that the view from the room is not automatically on the Acropolis and that there is the city all around the hotel, so that it was not a problem (the problem is that we see the inside of the hotel) He completely denied that it was mentioned ”city view” in the room reservation and did not believe us, despite being shown the booking page. After a heated exchange, this man told us that it was NORMAL to have a room like this, because we had booked it on a third party site, so 50% cheaper! He also said that the hotel is a ”TripAdvisor Recommendation” and that it is a 4-star hotel (clearly he doesn't care about reviews). I can't believe that an employee could talk to his customers like that and have such a condescending tone. *Breakfast wasn't that good, when there are leftovers, they keep them and reheat them the next day (the omelettes and pastries were hard)* We will never go back to this hotel again and we do not recommend it to anyone.
