PPengguna TetamuI am starting the second week of my stay at the Royal Hotel in Peraia, having decided after a somewhat difficult year to spend a fortnight on.my own. I have been to Greece many times, but not to central Macedonia. I did my 'due diligence , and the Royal Hotel was the only one that fulfilled all of my criteria. Over the years, primarily on business, I have stayed in some of the finest hotels in the world. The excellence of service and the value For money here, would be incredibly difficult to surpass. Regrettably the staff will have (DV) to endure me for another fortnight, next June .......

SStrakhovСам отель хороший, большой и чистый номер. Персонал оставляет неприятное впечатление, не приятно общаться. Во время check-in я просил организовать трансфер в аэропорт рано утром. Когда пришел утром, выяснилось, что трансфер не организован. Сотрудники даже не извинились, сделали вид что «я не бронировал трансфер». Про клиент всегда прав видимо не слышали

Les + : Joli hôtel, bien rénové, avec la clim. Localisation au calme à la campagne, mais juste à côté d'un arrêt de bus pour ceux qui n'ont pas loué de voiture. Piscine très agréable, avec bar/restaurant ouvert toute la journée (lors des horaires d'ouverture de la piscine). Prix des plats raisonnables, boissons un peu chères. L'hôtel fournit les serviettes à la piscine, ce qui est pratique. Je n'ai jamais eu de mal pour trouver un transat, malgré que lors des jours où une ”forte” affluence est prévu, il faille réserver pour avoir les transats que l'on veut. Bien prévoir des brassards pour les enfants car la piscine est profonde partout (au moins 1m60). Personnel très agréable, petit déjeuner qui offre beaucoup de choix. Possibilité de le prendre à l'intérieur ou sur une petite terrasse avec une jolie vue. Quelques restaurants accessibles à pied si l'on a pas peur de marcher sur le bas-côté. Les - : L'hôtel a été joliment rénové mais l'isolation est mal faite. Si les voisins sont réveillés la nuit par leurs enfants, vous le serez aussi. De plus en journée on peut entendre la musique diffusée dans les couloirs, et celle diffusée à la piscine. Le jet de la pomme de douche est un peu faible, même réglé au maximum. Dans la salle de réception / restaurant (salle de petit-déjeuner), la clim est réglée trop froid ! Et enfin, le restaurant de l'hôtel ferme à 20h, donc si vous n'aimez pas manger tôt, il faut aller manger autre part.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed in room 202 for 1 night January 1, 2023. My room was located on the main level with a view of the main interstate highway. My bed had 2 twin very comfortable beds that you could push together. There was a TV with remote, small refrigerator, office desk and only a remote control for the heater. I did see a huge black bug crawling on my room floor the next morning. The hotel does have an outdoor swimming pool, free airport shuttle service, bar and restaurant for the morning breakfast. I had to leave very early so was not able to have breakfast. Other food orders are placed at the bar. I had to have the front lobby desk call someone to come to the bar, otherwise no one was manning the bar area. Their Greek lasagna was very good and very filling, highly recommend it. It is a few miles from central Thessaloniki. There is a gas station close by. The hotel main lobby area was very clean, and the staff were very pleasant. Nice short stay.

Arrived Thessaloniki yesterday and stayed in the Ambassador Hotel 18 Euro taxi from airport. Nice room with balcony overlooking the pool. Hotel looks a little dated but is clean and staff very friendly Good food at reasonable prices we had the wheel of meat for two excellent. Nice large pool. Breakfast very nice. Would stay here again

PPengguna TetamuOtelin konumu merkeze çok uzak ancak havaalanını kullanacak olanlar için iyi bir tercih olabilir. Otelde çok büyük bir ses izolasyon sorunu vardı. Gece boyunca uyumakta çok zorlandık. Yan odanın ve koridorun tüm sesi bizim odamıza geliyordu. Odanın içinde de bir yerden sürekli ses geliyordu. Buzdolabı olabileceğini tahmin ediyoruz. Genel olarak oda temizliği iyiydi ancak halıların kaldırılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Halıların üstü temiz değildi, saçlar vardı. Yataklar rahattı ancak çok gıcırdıyordu. Rahatsız ediciydi. Ayrıca yorgandaki leke hoş değildi.
Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltısını yeterli bulduk ve beğendik.

We used the Hotel as stay over, as we had a early flight from SKG. The rooms where nice and clean; kids enjoyed the pool area and kids-playing area. The 24h reception was a benefit, as well as the team wich was really attendive. Price/value top!

PPengguna TetamuGood points : - The receptionist who checked us in was very friendly and kept us well informed whenever we had questions. - We were left to check out at 1 p.m. Negative points : - The location: it's literally a No Man's Land there is absolutely nothing around the hotel. - The swimming pool: we were told that there would be 2 swimming pools, one indoors and one outdoors, however during the 5 days we were there the outdoor pool had a problem and was green they gave them took several days to completely empty it in the field next to the hotel and as many days to fill it using a small garden hose, when we asked if we could at least enjoy the indoor pool we were told that it was emptied during the summer and therefore during our stay we could not take advantage of the swimming pool once. - Cleanliness: leaves something to be desired, cleaning was only done once during our stay of 4 nights because we explicitly requested it (although every day we put ”clean the room” on our door). The joints of the bathroom were completely moldy, the terrace was filled with excrement of midges, the evacuation of the condensation of the air conditioning went directly to the terrace which made that when we used the air conditioning the terrace was flooded dirty water and prevented us from walking freely, the entrance door to the room (213) was completely smashed. - Breakfast: we could not book the room without breakfast unfortunately because there was no choice it even happened to us not to take it at the hotel even if it was paid. The value for money leaves something to be desired given the inconveniences but the 2 receptionists who did our check-in and our check-out were very friendly
