PPengguna TetamuPrice is affordable! The food is good in terms of variety of choices and taste. The staff are excellenty accomodating. We have to request at the front office to provide us a hairdyer.
One thing to complain is about the design of the bathrom. There is no door to close when we are having shower. And since the shower head is attached on the wall, it's really hard to direct the direction of the water spray. As a result, water splases outside the shower room and wet the toilet area and wastafel area. The design is weird. It would have been helpful if at leas they install a shower curtain to prevent the water to wet the area outside the shower room. To solve the problem, I requested for a double bath mat to wipe the wet area.
To add, the debit of the water from the shower head was weak so I never felt that I had a proper shower.

PPengguna TetamuWe book 3 rooms for 2 nights. Two wasn't ready when we checked in at 2.30 PM. The cleanliness in room needs to upgrade. The food in restaurant is tasteless. The variant of food needs to expand. The hospitality and the knowledge of some staff also needs to be improved. The staff near pool can't inform what time the pool would be closed. The male pool staff yelled at me (April 21 around 6 pm) because I need to borrow towel from the pool to cover child's head from heavy rain. I put the towel by the pool. I know the rules. But he didn't yell at some men before me who ran while wrapping their bodies with towels. The parking lot security was helpful. I am not going to recommend this hotel to my acquittance anyway.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed a night & highly recommend for the room. It was spacious, clean & comfortable. I had a good rest here. The hotel had a central location being across from the Bogor Botanical Gardens & a 20min walk to Suryakencana (Chinatown). Also, the front desk staff was friendly & helpful. Will be back.

PPengguna TetamuWe went to accompany our mom to her yearly reunion and mrs Sucy provide us many activities. My mom have a great lunch and blast karaoke with her friends. The restaurant and garden environment vibe are fantastic, prayer room also provided. Recommended to go again👍

Ttraveller momsThe hotel was known as bogor icon hotel then now swissbell court. Our junior room was big, n quite complete with sofa, tv, and kitchen set without kitchen utilities. The swimming pool provided at ground floor next to the resto. Once come into the room our card didnt fuction, and we have to ask the maintenance to fixed it. Overall our experience in this hotel is average.

AarumiwardhanyStaying 2D1N at mirah for business purpose, workshop meeting. Honestly i have a good impression in the first sight. Nice lobby and the hallway to their restaurants and meeting room. Their menu in the restaurant is good. Especially their chicken noodles and rawon.. But i kind of dissapointed with their room facilities. Lack of electricity plug, and amenities. I stay in room in old tower (3 digits) room, and they provide soap bar at the bathroom for bath. When i call the operator to ask for the liquid soap, the give it but the package is not look like a new one.oh, and they dont have a hair dryer at the bathroom i hope they can upgrade their amenities for better experience of staying at mirah hotel. Because honestly i feel like staying at 3 stars hotel, not 4 stars hotel.

I really like the hospitality here, the atmosphere is good, the room is clean and treated well, I haven't had time to visit their restaurant, but their cafe area by the pool is quite cozy and comfortable, the place is very strategically located in the center of Bogor city, near the Bogor Botanical Gardens and the Indonesian Presidential Palace, easy access to anywhere in Bogor

PPengguna TetamuA disappointing and stressful experience. For what is said to be a 4-star hotel the service and facilities are poor. Location: it is centrallly located close by the Botanical Gardens. In this sense it is a good location. Considered from anothr point of view, it is a bad location. The traffic noise is constantly disturbing, including at night - particularly if you have a room facing onto the streets. [All the larger rooms, called ”suites”, face onto the street.] Rooms: The room (suite) was large and reasonably comfortable (leaving aside the noise from outside). The room was clean and there was good storage space for clothes and personal belongings. However, as others have pointed out, the furnishings in the room are for the most part old. There is a telephone in the room, but it works only for room-to-room calls. You cannot call outside the hotel, not even to other numbers in Bogor. Bathrom: spacious and clean, though again rather old and worn. Strangely, they ony supply large bath towels, and not (as is usually done in hotels) hand towels, which they don't have at all. [They do have some very small towels which cover the face but no more, but you have to request them.] The towels they do supply have an excessively perfumed scent. I requested towels without a scent, and was given a couple that were only slightly better. Clientele: The 11-floor hotel was quite full while I was there. I was the only non-Indonesian, which doesn't bother me. However, it is clear the hotel caters very largely to Indonesian visitors - such those coming from Jakarta for the weekend, or those attending courses and meetings - and this is reflected in the food and in the language skills of the staff. Some of the reception and concierge staff, but not all, hve some knowledge of other languages, including English. Food: This is almost entirely Indonesian. The buffets, incuding the breakfast, are adequate in terms of variety and quality. However, the labels on the food are just the name of the dish, and they don't describe the ingredients, or whether any allergens are included. If you order food à la carte, they will tell what it is in a dish, and you can also ask for MSG not to be included, which request they will carry out properly for you. However, in the buffet, the food is already prepared, and you have to assume that MSG has been added to at least some of the cooked dishes. Lifts: there are only two lifts (not particularly large) for this tall building with many rooms, which is not sufficient. When the hotel is full and at busy times (at breakfast, or when people are checking in or checking out of the hotel), you may have to wait a longer time for a lift to come, which has space for you. Music: They tend to have constant and frequently over-loud piped music throughout the hotel (restaurant, lobby, corridors).
