Feel not good, not clean enough, also have mosquitoes in the room.

di luar expetasi,, amazing banget ini awalnya ragu pas di coba ternyata sangat okeee dari segala hal.. Lokasi strategis di depan pintu tol akses ke bsd alam sutera dan graha raya sangat dekat, minimarket tidak di depan tersedia, staf ramah sekali.. dan parkir murah bangeet... catatan kecil sedikit saja maintance lebih di jaga agar lebih bersih dan terawat... cocok untuk perjalanan dinas di Tangsel

Hotel nyaman,pelayan jg bagus baik baik staf ny.makanan lumayan enak dgn harga terjangkau.anak anak happy krn ad hiburan kolam renang yg cukup nyaman.bakalan ksni lg untuk berenang bersama anak anak :) hotel baru tempat bersih

Hotel with a style of luxury Javanese Chinese Modern vibrant. Really impressed with the artistic details interior which mostly decorated with wood. Chocolate and gold dominant colors brings a classic heritage and luxury touch. Some bouquet ornament with cross style with Ikebana Japan. They bring authentic javanese food on the table. Taste is good. Staffs are all hospitality friendly and dressed with beautifull Javanese style. Whenever we miss Java vibrant in Jakarta, we can have oase in this cool hotel.

This is my first time stay in all nite & day hotel but the service is so good, they treat me very nice. I hope I can stay again in all nite & day

Very surprised by their services. From the first step I arrived at the hotel they always give me a friendly manner, the security staff, front office staff and restaurant staff all of them looks very sincere. I came in early morning and handled by Front office staff named Faris. Although it was at 6 am and he’s on his night schedule but he doesn’t look tired, he still welcome me with friendly gesture. I told him I was came to attend the concert at ICE BSD so I just do the registration and leave the hotel for preparation. Then I came at the evening after the concert and find out the cutest welcome treat from the hotel. I’m pretty sure that was his idea. My heart touched and I was very happy. Thank You Mercure, next I will recommend this Hotel to others.
