Hotel terbaik di Parongpong

This hotel is located near Lembang, away from Bandung city's hustle and bustle, which is perfect for those who are looking for a peaceful place to stay. The building was designed by senior architect Tan Tjiang Ay, whose works are always so well-sunlit and has good air circulation. The decoration is full of plants, great paintings, pottery and antiques, but far from spooky ambience. I have to say this is the prettiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The staffs are very warm and helpful. I was here for my husband's birthday and I requested them to deliver the cake to our room right at 00:00. They did and even prepared to sing for my husband, too :) In the morning we woke up and the air was very fresh and cool around here. It was completely serene with little sound of chirping birds. We had very some good breakfast, and then we asked to see the art gallery across the street that belongs to the hotel's owner. Pak Arif took us there and introduced every collection. We were in awe. Before we got home they even gave us some brioche for the road, knowing that we were driving back to Jakarta. And when we got back to our car we just realized they even washed our car. It's a 10/10 stay for us. Never been this impressed at a hotel and the service before.

Pelayanannya ramah dan cepat tanggap Suka vilanya Dingin Makasih

Kondisi villa sangat bagus . Villa dengan design rumah ala jepang yang minimalis dan udara sangat sejuk. Pelayanan dan service sangat2 baikk . Receptionist ( Mba Wina & Alfitri ) very helpful dan ramah. Kekurangannya : - fasilitas di sekitar villa kurang Ok seperti tidak terlalu terawat - Kolam renang hanya untuk anak2 dan air dingin banget serta kurang bersih - pintu kamar mandi 2x rusak dan terkunci sndri tidak bsa dibuka ( tetapi staff langsung segera benerin ) Overall cukup puas karena Villanya Ok staff ramah Tetapi fasilitas di sekitar villa kurang OK dan lengkap. Alangkah lebih baik ada kolam yg airnya hangat atau ada playground untuk anak2 bermain
