We have been staying in this hotel for the last 17 days with the intention of extending our stay for another 5-6 days. However, there are some negative aspects of this hotel that we would like to highlight. Firstly, the business center has provided little support as they do not have glue or clear tape available. Secondly, we were charged 5,000 rupiah per page for printing, which is quite expensive, especially since we are long-term guests. Other hotels would usually offer complimentary printing for 5-6 pages for guests staying for a longer period. Thirdly, prayer mats are not provided in the room, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Lastly, even if you stay for a longer period, do not expect a complimentary upgrade as other hotels may offer. This is because you need to book directly with the hotel or take their annual paid membership to be eligible for such perks. Therefore, if you are a longer staying guest visiting for business, we do not recommend this hotel, even though it is located in the city center.

Nginep disini 3 malam. Ga expect yang gimana gimana awalnya, eh ternyata kamarnya bersiiih banget, kebersihan nya good banget. Makanan dan minuman nya juga masih terjangkau. Pokoknya ga kecewa.. Malah diluar expektasi bisa se good itu kamar nya.
Fasilitas, pelayanan, kebersihan nya sangat terjaga.

PPengguna TetamuReally good hotel! If you have experienced ‘4 star international luxury/business hotels’ in provincial Indonesian cities you are in for a very pleasant surprise here. All staff I encountered were pleasing and helpful. The general features of the hotel are good, although when there is a band in the large reception level bar it is rather noisy in the rest of the lobby area. Reception efficiently arranged cars for me on several occasions. The reception staff can understand simple English and as a non-Indonesian speaker I had no problem with any requests. The Cinimon restaurant served me a very tasty and interesting nasi goreng with chicken sate. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of dishes - the fried, the spicy, omelettes, noodle and rice dishes, salads and various pastries including freshly made pancakes and waffles. There could be a wider selection of fruits, just three with only two one morning. However, an impressive breakfast offering. Room was a standard type with a shower in the bathroom. All things worked, shower good. Two large towels but no small ones. Bed comfy. Air conditioning effective. I stayed twice; first had city view and the second an small internal courtyard. The only obtrusive noise was a 4.00am called to prayer but that’s inescapable in many Indonesian cities. I heard this over two nights in the city view room but nothing in the other room I stayed in. I would happily here again.

The restaurant served tasty and simple traditional items for breakfast which was an attraction to travelers to try local foods. The hotel's spa service was commendable. The location of Transera hotel is close to the town center and other entertainment shopping outlets that give residents choices for activities. Thanks to Ani at the reception who helped us with information that made our onward travel much easier. We would recommend Hotel Transcera to those who are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the town center.

PPengguna TetamuI booked 3 rooms for 8 nights due to a family emergency and didn't even stay for a night there. For some reasons, the rooms that I booked had poor lightings. The rooms were also located on the same floor as the bar & cafe so it was terribly noisy. The toilets also oozed unpleasant odours and looked like it could use some hard scrubbing. At the rate the room was offered (IDR 360.000++), I would have tolerated the room condition. However, after driving out to buy some dinner, I came back to a very packed parking lot. The security team were nowhere to be found at first and didn't offer any assistance afterwards. They were also very rude when I asked for their help to find me an alternative parking spots as I was a guest and had paid to stay there. That was the last straw for me. I then decided to check out of the hotel that same night. The receptionist was also very, very rude and not helpful at all during the entire check out process. Would I recommend the room to anyone? Yes if you are only staying for a short period of time and want the ease of finding food nearby. But if you are staying for an extended period of time like I planned to, it'd be best to find a more proper, clean, and comfortable accommodation.

The motorbike parking area is behind the building and the condition is spacious, and there are also those who guard the parking lot. There are 4 types of rooms on each floor, there are Standard types (floors 3 & 4 start from 100 thousand), Standard Plus types (floors 3 & 4 start from 150 thousand), Superior types (floors 2 start from 170 thousand), Deluxe types (floors 1 start from 185 thousand). Each type of room has different facilities. For reservations, you can make them directly on the spot or via the trip.con application. Want to find a place with affordable prices and a location close to any area.
