Hotel terbaik di Sempajaya

Pelayanannya Bagus.Bersih,Parkiran Lebar. Banyak tempat duduk sehingga bagus buat bersantai. Pemdangannya pas dan Lokasi mantap Oke. Satu saja kekurangnnya. Fasilitas seperti Water Heater nya bermasalah kadang bisa di gunakan kadang tidak. Dan untuk Televisi nya segera di buat tayangannya yg banyak. Terima kasih

Kondisi Lobby nya pass dan keren, kondisi lokasinya sgt bagus punya KFC didalam hotel, pelayanan receptionist juga waktu saya tiba dihotel juga sgt bagus bisa melayani guest dgn baik, cafe dan penyediaan breakfast juga bagus CUMAN ada beberapa perkara yg saya liat harus diperbaiki demi reputasi hotel antaranya : 1-Bekas lemari, meja dan perkakasan dalaman kayak korsi dan kayunya yang udah rusak janganlah dijejer dilaluan / tempat yg bisa diliat oleh customer nya karna ini bisa memberi pandangan negative soal perapian oleh pihak hotel kok sisanya dilonggok segitu tanpa dibuang. Kalaupun ada yg msih mau dipakei.. Letaklah ditempat yg gak bisa nmpak guest nya ( stor atau tertutup) 2- Kolam renangnya bagus, airnya biru dan lokasinya sgt refreshing dibawah kawasan perbukitan cuman jika boleh dikhususkan 1orang utk membersihkan sisa ranting dari pokok yg jatuh kekolam supaya tidak mencemar penglihatan guest terhadap isi kolamnya.. Bagi saya itu masih gpp cuman saya kasihan diruangan google kalian dihantam teruk gara gara ini. 3- Ruangan dinding didalam hotel, sesekali bapak manajer datanglah buat pemeriksaan dan jika perlu sedikit dicat, cat aja karna ongkos setin cat gak semahal rating buruk dari guest nya.. Bekas bekas cap jari jempol, telapak tangan berjejer di ruangan dinding hotel dan ini mgkn dilepas pandang oleh room service karna bukan termasuk dari ruang lingkup kerjanya.. Maka sekian itu sahaja dari saya buat perhatian manajemen hotel dan saya doain agar kalian terus sukses dan bersaing hebat sama merek hotel hotel yg lain.. Karna jika perkara ini dibiarkan pasti kelamaan akan menjejaskan bisnes kalian juga.. Mohon ampun dan maaf atas pandangannya 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 salam ikhlas dari Penang, Malaysia 😍😍😍

The hotel is busy building, and the corridors are very noisy. The room and bathroom were OK, however in one of the rooms we had the sheets on the bed were probably not clean as they had big stains on it. The include breakfast is a dissapointment. First night we had diner at the hotels' restaurant; cold rice and cold egg for a price far to high. A complaint in the kitchen brought warm rice and fresh warm egg. Second night a espresso resulted in a rat running through our feet at the top level of the restaurant . So in short a bad hotel experience in Berastagi, we neder go thee again.

Have stayed several times at this hotel, as it is one of the best hotel at Brastagi. But this time got a very bad experience. Going on weekday to avoid the crowd on weekend, but yet hotel is fulfilled with so many bunchs of group from government. All of the surroundings from once you step into the hotel till the way you get into your room are fulfiled with the smell of their cigarattes that make the air is not refreshing. It really gives a feeling like you are entering and staying at a hostel instead of a 4-5* hotel. Even they dare to smoke in the non-smoking breakfast area and no staff concerned. Staying at super-deluxe which is newly renovated, turns out having itchy skin on both hands and legs coz of the cleanliness of the bed sheet. Dunno its a bed-bugs or not, but there are some snacks residue and stain on the bed. Cleaning staff must be improved! They even forgot to refill the tea/coffee sachets and i have to ask it from reception. Really cannot enjoy the night.. the groups are having a party at the azalea with so large speaker sound till late midnight. Hotel should consider the other guests especialy those staying with elderly or infant. Can you imagine till 2am and still so noisy! Ohmygod.. my baby cannot sleep well and cranky all the nights. Hotel should not give permissions to use the hall till so late and disturb other guests. This is really unfair..we also pay for our stay! Super Deluxe room is so damn hot. Turn on the ceiling fan, and dust from the fan fell down to bed. Ohmygod, complete! Hot+Noisy and also can hear other baby was crying from another room..This group really did a good job on spoiling the holiday of the rest of the hotel guests. Mikie Holiday should re-manage group rules, despite it comes from government or public.

This place was recommended by a friend, and although it was a little over our budget we went and booked it anyway. We travelled as a group and took 10 rooms. The rooms were very clean but they were too damp, in some rooms the water heaters were not working properly, the pillows were in poor condition. All the furnitures were beautifully handmade but all were too low that they were not really comfortable. Some beds were not in good shape. The complimentary breakfast could be much better, maybe like adding local fruits to the selection (we paid 500k-750k per room). Putting the owners’ potraits in the guest bedrooms was a little eerie 😅. However, the service was exceptionally good, manager was super friendly.
