Amazing Resort! This is my second time staying at this place. The reception staff have never disappointed me with their excellent service. I stayed in the ocean view room type, the balcony faced the pool and we were right in the middle of the hotel, allowing us to enjoy the entire view of the pool. The bedroom is ordinary spacious. Overall my stay at this hotel was great!

We stayed at Mama Bella’s for 4 nights, and were delighted since we arrived here. As soon as we were in the pool, we had THAT tropical holiday feeling. Surrounded by hills full of coconuts, the buildings design and lay out traditional style. Very picturesque. The property is located in a little laneway near a mosque (which we loved coz it really made us feel like we were on holidays) walking to the main road gave us the authentic Lombok experience, as it’s not located near all the fancy hotels, but in the middle of a neighbourhood full of friendly people. Orchid spa only 5 minutes from here, and some of the best little Warungs a hop and a jump away. Note that it’s very friendly priced and the outside surrounding well maintained. Very friendly staff that work together as a team, giving everyone staying a feeling like we were family. Notable that the doorman stayed up at night waiting for us to return home safely. Yummy breakfast and very nice and helpful hands on owners. Also definable worth mentioning is that it’s our first accommodation that is actively working on being sustainable, which I highly appreciate: filtered water instead of bottles, no plastic straws used, refillable soap dispensers and no excessive towel changes. Love to Mother Earth.

Отель новый, удобный, отличное соотношение цены/качества. Оценили его по сравнению с другими. Рядом пляж, где много народа, но купаться можно и в отлив, что редко встречается на Ломбоке. Есть кораллы и рыбки. Рядом пирс, откуда отправляются лодки на Гили. Много магазинов, обменных пунктов, прокатов, турагенств с лучшими ценами. Традиционно отличный сервис, хороший завтрак, чисто, есть кулер с холодной и горячей водой, можно положить продукты в холодильник. Качественное постельное бельё, хороший кондиционер, более-менее тихо, спали хорошо. Единственный минус - нет горячей воды в душе.

We were supposed to stay at a fancy villa nearby, and it was disappointing. We walked over to Cozy Cottages and found a little oasis. The rooms are tastefully decorated and spotless. The bathrooms are beautiful. And since there’s only five cottages, there’s a nice amount of privacy. The staff is also excellent - they are friendly and helpful. We loved this place!

Stayed in the Central Inn on the way to Gili Trawangan. Great location, very close to Happy Cafe. Basic accommodation, more backpaqcker style. Everything worked and the staff were friendly. Good stay.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed here 15th-22nd July 2023 Although the hotel is located on a beach, it's not really a swimming beach, as there are a lot of rocks, visible at low tide, although surfing lessons were being conducted during the day. The breakfasts were a little disappointing, not due to quality but to it being menu choice only - we missed the usual Bali, Thailand buffet, with plenty of fresh fruit. The pool area is excellent and the spa was very good. The room and bathroom amenities were good, apart from the ever-present Nescafé coffee sachets. However, the BEST PART about the hotel was the staff! Professional and GENUINELY friendly - think Bali 30 years ago. Oh! And no one tried to rip us off! We would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND the hotel for couples, although based on our observations, probably not the best place for families.

Gglobe trotter_I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice!
Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva.
Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice!
Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom!
Will definitely come back again!

NNNZKami mempunyai penginapan yang mengagumkan di Sudamala. Ia adalah hotel 5 bintang tetapi layanannya adalah yang terbaik seperti hotel 6 bintang (Putu, Suhaimi, Dadi). Mereka benar-benar menjadikan penginapan kami sangat istimewa. Makanannya sedap terutamanya Ayam Taliwang. It is the best ayam taliwang in lombok by Chef Juandi. Dia juga menyambut kami semasa sarapan pagi dan makan tengah hari yang diatur khas. Bilik itu luas, katilnya sangat selesa. Kami menginap di Narmada 220 pemandangan matahari terbenam, oleh itu pemandangan lautan adalah hebat. Kami mempunyai penerbangan lewat petang, dan mereka menawarkan kami daftar keluar lewat pada pukul 3.

PPengguna TetamuTook a 2 hr 20 mins direct Scoot flight from Singapore and then a 1.5 hr car ride to the resort. Booked a car directly from resort and driver was waiting outside after exiting the airport with resort name. We booked the family suite which was the premier suite and the premier room combined, it had a connecting door. Room was huge but no bathtub in either rooms. Separate shower and toilet. There’s also a outdoor shower but I think it’s only for the ground floor units. Comes with safe deposit, kettle and fridge. No ironing board. Their laundry is rather reasonable price. Beds were very comfortable and their air conditioning is cold. We had a few power shut downs but it was resumed very quickly in less than 20 secs. Nice beach but not suitable for swimming as the waves were huge. They have nice pools and sun decks. They have 2 restaurants serving Italian, western and Indonesia food. The Italian restaurant ‘Kliff’ is a must try. Superb food and quality at reasonable prices. Book a table to watch the sunset with Bali island in view. Beautiful sunset. The resort have a spa and gym as well. Tried the spa, prices were very reasonable and cheaper than Bali. Booked their snorkelling trips to the Gili islands and it was awesome! Gili Nanggu was our fav. Will definitely come again, Lombok is more laid back and without the Bali crowds. Things were cheaper too. If you want a nice, relaxing, quiet and good prices, come to Lombok. If you prefer pubs, shopping and crowds, then go to Bali. There’s also public ferries connection between Bali and Lombok. It takes approx 2 hours. Most of them understand simple English and remembers our preference for coffee and how we like our eggs done.

PPengguna TetamuLombok foi um dos locais escolhidos por nós para passarmos 5 dias, durante a nossa recente viagem pela Indonésia. O Sheraton Senggigi foi o resort onde ficámos. É uma propriedade que se localiza junto à praia, no meio de vegetação luxuriante. Apesar das infra-estruturas do resort estarem muito usadas e com decoração antiga, o enquadramento cénico é único e, nem que seja só por isso, vale a pena conhecê-lo. O resort fica a 1 hora, de táxi, do aeroporto e como tivémos problemas com uma das malas que não apareceu (deficiente serviço da Super Air Jet), fizémos um check in tardio. Vínhamos com fome, mas percebemos que a cozinha da propriedade encerra às 22:30 e a partir dessa hora não há possibilidade de ter aqui uma refeição. A alternativa foi pedir comida de um restaurante de fora do hotel, através da App Grab. O check in foi feito com simpatia, o nosso estatuto Titanium foi reconhecido, fomos acompanhados ao quarto e foi-nos feito um upgrade para uma suite (#5348). Esta era bastante antiga, embora espaçosa, com quarto separado da sala. Infelizmente, começou a chover bastante e começou a haver água a cair do teto da casa de banho. Assim, no dia seguinte mudaram-nos para outra suite (#6152). Esta estava renovada, com algum cheiro a mofo, mas como havia um ambientador perfumante, o cheiro tornava-se menos desagradável. Tinha também sala e quarto separados, vários sofás para podermos relaxar, uma pequena mesa e duas televisões. A cama King era confortável, o AC funcionou adequadamente e havia café e água gratuitos, repostos diariamente. A casa de banho era ampla com um lavabo, banheira e duche separados. A housekeeping, incluindo serviço de turndown, fez um trabalho eficiente. Tomámos o pequeno-almoço buffet, incluído na tarifa, diariamente, e este disponibilizou uma variedade regular de opções. Também fizemos as principais refeições no resort e a comida servida foi de boa qualidade. A lista dos vinhos era limitada e mesmo dos que constavam, a maioria estava esgotada. De notar que os membros Elite tinham 20% de desconto nas despesas de restauração. O staff do hotel foi acolhedor, simpático e solícito. Mas, na realidade, o que nos surpreendeu foi a beleza e o envolvimento do local onde está implantado o resort: vegetação luxuriante, jardins extremamente bem cuidados, decorado com inúmeras estatuetas, algo místicas, piscina também com decoração a condizer, contribuindo para o misticismo do lugar. A praia de areia preta, vulcânica, é banhada por mar calmo e tépido, embora a cor da água seja escura e não das mais atrativas. Sem dúvida, que o grande trunfo da propriedade são os seus exteriores que, embora antigos, lhe impregnam um ar misterioso, de santuário perdido no meio da selva. É verdade que o resort necessita de obras de renovação urgentes nalguns locais, mas esperamos que os proprietários, quando as fizerem, preservem os exteriores tal como estão. Lokasi yang baik. 1 min ke restoran Poppies, bar hostel. 5 minit berjalan kaki ke bar sukan dan restoran lain.
Sarapan pagi tidak mengikut citarasa saya melainkan anda suka telur setiap hari atau bijirin. Lebih banyak masakan tempatan.
Bar matahari terbenam cantik untuk koktel dengan waktu gembira.
Dan menu yang bagus.

Mungkin salah satu katil yang paling teruk pernah saya tiduri. Sampai tahap saya terpaksa dapatkan ubat untuk punggung saya.. Kakitangan yang luar biasa dalam membantu dengan ini. Terima kasih

SShaik AliffA wonderful place to stay near senggigi for our honeymoon. A good place for a quiet sleep and a checkpoint to reach the beach and foods. At first we stayed in a king deluxe room, but there was a centipede in the shower, after staff sprayed pesticide in the sewage roaches came crawling in the bathroom. Thanks to the wonderful staff service we're able to upgrade our room to a suite. You guys deserve all the stars for helping us. Thanks for top notch service and wonderful room.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed here in March 2023. The hotel was empty apart from us taking up 2 rooms (unless we missed other guests). The hotel was lovely but it was just very tired. It really does need some updating, but we totally understand that what with Covid and the earthquakes Lombok suffered, recovery has been slow. The rooms were clean and tidy. Only issue we had was that we struggled with the wifi. Each time it went out, we contacted reception and they managed to get it going again, but it was a regular gripe that it would only last for a short time and then have to be reset. Not the end of the world, but we did chose a hotel with wifi as we need to be in contact with work. Due to the lack of guests at the hotel they were running a very limited menu which wasn’t even open of an evening. Again, we understand that the costs of keeping it open for the minimal guests is not cost effective. However, we would have liked to know before we booked. Luckily, we found a very lovely restaurant (The Office) just over the road. Our friends had been here twice in previous years and therefore know how lovely this hotel used to be. We hope it manages to recover and get back to where it once was.

PPengguna TetamuBooked a trip to Lombok in September 23, on arrival the staff greeted us at reception, they were exceptionally friendly and professional from the onset. We had arrived a little earlier than expected and the manager came out to greet us. He then took us for a breakfast and chatted with us until the room was ready, this was an amazing experience that I have not received in any other hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I must say it was a very nice start to the experience at Svarga. The room itself was nice however did seem a little tired and run down. This was reflected in the entire hotel however it was not bad enough to ruin the experience. I think Covid hit the island very hard and they have had a number of natural disasters over recent years so it is more than understandable. The only reason I haven’t rated this 5 stars is because the lift was sadly broken and we had 185 steps to climb every day to get anywhere, the rooms are set up on the hills which is amazing for views but if you struggle at all with mobility then this will be a problem. They are in the process of building a new lift and the workers are there day and some of the night working hard to sort this. Room cleanliness was exceptional as was the level of service from the staff and chefs at the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant really made this hotel, the food was expertly cooked and the two combined made it difficult for us to find anywhere else locally that matched up. The view whilst eating was also stunning and well worth the steps up to get there. On a whole this hotel was gorgeous and for the money was well worth every penny. I would definitely recommend Svarga based on the customer service alone. After a bit of a touch up and a new lift this would be back to being a 5 star resort.

The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on
I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower
I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave
The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first)
Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for)
I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
