The check in procedure was not efficient and meant we had to wait for several hours for a member of the team to come and check us in. The office kept putting the phone down as they did not speak English but would also not WhatsApp to arrange check in. A lady on the front desk for the hotel assisted in translating. Once checked in all was fine. Gym good also. Deposit of 200k, returned at check out.

Kamarnya kecil tapi nyaman. harga murah sudah termasuk sarapan. Sarapannya lumayan, menu bervariasi

lantai kamar bersih, pelayanan ramah, kamar mandi ada semut dan handuknya berdebu, airnya lancar dan panas, aksesnya agak bingung liftnya dan kolamnya trnyata cuma yg indoor saja ☹️

I live in bali and I stay in this hotel for 3 weeks, the room very clean and have a large space in deluxe room. All the staff very nice and friendly and quick response, especially Mrs. Nita, Mr. Octa and Mr. Messe they are a good leaders 👍🏻 there is no smoking room in this hotel but you can request to unlock the balcony door for smoking at the balcony. Nice city view from our room, the pool is clean and the breakfast is good 😊 I will back again to stay in this hotel when I comes to Surabaya 🥰❤️

Aston Inn Jemursari has a very small parking lot, making it difficult for guests who bring vehicles (even though valet parking is provided by the hotel). The breakfast menu can't expect much, because what you get is what you pay for. Modern rooms, but cleanliness can still be improved. The staff is quite friendly, but the receptionist doesn't work fast enough. Located on a small street, not on the main road.

Nasi Goreng: 8/10 Mie Goreng: 8/10 Worst Food (need improvement) Soto Ayam : 5/10 Pecel : 5/10 Please pay attention to level of cleanliness in the resto area especially chairs and table where some left over still there.. Special mention to Mr. Kiky (Duty Manager) and Front Office Staff thank you for looking after us during the duration of our stay! I will definitely be back to this hotel just because of the location, bed quality and excellent service demonstrated by some Staff department i mentioned exclude resto which definitely need much improvement.
