Home-cooked food is the real attraction of 7 Apple Hotel Aurangabad. It's a stay to remember. Every department, be it the front office, kitchen, IT, and maintenance, was excellent. Quazi from IT provided complete support, and Arbaaz Sir from the front office made the arrangements seamless. location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

It's a very good hotel and good hospitality. Only one thing is if some one wants to book this hotel book ***** with breakfast included. Else it will not be economical. Also, the rooms are clean and neat. Good space for a family stay. Rahul, ashwin and vijay i interacted and found them very helpful. Beside this good restaurant krishna leela where in for vegetarians, it is a very good hotel and good people too.

Disappointing Experience at The Fern Aurangabad Despite being a good property, our stay was marred by poor management. The ground staff were courteous and attentive, but the managerial staff seemed indifferent. Issues Encountered: 1.⁠ ⁠Broken glass bottles were provided to customers (see attached photo), and management justified this. 2. Musty smell in rooms was irritating. 3. Multiple calls were required to get a cup of tea in the morning, with delays blamed on Thai guests. 4. For corporate events, dignitaries were not offered sofas, despite requests. 5. Sapphire Hall toilets were unclean and stinking. 6. Unhygienic dustbins were present at the dining area (see photo). 7. Banquet hall AC was not cooling properly. 8. Food section is too small and creates long queue and it’s like having food inside the Mumbai locals. 9. Chairs are put in banquet hall dining areas which occupies 20% of the space. Management doesn’t listen to remove them to create space. Poor Management: General Manager was unavailable, and Mr. Shashank and Mr. Hemant were uncooperative. Junior staff (Ms. Anjali Phatak) from the corporate office was involved in sending an unpleasant email without understanding the challenges we were facing. Corporate office support was withdrawn instead of addressing concerns. Conclusion: Horrible experience! We will not stay here again if the hotel management doesn’t act on it. Please investigate and arrange for atleast an apology email from Ms Anjali

Staying at a spree hotel in aurangabad was quite good except i have requested an hourly stay which was agreed but denied at 11th hours which was socking bcz i have agreed to pay 50% charges for a 4 hours stay due to delay of flight.
