We had booked a room for my family. It was for the four of us. Two adults and Two Children aged 6 and 10. We had booked a two bedroom Suite as they call it. We were very shocked to first notice that the Two bedroom Suite had one only one Restroom which was common for both the Rooms. What is the point in booking 2 rooms when u get only One restroom. The kitchen is practically useless since they don’t have anything there except a kettle. And for 2 Bedrokm suite they only provided 2 bottles of Half a litre mineral water. We stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned by Housekeeing. When we came back after a long day in the night they told us that Housekeeping will be done only if we tell them. We paid 5k for the 1st night and 9k for the second night. It was a big blunder. No customer service at all. The manager insisted that they had an incident before with housekeeping and as per his words they follow a policy which is done worldwide ( Housekeeing will be done only if asked by the guest ). I told him nowhere they do like that. They do not do only if we tell them not to do. So surprising the answers. To tell u the fact there are about 20 properties in the same road. These guys charge a hefty premium over the others and that got us fooled into thinking this was a better property. We then picked another property and booked 2 rooms itself for a total of 3k only with 2 toilets. Don’t recommend anyone to stay here at all.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always ready to greet you with a smile and assist you in any way they can. Nice spacious rooms with working desk, best for people staying for work purpose. Facilities like pool, spa and walkway for your evening walks on fresh cut grass.

The staff at the hotel property were very courteous and supportive. However the rooms were not spacious as has been displayed and boasted at the time of booking with mmt. I feel it is not worth the mony spent.

Good hotel to stay in for leisure or business. The rooms are clean and services are good. I would specifically like to call out 3 persons for exceptional quality of service - 1. Prince - From sales. Went out of the way to accommodate my requests. I am very picky about hygiene and other amenities, and Prince ensured my stay was comfortable. He is an asset to any Sales team. 2. Chandan - From housekeeping. His dedication to work and attention to minute details in room around cleaning is praiseworthy. 3. Manish - Chef. He ensured my food was up to my requirements. I have few health related specifications for my diet, and he was diligent to cater to them. Overall, the hotel is recommended for stays.

TTraveling TanI recently stayed at Olive Magrath by Embassy Group in Bangalore and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was as advertised, equipped with all the promised amenities. However, I did find the room a bit dark for my liking, which is something to keep in mind depending on your preference for natural light.
The staff at the hotel were a highlight, always engaging and ready to assist, which made a significant difference in the quality of my stay. Their helpfulness and friendliness added a personal touch that I appreciated.
One of the standout features of Olive Magrath was the amazing co-working space available. It's an ideal spot for digital nomads or anyone working online, offering a comfortable and productive environment to get work done.
The hotel's location is another big plus, conveniently situated and easily accessible, making it a breeze to explore the city or get to business meetings.
Based on my experience, I would certainly recommend Olive Magrath to those visiting Bangalore, especially if you're working while traveling. The combination of helpful staff, great co-working space, and convenient location makes it a strong contender. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Bangalore.

As Managing Director of Destination Transformation, a company dedicated to facilitating affordable, world-class medical tourism to India, I am always cautious when selecting accommodations for myself and my clients. Three-star hotels can often be hit or miss, with images and descriptions that don’t always match reality.
However, Narthaki Boutique Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From February 13 to February 16, 2025, I had the pleasure of staying here, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience.
The room and facilities were spotless, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful stay. The hotel offers 5G wireless internet, which was fast and reliable—a huge plus for business travelers and digital nomads. An excellent restaurant and bar are attached to the hotel, providing both great meals and a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day.
The central location makes it easy to explore Bangalore, with plenty of shopping, dining, and attractions nearby. While there was no bar fridge in the room, at just $50 AUD per night, this is a minor detail that does not take away from the outstanding value this hotel provides.
I wholeheartedly recommend Narthaki Boutique Hotel for travelers looking for quality accommodation at an affordable price. It is now on our recommended list for clients traveling to Bangalore for medical or dental procedures, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

The hotel staff are good and helpfull.

All the restaurant staff were fabulous in their service.

I had good and delicious meals at the Ginger Bangalore restaurant.
It's cosy and I felt at home.
Restaurant staff are always ready to serve.
They prepared for me my simple meal of chapattis and veggies. It was delicious.
Also the room service staff and the reception staff were excellent in their service.

It's a good and safe place to stay at.
Although it's an hour and half drive from the airport.

PPengguna TetamuAthulia Residence is a modern hotel with a good location. It looked clean, my room was nice and spacious. One thing that I particularly liked was the mattress, I slept like a baby, and you can see that someone has invested a lot of money so that the hotel looks like a tip-top. However, the staff are pure disappointment, I don't know if this is their first job, but zero stars. First, when I arrived, I was presented with an A4 form that I had to fill out. Usually at any hotel they take a copy of your passport and fill it out. Second, because I liked the hotel, I decided to stay another night, The staff chased me to pay the bill without even looking at the fact that I paid the bill online. Third, when I checked out, instead of helping me with luggage, taxi, etc. they told me to ”stay here” so he could check my room. It's obvious that they never worked at the hotel. Fourth, I don't know how it happened, but last night there was no hot water and the Wi-Fi didn't work. Maybe it was just one hour, I don't know, but for 370 yuans, it's just not worth it. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money.
