The staff were awesome. One in particular stood out from the rest, Aditi. She has the most charming personality always smiling and making guests feel welcomed and relaxed. Sourav, Hriizini, Sanjay, Jelico, Amey and many of the others were so attentive and helpful always greeting us with a smile and making sure we are enjoying our stay in addition to suggesting places to visit. Would definitely come back to this resort as the food is incredible, we ate here every night and were never disappointed.

This hotel is situated in a perfect location to access restaurants such as the Goan village, Octima and Mike’s places to name a few. Our room had a lovely balcony. Music within the area stops at 23:00 hrs which is necessary due to the location & getting a good night sleep. Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:30, we had no complaints. 1: There is a fridge in the room. 2: Ample storage to hang clothes on rails rather than wardrobes. 3: Two bottles of water are provided in the room on arrival. Water is not replenished daily but there is plenty of shops locally to buy water. 4: The room is air conditioned & there is a ceiling fan. 5: There are adequate plugs in the room. 6: There is access to a walk-in shower, however the bathroom is basic but serves the purpose. 7: Rooms are cleaned daily, pillows and towels are very worn but clean. 8: There is access to a safe in the room, a key is provided which you keep for your duration. 9: There is coffee & tea facilities. 10: This is a 3 storey building with no access to a lift. There are a lot of steps which could be a problem if you have mobility issues. 11: The staff were lovely & very accommodating. 12: The hotel accept cash and card. There is a 12% charge if you use a card. In conclusion a great price for a basic clean hotel in a fabulous location.

A very good property . Visited Goa after forty two years and enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, neat and clean very well maintained place. Lush green surroundings, nice pools , pretty good beach, nice comfortable villa , nice good quality food / dishes at seagull restaurant , very sweet and decent people around to make you comfortable while you eat ...Komal , Hardik and S Adithya in particular. It was great meeting Mr.Dennis D'Costa and Madam Gita Naik who made every effort to make our stay absolutely comfortable and memorable. Our lots of thanks to them.

The resort was good, but lacked some basic amenities, the room didn't had basics like soap, toothpaste which are provided by the hotel, they even charged for the water bottles a fer the first day, and we had asked twice for our room to be cleaned but it wasn't, otherwise resort has a nice location facing a lake and the food was good, overall i would say it's good but is on a quite expensive side.

What a great place to stay. If you are into nature get to say in one of the rive cottages and your are right n the edge of the Sal river. On the far bank is a large fruit bat colony, a pond heron arrives on the pontoon just outside every evening to look for fish, smaller bats and kites fly around in the evening and you can watch fishermen pulling in their fishing nets. such a peaceful quiet view from the balcony I loved it. The *** and wo*** on reception were so friendly and professional as was the *** serving breakfast. The beach was a 10 minute walk away.

The Holiday Inn is a truly lovely hotel but it’s the superb staff that made our stay so special. The grounds are beautiful and the gardeners work hard to keep it looking so beautiful. . It has a private beach area with comfortable sun beds & umbrellas. The reception is welcoming, impressive & has great seating areas. There are 3 restaurants, each are different and all of them of such a high standard. Chef Anthony looked after us so well & ensured we had everything we needed particularly when I became unwell & hospitalised. When I was discharged from hospital, Hellensy went above & beyond to make sure everything was in place to aid my recovery & she checked on me regularly. I was not well enough to leave my room for a few days & Sandra from room service called our room to see if I needed a particular dietary change, Suchita from housekeeping came to make sure we had everything in the room we needed & Rajendra was an absolute star messaging my husband to check we were both ok and doing everything he possible could to help us. The staff in the Zest (too many to name!) were so kind & we got the best of care. If I hadn’t had the care given, I would have flown home as soon as I was well enough but on reflection, I was definitely in an amazing place to rest & recover. Our three-day holiday flew by in the blink of an eye, leaving us with cherished memories to treasure. We can’t wait to return to St. Regis Goa for another long holiday next year. Average hotel with average staff. Visited with family including 2 daughters. I thought it being recently opened on 04 Oct with stone wood brand it’s a good deal and will be a memorable stay. But the staff took more than 24 hrs just to arrange an extra bed. Except Mr Rahul who was at reception, no one is bothered about the brand value. Buffet breakfast is another mess in itself. Stay there for 3 days to enjoy south goa and it’s not worthwhile. Must say, there are good resorts nearby with same tariff which are much better option.
