Its good place to stay .. need proper maintenance .. lokks ok from outside

It’s a budget hotel/apartment, so please ***age expectations. The staff is friendly and very cooperative will give them 10/10. Breakfast is served and they have a standard menu (no buffet), restaurant is okay however the food is excellent . They do not have internet, it’s incorrectly stated on the facilities. Please inspect your room before checking, I had to change my room as the first room was very bad, leaking toilet, unclean room, towels and bedding. I had to make some noise.

Not very far from dabolim airport, close to verna industrial area which was my requirement, good for business stay, good breakfast, room was clean when i arrived, rental scooter available at cost. Overall good experience, at check out, reception asked me if everything was ok with my stay.

I visited this place 2nd time it’s was great to see the atmosphere the vibe is the food is great. Lovely ambiance. Srimanta the Captain Bougainvillea greeted us explained about the variety that they offer for that particular day…. It’s overall nice experience.

We stayed at the beautiful Heritage Hotel for 2 weeks from the 12/1/25 , the twice weekly gala dinners around the pool were outstanding with good food and vibe , the buffet restaurant chutney was as expected from a hotel of this class, rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily to a good standard , linen is changed very regularly . We refused to get in the sunbed Wars by getting up early, so we spent a lot of time on the beach at Aaron’s beach shack eating lunch there , sizzling prawns at 600 Are not to be missed ! On the big turnover days we always find a bed around the pool when we got up at about 0930 ! The last Saturday of holidays I counted the sunbeds ! 64 around the pool and 14 in the garden, In view of fact there are 97 rooms some with kids , realistically 200 are required , so the management need to address this ridiculous lack of bed situation ! What really makes this hotel are the staff who work tirelessly with smiles and enthusiasm always remembering drinks orders etc from waiters to cleaners and garden people who keep it immaculate, perhaps some managers could follow this trait . A fabulous holiday was had with great memories, nearly perfect . The houseboat overnight trip is amassing Thank you staff at the Heritage for a wonderful Experience

There were issues at check-in with payment from Trip.com and our rooms were in separate areas despite us requesting rooms in the same building. Upon asking multiple times we finally got a room nearby but the toilets were not working and we had to call for assistance multiple times which was always delayed.
