We have taken a lot of trips during the last few year and our trip to Annavaram. Our stay at Spree One was SPECIAL, perfect hospitality, ontime check-in courteous staff. Special call out to Mr.Baskar (GM Spree One Resorts) who made sure not only our stay was pleasant but also ensured that he provided guidance on what to do locally and arranged for trusted drivers and vehicles when requested which ensured that we dint have to worry about anything during our trip We would recommend Spree One resorts to everyone.

The ambience inside hotel is good with latest type of fittings both in rooms and restaurant. Stay is comfortable and happy. The entrance is not visibly provided with name board and hence difficult to locate the hotel which is located in 4th and 5th floors.

From the initial planning stages to the execution of the events Haldi, Sangeet, Mehendi, Pellikuthuru and Pelli, they were professional, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of our wedding day was flawless.The staff's warm hospitality made us and our guests feel welcomed and cared for throughout the event. Special thanks to Mr Subbaraju garu for exceptional service and attention to detail. And let's not forget about the food! The culinary team at RVR Sarovar Portico impressed us with their delicious and beautifully presented dishes that delighted our guests' palates and left them wanting more. Overall, our wedding day was an absolute dream come true, thanks to the incredible team at RVR Sarovar Portico.

PPengguna TetamuThe rooms were large. Parking was ok. But the a/c was old and not cooling properly. There is no hot water geyser in the bath room. The mirrors in the bath room are old and cracked with a lot of dirty layers. Coming to the bed, unclean and smelly bed sheets. The photos posted and what we see in reality is jameen asmaan farak. This room deserves only 800 rs / night. Nothing more.

Hotel rooms are a bit run down from years of use and abuse but they have pleasant staff, amazing location and great ala carte food. Consistently meet expectations, i hope they do better and improve the hotel facilities even more.
