Room window was not clean, was a smelly bathroom, lots of conditions for pure booked breakfast. There was no complimentry tea in the room, which is normally provided by every hotel. And there was no water in the room.

4. breakfast was bread butter 8 slices for 4 of us and a bowl of poha with ghatiya
5. bathrooms size ok but not clean.
as i was there for an exam it did not matter much.
it's a good bachelors den.
but for cleanliness i would rate it 1 *
staff and food 1*. i think priced on higher side. tea was cutting masala chai in unclean cups
