The stay was excellent. The staff was very kind, courteous and helpful. They took care of all out needs especially in the food department for out kid. The property is located at a picturesque spot. The view of the dhauladhar range is breathtaking with sunrise views. The terrain of the hotel is uneven, so some of the rooms require steep climb and descent. It was not a problem for us younger group but can be for older people. Overall excellent stay.

The stay at regenta was wonderful. The ambience, the staff, the service, the food was at best. The location and surrounding view is amazing. We were given free hand to play all the music by ouself. We had a great stay ***** with lovely pool, gym and indoor games especially playstation which the kids love the most. Keep it up

PPengguna TetamuI must say that this resort is an excellent option to stay in palampur. Far from all the crowd but having all the luxury of a 5 star hotel. The resort is surrounded by tea garden and has an excellent view of dhauladhar range. This resort has limited rooms so all the hotel staff gives you a personal attention, gives a very personalized and special feeling. Food is excellent and the chef was courteous enough to customize and cater to our needs. Resort has excellent heated pool, spa, sauna, steam and gym. We also met the owner mr dinesh butail. What a gentlemen! we had an amazing time with him tasting variety of tea and listening some wonderful songs sang by him. Can't complain about anything. It was a perfect stay at infinite a team resort at palampur. I will definitely visit again.

Exceptional Experience at Araiya Palampur Araiya Palampur is a stunning luxury resort set in a breathtaking location. Although we didnāt stay in the rooms, we toured all room categories, and they were absolutely beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The balconies offer mesmerizing views of the Dhauladhar range, making it a perfect retreat. The highlight of our visit was The OLD FOX bar, which boasts an incredible ambiance and a location that adds to its charm. The food was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Special thanks to Mr. Puneet and Mr. Vishal for their warm hospitality and helpfulness throughout our visit. The heated pool with its scenic views is another standout feature of this resort. It adds a luxurious touch to the experience. Weāre grateful to Mr. Ashish for recommending Araiya Palampurāit truly made our weekend memorable. From the location to the food and service, everything was flawless. Thanks so much Araiya Palampur.

Wie stayed for 3 nights and had the 8 auspicious suite which has a living room and a bedroom both with beautfiul wooden floor and all decorated with Tangkas, Lamps and other nice things from the Norbulingka Institute. It is a beautiful hotel with a nice terrace where you can have breakfast or dinner. We liked the very friendly hotel staff, the service during the breakfast could be a bit better though. I recommend the hotel for a stay in the center of Mc Leod with a great ******* mountain atmosphere.

PPANCHALIf you traveling solo or family then I don't recommend this place. Bathrooms is not hygienic at all. Room is dusty. food is good , view from restaurant is also good but restaurant staff is not professional they will stare at you while eating food. View from room is good. Room amenities not provided. And charges are high too. Nearby to war memorial and cricket stadium. Hotel staff help to arrange cabs . But I will recommend search other

We recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The room was small and cramped, with outdated furniture, no almira and a lack of basic amenities. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat and lumpy, bedsheet stained. The bathroom was tiny. Food too less options. The room was also incredibly noisy, with thin walls that allowed me to hear every conversation and noise from the surrounding rooms. I brought my concerns to their attention to hotel owner, they seemed completely uninterested in addressing them. Cleanliness - 20 % Hygiene - zero Heater - not at all FOC Borne Fire - over charged Location - 150- 180 stair down from main market Mountain View rooms - are also over priced 1500 on Goibibo and make my trip. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are uncomfortable, the amenities are lacking, and the customer service is abysmal. There are far better options available in the area.
