we did the booking and checked into the resort at about 6:30 pm on 20th Oct. we were allotted a room no. 110 in the basement of one Block.. for which we needed to go down two floors.. both is us are Senior Citizens.. the room is spacious.. and neat.. the AC was decent... but there were few mosquitos.. and we needed the repellant. the flush of the commode was not having pressure for water.. and was taking time to fill.. it rained cats and dogs.. and rain water 💧was coming inside the front door area.. we couldnot go out to the restaurantas it was raining heavily.. plus the passage to the restaurant was dimming lit.. fearing that we may slip and fall we ordered for room service.. a simple Dal Khichidi and Curd rice.. was good.. next day morning we left to Triambak at 5:30 am.. and left the key at the front desk.. as the Room vacating time suggested to us was 10:00 am.. hence we told the front desk to move our baggages to the front desk after 10 am.. as we were expected to get delayed st the Temple.. we returned back from 3:30 pm.. and wanted to change our soiled cloths used for Temple darshan with fresh ones and sought some decent place to change our dress.. to our utter surprise we were shown a toilet outside the reception area to go and change.. the toilet doesnot have any doors.. instead the complete floor was wet and dirty.. hence we requested for a better place so that our cloths donot get wet.. they finally advised us to go to the Restaurant area and use the spoilers there.. which we did eventually.. after paying more and seeking a decent place for changing the soiled cloths was a painful experience.. for hardly a 11 hours night stay.. pl note that we didnot avail the breakfast service as we were inside the Triambak temple.. hence our experience is AVERAGE..

We celebrate our anniversary on 17th Dec.2021 with infant. Here’s review from our stay:- 1. Staff is very cooperative and well mannered. 2. The rooms are small but prefect for small families with 1kid or a couple. Extra adult will make room look smaller but if you are in group & just want to have fun then go for it.. pool is small too 3. All rooms are pool & lake view. 4. Stay during monsoon & winters will make it more memorable as lake view will be good. 5. Breakfast options are limited with only veg options however when asked for egg omelette they made it for us. 6. Resort is very close to MTDC boat club which should not be missed while in Nashik & relish on authentic Chulivarchi Misal at Sadhana restaurant.. 7. Approach roads towards resort is good & easily accessible. 8. In adventure activities we did Go karting & Zipline (cost rs.300/- per person per activity) 9. Rooms were cleaned daily. 10. Restaurant food is on à la carte can be served in room. We tried indian food & Chinese starters which taste good. 11. Restaurant & room service is from 10am to 10pm. 12. Stayed one night at the resort. It’s a beautiful place around 25 km away from the city in the midst of lush green landscape. Cottage rooms were bigger than expected with separate wardrobe and huge bathroom. Shower was more like a rain shower under the sky. Garden sit out was a quite a calming experience. Pool area was beautiful with stone structures around it. The only issue we had was with limited menu and food options. Although the dinner served had more of home cooked flavour with torai, moong dal and multigrain rotis. So in a way, it was soothing for a tired tummy yet more options would have been better. Tried their swedish massage and deep tissue therapy massage. Actually dozed off twice during the session, it was so surreal. Missed out on a few of the activities because of the tight schedule that we were on so would definitely visit again if we travel to nashik. Also the staff is extreme gentle and courteous. Five star experience.

Visited Nashik and stayed at the Aria from 18/10 to 20/10, 3 adults in a room with an extra bed. Booked through *********** and paid a premium amount for the rooms. Patio room had no view at all. Corridor leading to the room is poorly lit, and the corridor is stuffed from the games which had been removed from the adjoining game area to accommodate an event. Room was spacious but again the passage and wardrobe is lit poorly. For a resort property the amenities in the room and quality of linen is horrible. No shaving kit, no loofah, no shower caps, no vanity kit - nothing. No slippers or bathrobes in the wardrobe and only 2 hangers. No iron and ironing board, no laundry bags, not sure if they have a laundry in house. Inspite of the room being booked on triple occupancy - only 2 towels, 2 dental kits and 2 litres of water were placed. The room phone didn’t work so had to call the hotel board line every time from my mobile to request anything. Staff was least bothered, while leaving the hotel for site seeing mentioned about the short coming and requested to have the extra bed placed but nothing was done when I returned. Upon return the light of the room kept tripping every 5 mins and I had to go to the lobby and raise my voice to get this sorted. Post day 1 cleaning towels remained at 2 and tea cup was never replaced. We managed to have tea coffee in water glass. Thankfully water was replenished. There is a banquet space right outside the room and it was loud every evening. The AC in the room is also super noisy and there is a whooshing sound constantly in the room. Pool side is not well maintained and no pool towels or loungers are present. Breakfast spread was average, the dosas though were an absolute delight. Super delicious. If the hotel is charging so much and labelling itself as a resort it should ensure it works towards it. This was not a resort experience. Not recommended at all, much better places in Nashik.
