Property should be improve in terms of well maintain. Cleaning and rooms should be well maintain. Although the staff facility is up to the mark and i would give the rating of 5 out of 5 as staff facility is very cooperative and supportive. Location is good. The resort is situated adjacent to a series of mountains giving a scenic experience. You can also go for a nature trail and visits fountains, night stay in a tent on a hill, enjoy the boot camp experience then the sun rise. Resort has primarily two kind of rooms, condos and tents, both are quite spacious with all essentials. The staff is responsive and friendly. The club has swimming pool with music system that you can connect your phone and play music, indoor play room (while we were their none of the ac worked, tennis court (badly maintained, beautiful maintained lawn. No kids play area. If you are staying in tent, be mindful of snakes that come with the territory. They have got a nice bar and restaurant, which is good. Breakfast and lunch was a disappointment. Bare minimum options (all veg. They also prepare jain food. You can order food from outside if you crave for non veg or little more spice in your life. Overall a mixed experience. So i would say 2. 5/5

I visited the Sai River Resort at Khopoli, last Saturday. Khopoli is a town that is in the outskirts of Navi Mumbai. It's monsoon hotspot for the tourists who'll flock to Khopoli and the other landmark places like Lonavala & Khandala to enjoy the rains and waterfalls. Khopoli during the summers was definitely a bad idea, but when you are in the company of ex colleagues, you care less. We were about a group of 14-15 odd people, all ex colleagues, who planned this trip and ended up booking this resort. The resort is located right on the old Mumbai-Pune Highway, which eases out the stress associated with locating the place. The resort is a big property. There's plenty of rooms and wooden cabins for the guests. I personally felt that for a resort of this size, the parking space could have been bigger, but nonetheless, we could park our cars comfortably. By the time I reached, my friends had already checked in, so did not go through the check-in process. The reception area seemed small and cramped, and entertaining more than 2 guests at a time may seem like a chaos. In the little that I explored, there were 2 types of rooms - the regular rooms and the wooden cottages/cabins. We had booked both. The regular rooms are pretty big in size and can easily accommodate 2 on bed, and 2 on the floor, with extra mattresses. The rooms are clean, the linens were neat, both, the TV & the ACs were functional. But do note that, at this time of the year, it's so hot that you'll have to leave the ACs turned on for quite some time for the rooms to become cooler. Otherwise, when you enter (especially the wooden cabins) you feel like you have entered a furnace - it's that hot. I am certain, this would not be the case during monsoon or during winter. The wooden cabins are a lot smaller in size, but fully functional and is neatly done up. The wooden cabins come with a small sit-out area where you can relax and enjoy some friendly conversation over beer/coffee. That reminds me that there's no in-room refrigerator, if you need a beer, you'll have to call up room service. There's coffee/tea provisions in the room. Food - breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks - are served in their dining area which is closer to the reception area. The restaurant / dining area has two sections - the AC & non-AC. For the money we paid, I think we got a good deal when it came to food. There was the usual stuff - nothing too fancy - but good enough to offer you some variety. For the non vegetarians, the only option available was chicken. Hotels need to be a little more creative with the non-vegetarian menu, especially, if they are serving chicken two times a day. After a while, even the chicken starts to taste like potato. The breakfast spread was also decent and had the usual suspects on the table - poha, bhurji, missal, idli, bread toast... We stayed at a mountain View room 202... And the experience was pathetic. The spring of the bed was out, the swimming pool was dirty and a torn towel was given to us the bathroom flush was so strong the dirty commode water was coming out the tv in the room was not working for an hour hence we had to have lunch in front of the mechanic only... The service of the hotel was far worse than the amenities they first of all did not have tandoor and forced us to get only Chinese food the whole time for the stay last of all the worst was the behaviour of reception person named Sagar...He had a different attitude for each complaint we raised stating if we want to leave then we can go for it and also he was very rude ... It was a waste of money and a waste of our weekend.

Rooms are only average.. needs a maintenance Food quality quite good even veg food is quite good.. service is prompt.. We stayed on Saturday and Sunday.. they didn't open water park in Saturday... Water park and property needs maintenance. If Rooms were better I would have recommended for stay and water park.. but other good option for water park available...

I stayed at this hotel in August 2024 expecting the room to look like it was represented in the photos on Makemytrip. Unfortunately, the rooms were old, and not maintained. Bedsheets were not in a good condition. The bathroom was not maintained well, with walls unpainted. The amount charged for this hotel is much more than how the room was. The positives of the hotel were: 1. Staff. They were helpful. 2. Room had a big balcony, with very good views of the mountain 3. The breakfast was tasty This hotel has the potential to be a sought-after budget property. However, the lack of maintenance is a big negative.
