Had a wonderful experience at Tamara kodai loved their rooms and ambience... food was great...kids enjoyed a lot during the stay...They had a wonderful cupcake decorating and pizza making session chef selva ,chef sadhil and chef seema made the session kids friendly and enjoyable... this stay is going to be a good memory forever

We came as a family and we really enjoyed our staying here. Well maintained play areas for kids and amazing complimentary food service in the morning. Definitely would recommend this place

We are quite happy about our stay at 'Treebo Trends Kodai Kings Park' at Kodaikanal during our 3-night stay recently. We were three of us stayed in a single premium room with a double cot and a single cot. 1. The hotel was neat and clean 2. The room was quite spacious 3. The hospitality of the staff was good 4. We all liked the breakfast. Food was tasty 5. There was a water heater in the bathroom. So hot water is available always 6. They had a generator backup that would start automatically whenever there was a power failure. 7. Although we stayed from Tuesday to Friday and during off-peak period, for the tariff it was well worth the stay 8. There were very minor issues that needed attention. For the room that was allotted to us, the bathroom cloth hanger was not anchored at one side and hanging, the main door latch was off-alignment and could not be used, there was no deodorant in the bathroom, etc. But once we informed the staff, they quickly fixed all of them I think it would be good if the ***agement inspects the room after guests vacate and fixes the minor issues like those mentioned in point 8 so that when the next guest occupies, they need not feel bad about them and wait for the staff to get them fixed. After all, first impression is the best. It will certainly improve the service and give a very good impression about the hotel. We for sure will consider staying in the same hotel for our next trip to Kodaikanal. I surely will recommend to my friends.

We booked for 3d2n executive room. Even though the room was neat, the bathroom wet areas were unusually slippery. My wife slipped away and fell down. She had head injury and 2 stitches at the KHMS hospital close to this property. When asked them about the condition of the washroom, they simply tried to make reasons and get away with it. While Mr Satish found out the aftermath of the fall, I asked him to arrange rubber mat for the washroom which he did. On the third day of check out, parking was a big time issue. They collect your car keys to re-park the car as required. DO NOT HAND OVER THE KEY to the security guy. Their unskilled driver parked my car right next to the concerete footpath leaving a 10-15 CM long scratch with dent. The unskilled and unprofessional manager of the resort on duty came and applied tooth paste and started rubbing off the scratch. The fellow says apply mobil lubricant oil and it will go away. He says I cannot say anything to the driver who was responsible for this. So he just apologized and walked away. SUCH A PATHETIC experience and no customer service. Unprofessional and unattended attitude. Having gone to kodaikanal to celebrate my wifes bday, everything went into vain and loses. I have proofs to declare these sorts of uncalled service offered. The so called General Manager is not at all fit to perform the duty ot attend to a customers query for an issue caused by themselves. Instead of finding a solution he was more keen yo conceal their mistake and left us there just like that. Location wise this place is good. Other hotel staffs were friendly. For their mustakes I had to pay everything including fixing my car. Im a frequent traveller and vlogger and have stayed in tons if properties and always I have encouraged to share good review. But this will always be unforgetable memory for me and my family. Doctor had advised to take an MRI scanning. One week down the Journey, the pain around the head still exists. MRI scanning result is awaited
