PPengguna TetamuI wish I could just move in to this apartment! It’s beautifully appointed, very clean and comfortable and totally worth what you pay for it. I loved every minute of my stay here and wished I could have been here longer. Hveragerði is an amazing place, with steam billowing out of the surrounding hillsides and along the river bank. There are stunning walks within easy reach of the apartment and they provide a handy map that’s all you need to find your way around.

- Lovely and friendly hotel staff - Breakfast has a fast option but also a wide variety of hot and cold options of very good quality and taste - Bedroom is very comfortable with clean and high-quality bed linens and towels - Overall cleanliness of the hotel is spotless and very pleasant and organised - Hotel has an authentic style of a cosy farm place - Underfloor heating makes it very warm and cosy in the winter - Location is about 40 minutes driving from the capital with safe roads - Free parking or shuttle service at a cost available - Hotel is located in a tidy and interesting city, making it easy to get to other destinations - Horse riding tours are offered and highly recommended - Bonus supermarket nearby - Had an amazing stay and will definitely be coming back Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making the stay even better

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was great and we loved our stay! The room was clean and spacious as well as the hotel itself. The reception staff was super friendly and helpful plus they have a nice bar and restaurant. We did eat breakfast there in the morning and it was perfect! There was lots of seating and plenty of breakfast options. They do also have a pool there but we did not get to go in. It looked clean and well taken care of. The location is amazing and we would highly recommend staying here!

Fun experience but it was the most expensive hotel of our entire 8 day trip and other hotels were much nicer. The rooms were manufactured buildings kinda cramped, twin beds, not enough outlets for electronics. They had lots of things plugged into multiple extension cords and the bathroom very small. The shower folds up. The breakfast was delicious and pretty view. They have a sauna and hot tub that looks out over the river which is a nice view. It’s also isolated and the town that you need to drive to closes early. We could not find anything open when we returned at 9:45. Sleepy town. Staff very nice .

PPengguna TetamuGreat value, close to Reykjavik located in a small town. Geothermal park is located walking distance from this motel Price very reaonable compared to Reykjavik prices. Small motel type guesthouse located away from highway near centre of town in quiet area. Rooms have private bathrooms despite being listed as a guesthouse. Kettle and coffee/tea provided in room. Fridge also in room. Microwave in lobby. Bonus (the grocery store with the pig logo) is about 8 blocks away. Enjoyed stay so much we extended from one to three days.
