This family-owned hotel is not glamorous but is nicely furnished with spotless, well maintained rooms. Bed linens are nice with comforters matching the draperies, tall windows that give an air of spaciousness. Our room opened onto the paved courtyard which is gated to the street. Bath towels are generously sized and the bathroom was also spotless. This was not a large room (we had a twin) but it had a built in luggage rack, desk, tall wardrobe and also hooks on the wall for coats. NIghtstands with sconces over them were by each bed. The family work hard to meet requests and make guests comfortable. Restaurant portions are generous; we found we could not hold a primi and a secondi as the pastas and risottos were so ample. The restaurant uses good quality ingredients and does not attempt things they cannot handle so while the meals are comforting and delicious they are good basic “mama” cooking. I am a tough “grader” so gave it a four because it is not grand but it is very comfortable and very, very reasonable. It is a five for value.

Hotel clean and tidy. Rooms big and confy bed. Breakfast good and with a lot of options sweet and savoury. No boiler in the room but vending machines on the floor level. Also tea and coffee vending machine present on the ground floor. The hotel is very near by the bus stop to go to terninal one and two. Also the hotel has a private shuittle to go to terminal one and two

Back for a second stay prior to departure from Milan. As usual front desk was friendly, efficient and allowed us to check in as soon as room was ready, much appreciated. Quiet, clean room with comfortable beds and good air-conditioning. Breakfast had a good variety. Dinner in restaurant was also tasty and service was very courteous.

Quite a nice spot if you have to catch an early flight at Malpensa. Although there’s no shuttles provided by the hotel, the airport terminal bus is very convenient. The station “casa nueva” is between terminal 1 and 2, very convenient to reach and it takes only 3 minutes to walk from the bus station to the hotel. We didn’t dine at the hotel restaurant, but the buffet breakfast is simple and nice. There are some restaurants nearby within 5-min walking distance, great deal and tasty! The bed is super large and the shower is very comfortable. The only problem is probably the Wi-Fi, a bit slow and difficult to catch the signal in rooms.

First impression is that it's OK, however not a 4 star hotel at all, more like a 3 star. Reception service is good and friendly, but when you go to the restaurant they barely look at you when you want to order. It's like they're trying to hide from their customers. There is almost never anybody if you want to order a drink or a coffee.. terrible F&B management.

The hotel only have lift in middle section and room at the ends (which is what I get) is very far away. After you go to the end side you have no motivation to go out anymore. People with big heavy luggage might have to ask for room closer to lift. No view outside you only see the car park below.The room looks like there’s fight in it before… lots of cupboards have chips and looks old. See photo for one of the better one. Room is clean and although have bathtub I just cannot get water to fill up (no idea how to let the drain hole close up, no instructions) Water is super hot even though I just move to the hot side a little so need to be careful. Check in and out counters are not clearly label so you need to ask and see where ppl are. Beside location as I am flying off from T1 I really don’t think this is worth the price.

I chose the Moxy for a one-night stay because of its proximity to Milan Malpensa Airport. I reached the hotel very late, around 10:00 PM, but the staff was welcoming and efficient and checked me in quickly. Highly recommend it for those who have an early flight.

The location of the hotel is ok, not far from the airport. This is a new style of hotel. The decoration is very special and nice. Free parking and staff are friendly and efficient. Will visit again

Отели расположен в 3, 4 минутах езды на автомобиле. Идти с багажом не получится, так как тропинки- тротуара к отелю нет это дорога. Есть трансфер, стоимость 2.5 евро , трансфер предоставляется по звонку в отеле по прибытию в аэропорт Милана Malpensa Hotel Al numero +39 0331230944  (uscita n.10 Terminal 1, piano arrivi. Выход номер 10 обозначен как шатл бас и находится в конце аэропорта. Отель поражает территория красивая здание это вилла, приветливый персонал, водитель помог с багажом. В номерах есть всё необходимое: – гель шампунь белые чистые полотенца, удобная кровать, номеру исполнен в классическом стиле. С 5 до 10 утра в отеле подается завтрак! Есть бассейн можно провести время отдыхая перед вылетом. В отеле тихо и комфортно рекомендую его для остановки между вылетами.

Our flight was overbooked and we had to stay in a hotel near by. The hotel staff were excellent, after a very stressful four hours of not being able to board a plane, waiting for our bags to return and having zero communication from the flight company, we needed good people. The staff had held the kitchen for us so we had some food. They recommended ways to get to a different airport so we could get home earlier. Amazing people, very friendly, accommodating and helpful, thank you 🙏
