Hotel terbaik di Gerenzano

Hôtel qui peu paraître ”beau”, grâce au photo mais qui le n'est pas du tout ! Les photos sont retouché, seul l'accueil est moderne... Les chambres et les couloirs sont plus que vieillot. Taches sur la moquette dans les couloirs. Ascenseurs qui peut contenir seulement 2 personnes, et PAS DU TOUT moderne ! Chambre pas très accueillante, seulement la salle de bain a était refaites à neuf... Et encore.. lumière au dessus de l'évier qui ne fonctionne plus. Ménage à revoir. Sans parler du fait que ce n'est pas du tout isolé !! Nous entendons la télé de nos voisins, quand ils parlent, et nous avons eu des voisins du dessus avec un chien (cela ne me dérange en aucun cas) mais nous entendons ses griffes dès que celui ci marchait. De plus, le parking souterrain et fermé par une grille à code, mais la porte du garage reste TOUT le temps ouverte... Je ne conseil pas si vous souhaitez y rester plusieurs jours ou semaines.

This hotel used to be our first choice when staying in Saronno. We've stayed several times and we've experienced the drop in quality and standard in the rooms and breakfast offer. The hotel needs quality control, bathrooms are getting worse every year and food found for breakfast too. The hotel is located close to the motorway and it's not too far from the city centre. A grocery super store is on the other side of the road making this hotel perfectly located in Saronno. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There's enough free parking in front of the hotel. Rooms are clean and functional but if toilet and bathroom is important to you when choosing where to stay, there are better hotels for almost the same price in Saronno.

Hotel położony blisko stacji kolejowej, co umożliwia bardzo szybkie przedostanie się do centrum Mediolanu mimo odległości. Co do samego hotelu w pokojach brak czajników i herbaty/kawy. Brak butelki z wodą. Tylko jedne kapcie na dwie osoby, dodatkowo również brak szlafroków. Śniadanie bardzo przeciętne i średnio urozmaicone, co więcej brakowało tak podstawowej rzeczy jak ekspres do kawy. Woda w basenie zimna, do tego dwie sauny - z czego jedna klasyczna i ciepła z widokiem na miasto. Pokój czysty, a łóżko wygodne. Klimatyzacja działała świetnie. Brak smartTV. Wydaje mi się jednak, że podczas pobytu na basenie ktoś chodził po moim pokoju mimo zawieszki informajacej aby nie przeszkadzać, gdyż po powrocie oraz po wsadzeniu karty drzwi przesunęły się samoczynnie bez dotykania klamki, a zawieszka leżała na podłodze wewnątrz pokoju.

Tres bel hotel pour une halte revigorante sur la route des cols Italiens et Suisse pour notre groupe de Motards. Un acceuil sympathique et pro malgré la barrière de la langue. Chambres, juste magnifiques avec de petites attentions, comme des gateaux, salle de bain superbe.en cette fin août, les 34 ° feront apprécier la climatisation et la superbe piscine.sympa aussi de pouvoir parquer les motos devant les chambres.Plus réservé sur le restaurant, peu de choix et assez cher, par contre le petit dejeuner est parfait, du choix et de la qualité.En conclusion un hotel de passage à conseiller

Arrivati oltre le 23 di sera e l'accoglienza col sorriso ci ha subito dato un'ottima impressione. Camera super pulita, biancheria di ottima fattura. Colazione di ottima qualità e abbastanza varia. Eravamo a piedi e dalla stazione di Saronno ci si muove in meno di 10 minuti a piedi. L'ospitalità, il sorriso e la disponibilità sono le caratteristiche estremamente positive che rendono il soggiorno molto positivo.

Per vicinanza a sede azienda ho pernottato alcune notti e avuto opportunità di cenare 3 sere presso ristorante hotel. Pertanto, ho avuto modo di verificare in circostanze diverse la qualità dei servizi. La prima sera, non conoscevo la realtà e la logistica della struttura. Mi ha stupito la cortesia e il calore dell'accoglienza da parte di Federica, venutami incontro per mettermi a mio agio e orientarmi alla cena. Ottima esperienza con costata irlandese. La seconda sera, ogni aspettativa derivante dalla prima positiva serata è stata pienamente rispettata: accoglienza, servizio, cibi e cortesia. La terza è stata superiore alle aspettative, con squisita disponibilità, professionalità ed empatia, manifestata dal maitre Stefano e dalla simpatica Nadia. Bravissimi tutti, cucina compresa

We booked a double comfort room but we’re put in a disabled access room. Neither of us have mobility issues and are supposed to be on a romantic weekend away and we thought by booking a 4 star hotel we would get the romantic atmosphere advertised on line. We asked about room service when we arrived as it was quite late and were met with a response of “nothings open” despite the website advertising 24hour room service with no extra charge and free water from the mini bar. When we got to our room there was a notice on the side with information about the room service hours which also stated there would be a 3€ charge just to call down to room service, as well as a note on the mini bar stating a 1.50€ fee for water. Our bathroom does not have the bidet that’s stated in the room description online and the toilet is raised far too high for either of us to use comfortably. The rest of the bathroom is completely bare, with not so much as a shower curtain. Our safe does not work, despite someone coming to change the batteries inside and still no resolution to our issue! We have only one bedside table and had to resort to using the cheap plastic chair as a replacement on one side of the bed. The receptionist was less than cooperative when we went down to discuss our feelings/options and we were met with “we don’t change the bookings this is what you booked”. After showing her our booking and where it stated what we paid for she responded with “we’re full so we can’t move you unless you want to sleep separately or if someone cancels” . We feel as though we have been lied to and don’t feel as though we have been provided with the service that we have paid for. Having seen the room pictures online of what we had actually booked we are completely disgusted and can’t help feeling a bit discriminated against due to us being a same sex couple. It’s our first time in Milan and this has truly tainted our view and will probably not be coming back at all.

Good location, close to the railway station. Simple but clean rooms, comfortable beds. Free parking and WIFI. WIFI quality is good, but I found no English programme on TV. Small shower. friendly staff. Average breakfast. Reasonable price. Recommended.
