I stayed alone but treated myself to a room with a balcony. The room was very clean, quite dated but a perfect base to go out and explore the surrounding areas. I was a little disappointed that the description on love holidays website didn’t really live up to the reality. I wasn’t told about any spa or restaurant partnerships the hotel had and to be honest it is a very basic hotel which could do with some money being spent on it however the location is perfect and the staff are very friendly and I think cleanliness is the most important which the rooms are. I wouldn’t say it’s a hotel you would want to spend a lot of time in as there isn’t much facility wise and the breakfast was very very basic so I wouldn’t recommend that. The coffee is nice though and I particularly loved how peaceful and cool the rooms are so your guaranteed a good nights sleep. All in all 6/10 due to peaceful location and friendly staff. Also I wouldn’t rely on the shuttle bus suggested on the website as there isn’t one just private contract with a local driver charging 50 euro a trip to the airport. You can of course get the train which is on your doorstep but I personally was conscious of getting lost! So I didn’t mind paying more for a lift.

Villa Stucky was an absolute delight! The rooms are traditionally Italian - so beautiful and full of character with clean and modern bathrooms that feel luxurious especially the spa jets in the shower! We were with a tour group and stayed twice in 2 weeks and it was so awesome we booked for a 3rd time for our final night here before flying home to Australia. We were lucky enough to stay in 3 different room types- king bed suite/ twin beds and a family room. All of which are highly recommended! The breakfast was delicious and the staff especially Alissa was attentive and always helpful. Arranging a cab at 3am and the Manager was there to see us off - we couldn’t have asked for more! Mogliano is such a wonderful little village- markets, nighttime entertainment, good restaurants and easy walking distance to the station and the supermarket. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend this hotel. The air conditioning system was out of order for the entire duration of my stay. On the first day, I pointed out the problem of the high temperature in the accommodation to the reception staff. Three times in the afternoon and the same evening, I pointed out that the temperature was not dropping. I was informed that the reception had adjusted the temperature directly, but the heat continued to be unbearable. I would like to point out that no one from the hotel has ever come to check on the situation. Late in the evening, after my request, I was given a fan; the receptionist put the fan on maximum. At night, between the room's heat and the fan's noise, it was impossible to sleep. After a sleepless night, I again reported the situation to the receptionist the following morning. Only then was I informed that there was a problem with the system in the entire hotel, and it would certainly be resolved within the day, which did not occur on the same day or the following days. Above all I would like to underline the lack of communication and attention towards the customer, no hotel staff member was ever kind enough to inform me that the system had not been fixed, and would be in disuse for the days of my stay. I understand that circumstances can be unpredictable, but I feel it is important to share these details so that you can fully understand the inconveniences we faced during our stay.

Absolutely love this hotel. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Clean, modern, tech savvy! Close to everything with a train. David was extremely knowledgeable and gave us some fantastic recommendations for what to do, so if like us you were stuck please ask for him. The free parking is great too. The only feedback I would give is some warm items for breakfast! Thank you to the cleaner who made sure our room was tidy and filled with the things we needed. Denise, Jildas and another gentleman whose name I unfortunately cannot remember were very helpful too! This hotel actually understands what hospitality is. If you’re visiting Venice but don’t want the hustle and bustle but convenience this is for you!

From the moment you go thru the wooden gates you are at peace, in the past week we travelled from Miami to Milan from Milan to Como to Lugano Switzerland to Verona and finally reached Venice, at this The family needed a place to recharge, peace and tranquility were in desperate need, We got that and more, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Want to thank everyone for giving us the perfect space to enjoy Venice. Would come back here without question, highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel with very helpful and friendly staff! I was given a large room on the first floor with a large bathroom and open standing shower. I loved that the room has a fridge, 2 bottles of water and all tea and coffee amenities aswell.
The hotel has parking below which is €10 a day. The only thing is you have to walk around the back of the hotel to get to your car. This wasn't a problem for me as I only had hand luggage.
The only criticism I have is the cost of the food from the restaurant. We ordered room service which was a €7 charge to bring to your room. I don't eat alot but even I was shocked at the size of the portions for the price we paid. We ordered 2 mains with nothing else added and they came as the size of a starter. This cost us €50. The food was presented nicely and tasted good but next time we will find a restaurant outside of the hotel as it wasn't sufficient enough for the price we paid for a main.
I liked the hotel and will definitely be happy staying here again.

在房間內，更是讓人眼前一亮。這裏乾淨整潔，每一寸空間都顯得寬敞明亮。無論是舒適的床鋪，還是齊全的設施，都讓人感到賓至如歸。而酒店的服務也是一大亮點。無論是前台的熱情接待，還是客房服務的細緻周到，都讓人感受到酒店的用心與專業。
值得一提的是，酒店一樓大廳還設有小童遊樂區，為帶着孩子的家庭提供了極大的便利。孩子們可以在這裏盡情玩耍，而大人們則可以安心地享受威尼斯的美好時光。
然而，酒店也有待改進之處。在前台問路時，一些小夥子顯得有些不耐煩，這在一定程度上影響了遊客的體驗。希望酒店能夠加強對員工的培訓，提高服務質量，讓每一位遊客都能感受到家的温暖。
總的來説，這家位於威尼斯水城之外的酒店，無論是位置、房間、服務還是小童遊樂區，都展現出了別樣的精彩。雖然存在一些不足，但相信酒店會不斷改進，為遊客提供更加完美的住宿體驗。

A wonderful hotel with very kind and responsive staff! The owner did everything possible to make our stay unforgettable! The breakfast was abundant and very tasty, daily cleaning of the room and change of towels, good internet. The location of the hotel is very convenient, both for a trip to Venice and for excursions to the nearby towns. In Antico Moro you can feel the spirit of Italy! We will definitely visit again!
