Hotel terbaik di Sesto Fiorentino

Bella struttura con ampio parco esterno ed ampio e comodo parcheggio auto che ritengo però necessita di una migliore gestione sia per i servizi deludenti e sia per il mantenimento dell’esterno dove una piscina totalmente sporca certamente non può essere un bel vedere, basta far girare il robot almeno una volta al giorno e certamente si ottiene una visione più decente. La mia camera era abbastanza grande con ampio bagno, peccato per i vari disservizi dalla mancanza del docciaschiuma e schampo per poi metterlo per una sola persona il giorno dopo, totale mancanza della carta igienica al secondo giorno costretti a richiederla al ns rientro alla reception, presenza TV in camere ma non funzionante né con la ns richiesta di intervento alla prima sera e, nonostante la lamentela fatta il giorno dopo all’addetto alla reception questo ha comunque fatto l’indiano quindi siamo rimasti sempre senza TV che non aveva alcun segnale dell’antenna. Colazione molto deludente, ok per i cornetti surgelati ma questi erano della peggior specie quindi immangiabili, ho provato con il salato ma gli ingredienti non erano per me di buona qualità. L’addetto alla reception per i miei gusti molto svogliato ed inatto, tanto che al check-in ho dovuto chiedere io info a riguardo orari della colazione e per la wi-fi notizie queste che sono certamente le principali da dare al cliente. Per la mia esperienza non certo positiva, ritengo però che con i dovuti accorgimenti e sopratutto idonei collaboratori può essere una validissima struttura anche perchè la posizione per chi è in auto la ritengo eccellente.

The great hotel is overrated at 4 stars. Only the lobby was 4 stars. I feel there it should be between two and three stars. It is a functional out of town hotel that serves group tourism or those travelling with their own cars.. They are no restaurants close to the hotel Hindi hotel restaurant itself offered no vegetarian choices beyond the ministrone soup. Proposed hotel they was no electric kettle to make tea. The two elevators are far too insufficient for the guest load and we had to wait several minutes just go up.

Il B&B Palazzi è ubicato nella zona castello vicino al quartiere Rifredi in una zona molto tranquilla non molto lontano dal centro di Firenze raggiungibile con i mezzi in circa 20'. Il B&B è una splendida Villa di famiglia ristrutturata è adibita a struttura ricettiva dal sig. Mario e da suo fratello Alessio. Le camere sono quattro tutte arredate con stile e gusto. Mario e sua cognata due persone splendide e pronte sempre a far due chiacchiere. Presente parcheggio sia esterno che interno, buona la colazione con prodotti freschi. Struttura altamente consigliata soprattutto per chi cerca anche un po' di tranquillità. Grazie di tutto, sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Kudos to the friendly staff that resolved our booking issue! Due to our flight cancellation, we “did not show” to our hotel reservation and arrived a day after. Thanks to the receptionist, she was so accommodating and understanding and she was able to resolve the accommodation issue. She also provided accurate instructions on train and bus schedules/locations.

Our stay was two nights. Room 404. Positives: Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Close to the airport - 10 minute cab ride. Comfortable bed. Reasonable weekend rate. Though close to the airport, the room was quiet. Negatives: no one to help with luggage - used a hotel luggage cart to load in and load our out luggage. The room sorely needs redecorating. The floors are scratched. The furniture is damaged - chips and nicks. The bathroom fixtures are worn out - the chrome finish is missing with the underlying brass exposed. To enter the bathtub requires stepping over a 24 inch high tub wall. The room is tired and worn. This hotel was OK for a short stopover on our way home, but would not stay there for an extended period.

I read the impressions about this hotel and I was scared.I chose to stay one night here and I have a big question: either I am too lucky or other tourists too unlucky. Let's start with:free parking (we found easy place), at the reception there were 3 employees all very kind.I received the room immediately(215) and I waited to see the cockroaches,to feel the bad smell but to my surprise the room was very clean, with clean bed linen, with towels almost ok(a little old).Bathroom quite spacious with shower and tub.Mini bar where you can cool a drink and TV with many programs. Since it was not very hot I did not use AC so I can not pronounce.I slept very well in a quite comfortable bed.In the morning I was in the breakfast room and I found what to eat .It's a basic Italian breakfast.If I have something to reproach is that the omelet is served cold. In conclusion, it is a hotel with a quality-price ratio,correct.At all other hotels in Calenzano the price is double. I'm coming back here in a month and I'll see if I was lucky the first time or I'll be just as satisfied.At departure the boy from the reception he promised me that if I specify in the reservation I will receive the same room.

Hotel First is situated near the town of Calenzano, Tuscany. It is a 25 minute train ride from Florence. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station, get the Patagione stop not the Calenzano stop or you will be a 30 minute walk from the hotel. Trains are hourly until around 6pm, but not all trains stop there. The hotel bedrooms were very spacious and clean, beds weren't particularly comfortable, but ok. The biggest complaint I had was that they have hung the curtains about 30cm back from the actual window, and whilst looking straight on this is fine, when in bed there is a HUGE gap between the window and the wall which results in you being woken at 5am when the sunlight hits the room. The other issue is that the ground floor rooms do smell quite strongly of cigarette smoke, even though the hotel rooms are all non-smoking, not sure if this is a legacy issue, or whether some people were having crafty cigarettes but it was really noticeable. Hotel breakfast had a lot of choice and we dined twice in the restaurant in the evening which we found to be very good and reasonably priced for a hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and understanding of my poor Italian. They nearly all spoke excellent English, which made things easier for us.

This location is really convenient if you need to take the flight to domestic airlines or other countries, just few minutes by taxi or trans. Don’t forget to make a reservation if you take early flight. The staff is also very helpful when we need to leave the luggage at the hotel. Recommend this hotel if you just need 1 or 2 nights for transferring.
