This hotel is nothing short of amazing. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The location has mountain views and is less than 5 mins walk to Orrido di Ponte Alto. Staff even told me to visit the Orrido di Ponte Alto and coffee on the house after I return from it and made good the offer. The room is huge and decadent with classy furniture and drapes. Did not expect this. Waiters are super attentive. If only all hotels are like this!

Отель находится в живописном месте с прекрасным видом на горы. До отеля подниматься по серпантину. Жили в конце марта, снега уже не было, только на склонах, где катаются лыжники и сноубордисты. Персонал вежливый, заселили быстро, есть парковка. Номер просторный, чистый, есть полотенца для душа и для бассейна отдельно, завтрак шведский стол. Единственный минус, было довольно прохладно, кондиционер на тепло можно было выставить максимум на +18. После звонка на ресепшн настроили на +25, но через некоторое время снова максимум был только +18

Albergo pulito e moderno situato quasi vicino allo stadio da calcio con 20 minuti al centro a piedi. Gli albergatori sono gentili, preparati e simpatici, peccato per il prezzo alto. Colazione a buffet ottima e completa compreso di dolce e salato

The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city. The room was quite large, as was the bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable with great pillows. The shower was good sized with plenty of hot water and water pressure. The furniture was utilitarian. The problem with the room was it overlooked a heavily trafficked pedestrian walkway. Students used the walkway very early in the morning and very late at night. They made lots of noise, which you could hear in the room. The breakfast buffet was okay, not great.

Many things about this hotel are great, but then others, not so much. First, it is situated on a highway, so part of the hotel faces the busy, noisy road and part faces a lovely lake. The noise from the road is somewhat muted if your room faces the lake. The front desk staff could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. The restaurant was excellent, but the morning crew was surly and inhospitable. The evening staff was excellent, and we had a wonderful meal there. Some of the breakfast items were included with the room but there were a number of things that were not, such as crepes or pancakes for 8 Euros.

Hotel davvero molto carino e pulito, con vista sul Castello e praticamente in centro quindi molto comodo. Nota di merito alla signora Gloriana, una persona squisita! Dovevamo partire prima dell'inizio della colazione (varia e soprattutto buonissima) e ha comunque aperto prima per noi per farci mangiare. Inoltre abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina e si è subito adoperata per aiutarci! La ringrazieremo per sempre!

The staff were super nice and there is also a restaurant located in the hotel with really decent prices, it is a pizzeria and the prices range from 7 to 12 euros depending on the type of pizza. There is also a lift inside the hotel although being an old building and the rooms were also decently sized. The location is not the best but if your living here you’ll most likely be driving here so you’ll be fine haha. Nearby cities is mainly Trento and some other smaller villages, it is about an hour drive from Molveno and two hours to Vigo di Fassa which is where one of the main dolomiti alp is located.

One of the best hotel we stayed during the trip , the quietest room with double doors design separating the amenities and bedroom area. Sufficient amenities is provided, very clean, the bathroom tiles are from Valentino... yes it's the designer, never knew he designed bathroom lines. Nice location close to Old Town without passing the ZTL area. Could park for free in front of the hotel within time limit, otherwise they provide paid parking facility nearby. Excellent evening front desk (sorry we forgot the name), he was very accommodating with our needs, I asked for extra luggage stand and he brought it up within minutes. Very friendly and welcoming always stood up and greeted us :)

Maybe a handlebar grab would be safer. To get to the hotel you need to turn into a cuve on the road.nit requires a bit of attention. Surely recommended

PPengguna TetamuHo soggiornato qui per due notti, in occasione di una breve vacanza ”culturale” in città. Zona meravigliosa, immersa nel verde, a due passi dal MUSE, ed a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Una parafarcia proprio sotto, ed altri servizi utili nei dintorni (caffè, ristiranti, ecc ...). Avevo prenotato una camera doppia ad uso singola, con bagno in comune. Camera stupenda, dotata di aria condizionata e di balcone con vista su Piedicastello (ho avuto modo di vedere i fuochi di San Vigilio direttamente dal balcone di camera mia, che meraviglia!). Pulizia davvero ottima, anche del bagno. Location super tranquilla e staff molto gentile. Prezzo economico. Colazione non inclusa, ma ci sono dei distributori automatici e tutto il necessario per prepararsi una bevanda calda (cosa che per me è stata ottima, non dovendo essere vincolata agli orari della colazione). Ottimo per godersi qualche giorno di pieno relax!!!

Nice hotel, a little old fashioned for my taste, the location was perfect. Nice reception and lounge. Room: Decent size, however, the bed really needs a mattress. For a tall guy, the bed was nearly on the floor, and sadly, I came home with a bad back. It does not need the fancy gadgets for aircon/lights etc. Breakfast: Squeezed into such a small area and not enough staff at breakfast. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The selection was really quite bland and not great quality. The fresh peaches needed about another week to ripen. The meats and cheeses were nothing special, (I was thinking catering standard). No apple juice, and the orange juice was just awful, not sure what they did to that. No bacon one day, no eggs the next. They really do have only one working coffee machine for the entire hotel. Note that the rooms do NOT have tea/coffee making facilities, so a very long wait at breakfast time. Dinner: Truly awful service, and the food was not good at all. I also saw that they had the remains of the dinner at breakfast the next day.

Profondamente delusa e scioccata da come sono stata trattata! Mai incontrato uno staff caratterizzato da così tanta antipatia e incompetenza! La struttura si trova in una zona - a dirla tutta- bruttina e poco sicura di Trento - per carità, è centralissima ma comunque circondata da persone alquanto discutibili - assolutamente sconsigliabile per donne che devono tornare a casa da sole durante le ore serali o notturne! Le camere sono okay anche se l’atmosfera non trasmette per niente allegria o serenità, essendoci pochissima luce del giorno durante le ore giornaliere. È una posizione poco tranquilla, e la struttura è veramente buia anche all’interno! Ma la cosa che mi ha scandalizzato di più è lo staff che si occupa dell’assegnazione delle camere: solo perché ho cancellato l’ultima notte della prenotazione (comunque ben 24 ore prima), la prossima volta che ho chiamato, loro facevano finta di non avere più stanze a disposizione, operando con menzogne e falsità, nonostante il b&b fosse quasi sempre vuoto quando c’ero io (essendo che ci andavo per affari e ci rimanevo per parecchie notti, vedendo di continuo che ci giravano pochissimi ospiti). Mi rispondevano in un modo brusco e maleducato, essendosi arrabbiati della notte che ho cancellato da loro. Anche la signora addetta alle pulizie poteva trattarmi con un po’ di più educazione e rispetto la mattina quando preparavano la colazione. A tratti non mi rispondeva, non mi guardava quando parlavo. Faceva finta di non sentire. Una volta mi ha buttato nell’immondizia le proteine abbastanza costose che avevo comprato e depositato per qualche giorno presso la struttura e non si era manco scusata per questo. In più è tutto self check-in e self check-out senza alcuna possibilità di poter mai parlare con qualcuno di persona! Funziona tutto esclusivamente in via telefonica. Ma fossero almeno simpatici ed onesti per mezzo elettronico… Veramente mi sono sentita zero a mio agio! Assolutamente sconsigliabile! Mi chiedo come persone con queste caratteristiche possano sul serio condurre una struttura che sarebbe orientata ad ospitare persone e farle sentire benvenute!

FFerdinandoRilassante weekend a Trento; struttura posizionata vicino al centro e alla stazione ferroviaria, le attrazioni maggiori sono accessibili a piedi dai 10 ai 20 minuti. Pulizia e servizi ottimi, l'arredo è moderno e di buon gusto (non avrei installato il lampadario/scimmia in camera...) questione di gusti... Consigliamo di fornire gli ospiti di dépliant per le attrazioni e magari per informazioni su noleggio bici. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente ci torneremo...

PPengguna TetamuThis was a Beautiful stay. I made a last minute arrival and stayed for three days to train on the mountain. The location and the views were beautiful and exceeded expectation from the photographs. The best thing of the stay were the people. It was an incredibly personal and bespoke service. I received a first class treatment and felt truly welcomed and looked after. Despite the hotel being busy, I was greeted by the owner on arrival and immediately introduced to Lorenzo who made sure that my stay was perfect, offering a great rate on a beautiful room with a stunning view. Lorenzo then took me through to the restaurant introducing me to Pino the manager who also made my stay excellent. Everything was easy. In the restaurant, Pino ran a 5 star service. Knowing customers by name and ensuring that they catered for all. Excellent food and a great and varied menu each day. The team were very attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and I met some very warm people. I will return for sure. Wonderful. I would highly recommend. See you at the world championships I hope. Thank you! Charlotte
