Hotel terbaik di Turin

Looking at the photographs it's clear that the rooms in this hotel vary considerably. We had a smallish modern looking room which was all we needed. Although situated next to a tram line the room was quiet due to the double glazing and roller shutters. Our bathroom was large but had the strangest taps I've ever seen. The hotel is four star rated but I think three would be more realistic and the decent price reflects this. The breakfast which was included was excellent although it's not the sort of thing I would like to contemplate if the hotel were operating at capacity.

Ho alloggiato in questa struttura per due notti,con colazione compresa. La zona è leggermente defilata dal centro e il tallone d'Achille principale di questo hotel sono le camere:troppo semplici e dalle dimensioni standard,con i mobili un po' retrò. Il bagno però,nonostante fosse cieco,era dalle dimensioni più che giuste,e anche la doccia era abbastanza ampia e moderna. La cosa migliore di questo hotel sono state le colazioni: c'era una scelta veramente ampia,dal dolce al salato,e tutto ciò che ho mangiato mi è piaciuto assai. Menzione d'onore anche per il personale:molto cortese e soprattutto ben informato,sulle strade,sulle attrazioni,su tutto! Consiglio caldamente questa struttura a chi deve alloggiare a Torino per qualche giorno.

Fair prices, lovely staff and located optimally Obviously not high end but what else do you expect for 37,50 Euros a night per person. The bathroom was a bit odd since the shower was completely open to the room but no reason to complain. Breakfast included which was all right. The staff was kind and friendly and we could use their printer The beds were comfy enough and the house, even though it’s a bit older, was sort of charming in a way

The staff was simply great. From the checkin, through the dinner, breakfast, and check-out, we were greeted by very helpful and cheerful staff. The hotel was itself very clean and tidy, the rooms adequately sized with comfortable beds.

Lieu de séjour choisi pour plusieurs jours passés à Turin en août. Séjour globalement satisfaisant. Formalités d’accueil simples et informations que la réceptionniste a pu me donner en français. Réception toujours occupée et accès à la résidence sécurisé. Les lieux sont propres. Comme il y a la possibilité de cuisiner dans la résidence, j’aurais apprécié d’avoir quelques consignes sur le tri des déchets, car je voulais bien faire et ces consignes varient parfois selon les pays. La résidence est calme, peu de bruits d’autres locataires. On entend par contre légèrement le tram passant à proximité. Pour donner 5 étoiles, il faudrait un petit renouvellement de l’espace cuisine et de l’équipement. Il manquait par exemple un couteau à pain ou une spatule en bois/ plastique pour cuisiner. Certaines casseroles n’étaient pas de taille adaptée aux plaques de cuisson. Une autre était déformée. J’ai utilisé le lave-vaisselle. Il n’y avait plus de sel ni de rince-éclat. Je pense qu’on pourrait veiller à ce que tout soit OK au moment où un nouveau client vient s’installer. Globalement, je conseille cette adresse.

部屋が広くて綺麗で良かった。ボルタヌーボ駅から近くて便利だか王宮には徒歩15分くらいかかる。朝食も種類が多く、生野菜は少なかったが、トリノ名物のものが多く良かった。 Wi-Fiの電波が弱く、動画などは見れなかった。

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti ( dal 31/12/23 al 02/01/24) : hotel pulito , proprietari gentilissimi ed accoglienti, colazione discreta. Nonostante l ubicazione, che di primo impatto potrebbe preoccupare soprattutto se si hanno bambini piccoli, abbiamo trascorso due notti serene. La posizione strategica vicino alla stazione Porta Nuova permette di raggiungere a piedi il centro e tutti i luoghi di interesse di Torino. Rapporto qualità prezzo più che soddisfacente

We were really pleased with our choice of hotel for a four day break in Turin. Ideally located at the other side of the river it was quiet but easy to get to main tourist areas on foot or nearby bus/ trams etc. The staff were so helpful and friendly , giving us recommendations for local restaurants, phoning for taxis and even allowing us to charge our phones when we returned to collect our suitcases and use toilet etc before leaving for the airport. Rooms were really comfortable with air conditioning and mini fridges. ( would have been helpful to have had a note of cost of bottled water as we didn’t know if it was chargeable or not but it was only one euro so not really a problem) The breakfast buffet was lovely with plenty of choice including cereal, breads, fruit, yogurts, meats, cheese and cake! Although there was no cooked options there was more than enough to choose from. Communication with the hotel was excellent. They even had an electrical adaptor ready for me when I messaged to ask about sockets beforehand. Would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly return if I come back to Turin.

I recently stayed at Opera35 for two nights, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor service. Upon arrival, I was informed that there were no parking slots available for the first night (the hotel has, in fact, only 5 parking slots in front of it, while the private garage is at around 8 min walking). However, the receptionist did manage to secure a slot for the second night. Unfortunately, when I returned the next evening, I found that the slot was already occupied by another car. The gentleman at the front desk provided excuses but no solution. Additionally, I was not informed that the hotel is located in a ZTL (limited traffic zone) area until I realized it myself. When I asked for information, I was told that I should have paid a fee for the zone, which I found unacceptable (other hotels manage to get an exemption for it for their guests). During the shift change, the new staff member at the front desk suggested that I should have registered and paid for the access by myself, after my insistence, he said he could access to the system with the hotel’s credentials and asked me to make the request (I literally stepped back to the front desk and made the request myself). I did expect a higher level of service from a boutique hotel in a prime location, priced at over 200 euros per night. While the location and breakfast are amazing, and the rooms are satisfactory, the front desk service is subpar. Overall, I would rate the hotel as 0.
