Hotel terbaik di Vergiate

The hotel is located off a divided road which isn't illuminated so slow down as it's easy to miss the entrance. Staff are accommodating and kind but they did close down for the night so check with them if you're going to be late. You absolutely need a car to get to this hotel. Our room was a triple room and very spacious. We could drive up and park outside hence the motel feel and it was very convenient having the car outside. The room had a strong smell which was a bit mouldy--I couldn't identify the smell. After being in the room awhile, we couldn't smell it anymore. Everything was clean though.The room was so warm that we had to shut off the heat and open the window. The water in the shower wasn't hot enough for my other half although it was fine by me and the floors are very slippery in the bathroom when wet.. You can hear the train going by every hour or so and the people upstairs but you couldn't hear the cars from the road. The train only went by once in the middle of the night. And the reason I know this is...my biggest bone of contention...the rock hard beds and the flat pillows. We came in late so we didn't call to ask for extra pillows thinking that the staff had left for the night so I slept with towels under my pillow but it was a difficult sleep for how hard the bed was. We definitely asked for them on the second night as it felt as though my neck and shoulders were going to break. Breakfast was very good; they had the usual cereals, fancy juices, baked goods, plus hot foods like eggs, bacon, hotdogs, etc. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express near Malpensa the night before and the B&B Hotel's breakfast far exceeded it both in quality and variety. There's nothing around the area to walk to so factor in the cost of breakfast if you want it. The breakfast room was accessible from the interior door of our room and there was a lift and stairs so it was accessible for all. I would stay again but they definitely need to invest in mattress toppers and extra pillows for this old lady.

Hotel immerso nel verde, a due passi dal Lago di Comabbio, camere spaziose e in gran parte rinnovate, alcune hanno una mobilia datata ma non inficia sicuramente sulla qualità del soggiorno. Personale disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. Ho soggiornato 13 giorni per lavoro, l'hotel è in un oasi di pace. La colazione a buffet disponibile dalle 5.30 sempre ben fornita, il ristorante annesso all'albergo vi permetterà di mangiare con un giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. Le camere sono molto grandi e collegate anche dall'esterno dove è presente anche un posto auto privato riservato ad ogni camera. Personale simpaticissimo e disponibilissimo, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta dei clienti. Complimenti a Roberto, il proprietario a tutto il personale, in particolar modo Antonella che con la sua vivacità rallegrare ogni vostra colazione. Unici invece gli aperitivi preparati da Arlene!!! Complimenti veramente a tutti, sarete il mio punto di riferimento nei futuri viaggi al nord.

We have been loyal Hilton customers for almost 20 years so when I say avoid this hotel please know I know what I am talking about. First this hotel is not close to the airport. Its a good 15 min drive. There is a sheraton right at the airport so if you are staying here coz u need to catch a flight then stay at the sheraton. The ac was not working when we checked in at 11am. We wanted to take advantage of going to see a bit of Milan before our flight so before we left we told the front desk they said- don't worry we will get it fixed. Yeah there was NO AC in the entire hotel and THEY KNEW IT!!! The reason given was - we are switching from winter to summer - in the middle of july???? So we get back to the hotel at 11pm - no ac in the rooms and no need to move us to another room coz there was no ac. So we had to sleep in 90 degree heat. When we tried to speak to the manager the next morning - we had to wait and finally we left as we had a flight to catch. Things happen, things break down this is understandable but if they had just told us when we checked in that the ac is not working we could have made other arrangements. If they could not get it fixed all they had to do was call us and let us know and again we had time to move to another hotel. What is one to do when you walk in at 11pm? The breakfast the next day was awful - the scrambled eggs were literally congealed. They also offer a ”free” shuttle to the airport - yeah no the shuttle driver charged us 25 euro and he only took cash - as we were taking a flight home we did not have euros on us anymore and so we had to pay him extra in dollars. The reason I am writing this review is because the reviews on tripadvisor really helped me plan my trip and have a successful vacation so if I can help one person then this review was worth it. This is not a small family run bed and breakfast - this is a multi billion dollar hotel chain. This is just not acceptable.

Stayed overnight for our early flight home to the US. Front desk person was very efficient and kind. The room was particularly large for an European hotel—great mattress. Very clean. Helpful staff. Great place if you need a no frills, clean and comfortable place to stay while overnighting. Hotel has a free shuttle but a reservation is a must. Didn’t know that but they went out of their way to accommodate. Definitely mail use again if needed for this purpose.

We needed a one night stay near the Malpensa airport in Milan that offered free shuttle service to the airport. The Sempione Hotel Ristorante was perfect- helpful, friendly staff- a gentleman saw us coming across the street with a ton of luggage and rushed over to help us with the luggage twice. Check-in was easy. My husband returned the rental car to the airport and they picked him up at the airport at 9 pm and took us to the airport at 6:15 am. They had airconditioning, provided requested extra pillows, had a restaurant and bar and an early morning continental style breakfast. All this and only $84 euros a night. Perfect!

The food at the restaurant was good. Staff was friendly. A good choice if you need a hotel near the airport as there was airport transfer provided. The hotel was responsive via email.
