Hotel terbaik di Abiko

急な宿泊だと喫煙部屋が空いていることが多いのですが、 2度泊まって2度とも匂いが凄いです。 窓を開けて換気、 浴室を開け放しにして換気扇を回して換気。　 これをすれば匂いば大分取れます。 空気清浄機が無いので、 なによりもまずは、 空気清浄機の設置をホテル様にお願いしたいです。

予約サイトTrip.comの見落として喫煙を予約のところ、快く禁煙に切り替えて貰えた。スタッフの対応は非常によかった。 2階に滞在したが、国道のロードノイズがあり、静粛性に問題がある。比較的静かな側があるとの話しだが、サイトからはリクエスト出来ないから、二重サッシなどに改善されない限り次の予約はない。

柏駅東口から徒歩5分ほどのところにある東横イン。柏駅西口にも東横インがあります。東口の方が新しいようです。設備などは東横インのスタンダード。バスルームに天井からのシャワーがあります。ロビーも広め。機能的なビジネスホテルです。

三連休の中日でしたが、新型コロナウイルスの影響かかなり空いており、最も安価なタイプの部屋にしたはずが、明らかにベッド幅の広い部屋にグレードアップされていたのは嬉しかったです。 一つだけ残念だったのが、部屋に入ってほどなく、トイレを利用するためにユニットバスに入ったところ異臭がしたこと。水まわりが原因かと初めは思いましたが、入浴中は気にならず、入浴後に初めて、異臭の原因はバスタオルからだと分かりました。いわゆる生乾き臭ですね。普通のタオルのほうは全く問題なかったのですが… いちばん良かったのは、朝食ですね。状況が状況だけに、いつもとは違うスタイルとのことでしたが、むしろいつもより手間がかかっていたはずです。レストランスタッフさんの対応がたいへん良く、心に残る旅となりました。 相鉄フレッサインは初めての利用でしたが(ポケットホテルは複数回利用したことがあります)、機会があれば他都市のフレッサインを含めて利用したいと思います。

After being separated from our son and daughter-in-law for three years due to the pandemic travel restrictions, we were at last able to fly from the UK to visit them. We have stayed in the Crest Hotel before so we knew it was a great hotel, and this time it was just as good. We traveled around a bit so checked in and out of the Crest 3 times and each time was smooth and problem free. Our room had an impressive view over the city and out to Tokyo and mount Fuji on a clear day. Thanks to all of the staff who looked after us from the front desk to the restaurant, everyone went out of their way to look after us. We fully recommend anyone who is visiting Kashiwa for pleasure or business to stay here. It’s right next to the station with fast connections to Narita, Tokyo and Haneda. We will be back!

柏駅西口、高島屋がある側にあるビジネスホテル。駅からはすぐのところで、周囲にコンビニや飲食店が多くあり、便利です。設備などは古いですが、ロビーは広く、ロビーのコーヒーマシンは滞在中自由に使えます。wifiは快適につかえます。

前台外國小哥微笑服務，熱情，酒店設施翻新了，不錯，有早餐不錯，周圍方便吃飯購物，交通，到成田機場要多留時間，倒車需要很多時間

I stayed here for two weeks in June 2023 for budo training w/ a group of training friends. Overall I had a very good experience. There was some interior maintenance happening at the time, so there was no breakfast offered, but there are many options nearby, so that was not a problem. The elevators were also under maintenance, so until the last few days of the trip, there was only one available, and it was _extremely_ blue. I stayed in a non-smoking room and it was perfectly fine, though they do have smoking floors, so if you get off on the wrong floor, it can be a bit much. I don't recall smelling smoke at any other time, so it was not an issue. Otherwise the rooms were completely adequate to my needs, as I largely spent my time out and about, and I found that I had more than enough space without having nearly so much as in a typical American hotel. It took me a bit of tinkering on the first night to sort out the room-key-in-slot-for-power setup, but after that it was easy to work with. Amenities are spread out a bit across floors, but there are signs which direct you where you need to go. The washers and dryers in the hotel laundry were rather old and a bit small, but that was not surprising, and they worked well enough for doing mid-trip laundry. The location was great, right next to Kashiwa Station, which was of course the starting point for much of the group's travel. Desk staff were also great, especially Mindy, who was _extremely_ helpful when one of our group got injured and needed help acquiring crutches. All told I will absolutely consider staying here again when I plan my next trip.

今回はランチで伺いました。 ランチは ＞週替わりのお魚料理・お肉料理と、定番のメニューから季節ごとの旬なメニューまでご用意。 メイン1品選びサイドメニュー（副菜）やドリンクは食べ放題＆飲み放題のハーフバイキングスタイル。（90分制） ご来店の度に新鮮な感覚をお楽しみいただけます（HPより転記） とのことで選ぶメインはカキフライにしました。小粒ですがおいしく頂けました。 良い点（ランチビュッフェについて） ・価格がお手頃なのでそこまで期待していなかったが簡単なサラダやカレーなどのホットミール、小さいアイス（たぶんラクトアイスです）ジュース等のソフトドリンクを自由に頂ける ・特にプリンがおいしかった ・クリスマスやひな祭り等の時期にはまた違ったデザートなども出すとのことでした ・係の方はみなさん感じ良かった 悪い点（ランチビュッフェについて） ・食後に紅茶を頂いたのですがお湯が水道水そのままだったようで変な臭いのせいで激マズ→ミネラルウォーターは難しいのであればせめて浄水器を通すなど工夫してほしい ・悪いというか仕方ないのですがスタッフの方が入り口に立ってお客さんを案内したりあちこち目配りしたり忙しく動いているので落ち着いて食事しづらい→これは仕方ないとは思いますが店内がそこまで広くないのであまりせかせか動かれると少し困ります ・各テーブルにアルコール消毒のスプレーなどがあればなお良い ・駅前なので仕方ないのですが駐車場がない 改善して欲しい点含め悪い点も列記しましたが紅茶を入れたときのひどい臭い以外はほぼ満足でしたのでまた伺うつもりです。この価格でランチを頂けるなら歩いて行ける距離に住んでいたら週一で伺ってもいいと思えます。ただ、本当に水がひどかったので☆一つ減らして四つにしました。これはぜひ早急に改善して欲しい点です。
