宿泊翌日がゴルフで利用しました。宿泊日当日は夕方より肥後大津馬勝蔵でお客さんと会食でした。会食場所まで歩いて3分で非常に楽でした。部屋は和室でしたが大きく、下手すれば4人ぐらいは泊まれる大きさでした。ちゃんと布団も敷いてありましたし、部屋はこぎれいで清潔でした。

接客の対応はとても親切で良かったです。周辺もショッピングセンターやコンビニ、ファーストフード店などあり便利でした。ただ、朝食の品数が少なかった事とまだ時間内なのに片付けが始まり、食後のコーヒーを飲もうとしたら「もう、ありません」のひと言😭 温泉も貸切状態で楽しめたのに、最後に残念な気持ちになりました。

前に他のエリアの店舗に泊まった時、好印象だったこともあり、今回の出張滞在先に利用しました。ウイルス対策もしてあり、安心して滞在できました。滞在中、気になったのは、夜にWifiの利用が増えるのか、通信スピードが遅く、仕事用のメールやクラウドサーバーのアクセスに使うためでも、苦しいタイミングがありました。滞在当日曇天だったこともあり、上層階からの眺望は叶いませんでしたが、また熊本来る機会があれば、候補として考えたい施設です。

The location is good with restaurants and a very large market nearby. It was disappointing that even though we stayed for 3 days, they only gave us water once. Breakfast is also pretty good. It is very clean as it is cleaned well every day. I plan to use it again next time.

部屋も広く家族4人で宿泊しましたが、コスパが良すぎます。お盆時期で、混雑しており、フロントのスタッフが慣れていない初心者マークをつけていた方もいたので、説明は足りない部分もありました。別の時間帯に何度かフロントへ降りていろいろ聞きましたが丁寧に教えていただき、とても感じが良かったです。快く子供の枕やタオルも貸して頂けたり、ウェルカムドリンクやかき氷のサービスもあり、有り難かったです。混雑時は洗濯機が空かないので、乾燥だけコインランドリーへ行きました。時間帯によって駐車場が満車になるので、その点だけ注意が必要です。今後もリピします。

PPengguna Tetamu自称4つ星ホテルだそうですが、違うかなというのがまとめの感想。・部屋　標準的なビジネスホテルサイズ。・ベッド、寝具：マットレスは、高さ若干低めで固め。枕は低めで好みとしては良い。・朝食：品数は充分。味も申し分ない。サラダに色気がないのが残念。（多分レタスのカットのせい）・大浴場は時間交代で、何となくタイミング合わず行かなかった。 ★改善が必要なこと・お風呂の目地周りの黒カビが多く、経年劣化もあるが、清潔感に難あり。・テレビが15分程度で落ちてしまうので、連泊でもあり、調子悪いよと伝え対応したと言われたけど、やっぱりダメ。・同様に、水道パッキン（コマ）が緩いよと伝え、直したと言われたけど、直ってない　など、真摯な姿勢には欠けるのは残念。
