初めて宿泊。駅の目の前なので迷わず行けた。下のスーパーで飲み物購入して安く済ませることも出来た。 中は迷路みたいな感じで迷ったが温泉がいろんな種類あり気持ちよかった。 カプセル内は静かでカプセルホテル独特のロールカーテンの音が響かないように細工されていた。ベットは固めだが寝るだけなら十分。 ハロウィンの時期で某テーマパークが近いからか朝の時間更衣室の洗面台を独占して仮装してる人がいて歯磨き出来ずちょっと配慮して欲しいと思う。

If you are wanting to do something near the hotel location then I’m sure it’s perfect for a night or two. We stayed for 1 night and it was a last minute booking. We arrived at 8pm. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. They helped us with the car parking which was ¥1000 for the night. Let them know at reception and they will ask for your car registration. They’ll give you a QR code to scan before you leave in the morning. Our room was tiny and we could hear the highway next to the hotel, there was one pillow each side and the beds were small. Bedsheets were light and the draft from the window was enough to make the room feel cold. TV was massive for the room size and in an awkward position, by the side of the bed. No smart tv apps but it did let you mirror YouTube on iPhone. Netflix doesn’t mirror. You can help yourself to amenities at the front desk. The elevators are very small and can hold 2-3 people comfortably. Overall average hotel does the night but you wouldn’t want to stay for longer periods. At least not in the room we were in.

仕事の空き時間に、駅のワークブースに数時間こもるのも辛いので、デイユースでこちらを利用しました。 料金が破格なので期待していなかったのですが、受付の方はとても親切で、部屋も清潔に整えられており、快適でした。最上階のウェルカムラウンジで、コーヒーや紅茶やジュースが飲み放題だったばかりでなく、開放的な作りで居心地が良く、オンライン会議以外の時間は、ラウンジで過ごしました。周りに高い建物がないため、幕張や東京湾まで何も遮るものがなく見渡せました。こういう地形なんだな、とよく分かりました。 また何かの機会に使いたいと思います。

It’s an older motel with front of house staff that have been working in the hospitality industry for a while. I arrived before the check in time (3pm ~), I was checked in just before 3pm which I didn’t expect. Courteous, friendly staff. Breakfast was included in the 2 night stay - it was a simple Japanese meal that was easy sustenance - free servings of rice and soup. The staff made it a homely atmosphere with constant attention to guests asking them if they wanted more of what was available. Room 720 faced the busy Highway but also had a great view that included sky tree. I could open the large single pane window and thought it was a unique point. Cleaning staff were mainly foreign, all young and polite also. They knocked on doors to ask if rubbish needed removing and rooms cleaned. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on 10F or the public bath and sauna - maybe next time. suggestions: (1) housekeeping: a quick dusting by cleaning staff (feather duster if not wet tissues) - the hotel is clean and even though it isn’t a 5 star hotel it makes a difference. The feather duster can easily reach corners of drawers and tables. Bathroom air filters can easily be cleaned with wet tissues. (2) room cards for cleaning- more specific than a don’t disturb card. it will save time for housekeepers as they knock on room doors to ask if rooms need to be cleaned. They can focus on cleaning and do a better job on a hotel that has been kept going for a while.

1. 도쿄 외각(동부쪽)인 미나미 후나바시&후나바시 케이바조 역 근처 위치 (나리타 국제공항에서 직행 코스 존재) 2. 시설: 코 앞 편의점 1개, 주변부 대형 마트같은 곳 있긴 함 / 숙소는 생각보다 깨끗하나, 투숙객 예약 시기가 텀이 있는지, 책상 & 주방(식기류, 커피 포트 등) 신경 안 쓰면 먼지 쌓이는 곳에는 전혀 청소가 되지 않은 것이 있음.(일회용품이 구비되어 있긴하나 종류가 많진 않음.) 3. 2번의 단점이 존재하나, 생각보다 아늑하며 성인 남성 3명이서도 충분히 있을 만함. (개인적으로 침대 매트리스가 단단해서 좋았음) 4. 디즈니랜드만 가는 일정이면 해당 숙소는 생각 외로 추천할 만한 곳임.

Superb, but the soundproof is bad. Soundproof is good on train noise but you may hear the noise from other room especially when they open/close door. Lucky there is still quiet when I was staying.

キャンセルの時、高圧的な発言されたことが嫌でした。 3日前のキャンセルなので半額ほどのキャンセル料を取られました。 キャンセル料を取るのは規定に書いてあるので致し方ないのですが、 キャンセル料は大体のホテル取られたことないので念のため電話で取られるのか確認。 マネジャーさんに確認したら、 「うちはキャンセル料取るのは当たり前で、他は知りません。口コミとかに書くならどうぞお書きになられてください」と言われました。 このホテルは1週間前からキャンセル料を徴収しますので、縛りがきついです。 高圧的にキャンセル取るのが当たり前という態度、GOTOですぐに埋まるっていうのにキャンセル料とられたのは出張が多い私にとっては意外 ということで、恐縮ながら最低点をつけました。 ※キャンセル料も割増で当初請求されました。指摘したら規定通りの額で貰えたのですが、 規定通りキャンセル料取るくせに、そこらへんファジーなんだなって思いました。
