Hotel terbaik di Narashino

연인과 가는것만 아니라면 근처의 모든 호텔 중 최고의 장소. 최고의 가성비. 이 가격으로 이 이상을 원하는것은 양심이 없다고 느껴질 정도. 온천 이용시간이라면 몇번이던 수건을 받아서 씻을 수 있고, 음료, 우유 자판기가 너무 비싸지 않은 가격에 책정되어있으며, 남탕기준 4종류의 온천이 있다. 내부에 연계하고있는 4종류의 식당이 있으며, 건물 외부에는 나오면 1층에 맥도날드, 편의점, 마트 등등등 여러 시설이 위치해있다 내부에서 카드나 현금을 들고다닐 번거로움 없이 카드키로 모든 결제가 된다.(이는 일본에선 정말 드물다.) 교통도 좋다. 5분 이내에 전철과 버스정류장이 있다.

This was the perfect hotel to stay at for the price! It was a short subway ride to Disneyland, which was our main purpose for being in Tokyo this trip. It was super easy to go next door to the station and hop on the subway. Our room for two people was tiny but that’s typical for hotels in Tokyo. It was perfect for what we needed though since we weren’t going to be hanging around there much.

Tsudanuma는 Narita airport와 Tokyo 시 중심(Tokyo역 기준) 중간에 위치하고 있습니다. 역 출구를 나오자마 North exit에 바로 호텔 전용 엘리베이터가 위치하여 호텔 출입이 아주 편리합니다. 싱글룸인데도 불구하고 방 크기가 매우 넓어서 쾌적하였습니다. 주변에도 작은 상점가와 다양한 식당들이 있습니다. 아침 일찍 나리타 공항에서 항공기 탑승을 해야 할 때 Tsudanuma에서 숙박하면 오전 시간을 여유롭게 보낼 수 있습니다.

仕事の空き時間に、駅のワークブースに数時間こもるのも辛いので、デイユースでこちらを利用しました。 料金が破格なので期待していなかったのですが、受付の方はとても親切で、部屋も清潔に整えられており、快適でした。最上階のウェルカムラウンジで、コーヒーや紅茶やジュースが飲み放題だったばかりでなく、開放的な作りで居心地が良く、オンライン会議以外の時間は、ラウンジで過ごしました。周りに高い建物がないため、幕張や東京湾まで何も遮るものがなく見渡せました。こういう地形なんだな、とよく分かりました。 また何かの機会に使いたいと思います。

It’s an older motel with front of house staff that have been working in the hospitality industry for a while. I arrived before the check in time (3pm ~), I was checked in just before 3pm which I didn’t expect. Courteous, friendly staff. Breakfast was included in the 2 night stay - it was a simple Japanese meal that was easy sustenance - free servings of rice and soup. The staff made it a homely atmosphere with constant attention to guests asking them if they wanted more of what was available. Room 720 faced the busy Highway but also had a great view that included sky tree. I could open the large single pane window and thought it was a unique point. Cleaning staff were mainly foreign, all young and polite also. They knocked on doors to ask if rubbish needed removing and rooms cleaned. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on 10F or the public bath and sauna - maybe next time. suggestions: (1) housekeeping: a quick dusting by cleaning staff (feather duster if not wet tissues) - the hotel is clean and even though it isn’t a 5 star hotel it makes a difference. The feather duster can easily reach corners of drawers and tables. Bathroom air filters can easily be cleaned with wet tissues. (2) room cards for cleaning- more specific than a don’t disturb card. it will save time for housekeepers as they knock on room doors to ask if rooms need to be cleaned. They can focus on cleaning and do a better job on a hotel that has been kept going for a while.

ロケーションはとってもよく、部屋も清潔で何より洗濯機があるのが助かりました。アメニティーは歯ブラシが小さく使いづらかったです。

The hotel location is good with a nearby AEON mall where you can buy and eat.  The room is tidy.  You can collect all stuff at the lobby.  There is a small portable massage device at the room for use.   A self-service coffee bar is there.  The only one that I free disappointed is a few car park area.  I need to drive my car away the hotel for a 5-10 mins walk.

キャンセルの時、高圧的な発言されたことが嫌でした。 3日前のキャンセルなので半額ほどのキャンセル料を取られました。 キャンセル料を取るのは規定に書いてあるので致し方ないのですが、 キャンセル料は大体のホテル取られたことないので念のため電話で取られるのか確認。 マネジャーさんに確認したら、 「うちはキャンセル料取るのは当たり前で、他は知りません。口コミとかに書くならどうぞお書きになられてください」と言われました。 このホテルは1週間前からキャンセル料を徴収しますので、縛りがきついです。 高圧的にキャンセル取るのが当たり前という態度、GOTOですぐに埋まるっていうのにキャンセル料とられたのは出張が多い私にとっては意外 ということで、恐縮ながら最低点をつけました。 ※キャンセル料も割増で当初請求されました。指摘したら規定通りの額で貰えたのですが、 規定通りキャンセル料取るくせに、そこらへんファジーなんだなって思いました。
