Hotel terbaik di Niseko

We went to the hotel just for the onsen experience (so I can’t comment on the rest of the hotel). We used the mixed gender onsen so my husband and I could go together. They supplied us with yuami to wear (shorts for me and a strapless towel dress for women) at a small cost. The outdoor onsen was beautiful - surrounded by rocks and snow. The water temperature was SO hot so it took us awhile to get used to it, but we loved the experience. We walked there from the Niseko United shuttle drop off at the entrance to Annupuri.

This hot spring hotel is nestled in the picturesque mountains, perfect for those traveling by car. With its traditional Japanese-style architecture. The hot springs offered here are excellent quality. However, please be aware that the hotel is located a bit far from convenience store. To make your stay more convenient, it is advisable to come prepared with any necessary items or food beforehand.

本館のリニューアルしたお部屋、料理長オススメいろは膳で一泊しました！ 目隠しの為に壁に囲まれた露天風呂が多い中、森やせせらぎの音に癒されて気持ちいい露天風呂。木の良い匂いと秋のぴんとした空気と、とろりとした泉質の温泉に癒されます。内風呂には寝湯、サウナも完備してます。 そして何より夕ごはん！どれをとっても秀逸。ローストビーフ、グラタン、ご飯とお椀、最後のプリンまで、とても上品な味わいで大満足でした。 ご飯を食べるためだけでも、くる価値あり！！ フロントやお食事処の係の方からも、細かな気遣いを感じます。 大満足です！癒されました♡ ニセコの定宿確定！また絶対きます。

朝夕二食付きのプラン、お部屋は通常より広いタイプのお部屋で泊まってみました。 もともとホテルの造りはかなり古いのですが、部屋の清掃は行き届いており不快な思いをすることはありませんでした。ただ部屋の風呂とトイレは狭めのユニットバスなので、ちょっと使いづらかったです。 夕食は、特に高級食材を使ったりしていませんが、大人の食事についてはきちんと作っている感じでとても美味しかったです。ただ子供の食事は、アメリカンドックやハンバーグ、オムレツなどすべて出来合いの冷凍食品と思われ残念でした。びっくりドンキーの系列宿なのですから、ハンバーグくらいは美味しいものを出してほしかったです。朝食は、ものすごい品数とボリュームで、最高に満足しました。この朝食を食べるだけでも泊まる価値あると思います。 温泉は、言うまでもなく加温加水消毒一切なしの天然温泉で、露天風呂も適正温度に管理されており最高です。今回は日帰りのお客さんも少なく、貸切状態で楽しむことができました。 これからも、今の感じで営業を続けて欲しいです。

こちらは、ニセコ駅より車で10程度の静かな森の中にあります。 ホテルの基本部分は古いと思いますが、今風にリニューアルされています。 ホテルに入ると森林？の香りがしてチェックインは普通の対応でした。 デラックス和洋室にとまりましたが、部屋は広くゆったりしており、畳でのごろ寝が良かったです。 また、備え付けの羊蹄山の水が美味しかったです。 館内は浴衣で歩く事が出来き、夕食会場へ・・夕食は、ハーフバイキングで 内容的には、刺身、陶板料理、肉or魚焼き料理、他がビュッフェでした。 どれも普通に美味しく、ビュッフェの種類も多かったです。 ホテルのエントランスでは、19:30～約1時間20分間ピアノとバイオリンによる生演奏が楽しめこれまた良かったです。 温泉は若干硫黄のにおいがして普通に内風呂と露天風呂、サウナ、水風呂があり（夜の22:00に男女が入れ替わります） また、朝食のバイキングは和洋沢山のおかずがありお腹いっぱいになりました。 全体的に静かに・ゆったり・美味しく・生演奏が心地よいホテルでした。

This Onsen hotel is 100 points full points perfect. Attention to detail in every single way. Great location, 5mins drive from Annupuri ski resort. Hotel has the amazing forest view, offer free parking. Hotel is shoes free, all guests will require to take off shoes when enter hotel. All staff are friendly and helpful. They will make 100% effort. Hotel offered ski lesson and rental very convenient. Hotel has outdoor public bath and spa treatment. Free lounge has wine, champagne, tea, juice and snacks to guests. The set breakfast and hotel dinner is world class quality. Hotel rooms are very spacious! Noted room will supply plenty of bottle of water and some snack for guests. I can't wait to come back and stay longer for next time! Will recommended to anyone and everyone! Konbu Onsen your service really touch my heart. We are very grateful to stay in such wonderful hotel. We went during winter as it is the best season to visit Niseko but what makes our trip exceptionally memorable is this hotel that we can call our 'home' during our 5-night stay in December 2023. The room is exceptionally comfortable and clean but what stands out is the superb hospitality and service from the hotel's team. From the moment we checked in, the Front Office team was very welcoming (shout out to Kiel, Ryoka and the whole team) including the amiable and helpful hotel manager, Ms. Yolande (who took her time to welcome us and have a brief chat). Yolande even made sure to greet the guests every morning as we all walked to the restaurant for breakfast. It is the little things like this that make the difference. And thank you for all the tips and advice which was very very helpful.. During our stay, we were very comfortable and enjoyed the whole winter at Niseko's experience, especially returning to our cosy hotel and room after a long day exploring the small town. Thanks to the housekeeping team who always kept the room in the best condition (I think they make up the room a minimum of two times a day) - I didn't manage to get your names but your work is highly appreciated. On top of that, we always look forward to going for breakfast every morning as the menu prepared is of excellent quality - serving the best produce from Hokkaido like snow king crab. The team at the restaurant deserves much praise. Shoutout to the team (Goong, Korn, Ploy, Nut, Riko and Kristina). Thank you for your warm hospitality and the little conversations we had. I have lots of fond memories during my stay here and I look forward to coming back again real soon and seeing the familiar faces I've met on this trip.

Excellent rooms which are large enough to accommodate a family of four with 2 children (aged 10 and 12) inclusive. The Niseko-yo was also nearby to offer a wider option for food choices. The view for breakfast during my trip was simply breathtaking. Breakfast buffet spread was the best I have ever had (and my standards are pretty high!) For those who love skiing around Niseko, the hotel offers shuttle bus services around this area. Facilities and amenities live up to the Hilton name. Onsen is superb! Will definitely stay here again. We spent a week at the Andaru collections niseko 3 weeks ago and it was simply amazing. The villa is incredible with luxury comfort, and the service is « relais & chateau » level. The team really cares for the guests and was very reactive to any of our wishes. The half board experience is not to be mentioned, absolutely stunning and fine dining at restaurant Ultimo, and i know what i am talking about as a french chef! Bravo to the Chef too! Really thank you to all the team for this unforgettable experience ! We will definitely come again !
