酒店位置應該是最大優勢，離近江八幡站步行大概五分鐘左右。酒店的工作人員非常專業熱情。 酒店的早餐是傳統的和式米飯小菜味增湯，簡單但是味道中規中矩。其他方面就是標準的商務酒店，如果是出差中轉，可以選擇。

ビジネスホテルとしては何も問題ないです。禁煙室に宿泊出来て、サービス・消耗品（ヘアブラシが付いてなったです）・朝食もついていて立地も駅に近く値段も近所のホテルより安かったのでよかったです。清掃は行き届いていましたが、建物はやや年数がたっているかなと感じましたので、その分だけわずかですが感覚的な評価を下げさせてもらいました。安く泊まれてよかったと思いました。

駅からの近さと部屋の広さはとても良いし周辺もコンビニ・スーパー・飲食店が多く便利。 建物が元々古いのか，古いホテルを買い取ってRemodelしたのか，バスルームに入るのに高い敷居をまたぐタイプな上，お湯と水を別々に調整必要な古い蛇口で使いにくい。更にパッキングの劣化を放っておいてるようなので強く締めないとぼたぼた水音がする。 ロビーのアメニティに耳栓があるのは何故？と思ったら東海道線の音がかなりする。気にする向きの方にはうるさいかも。そのような場合は線路と反対側の部屋を指定するのが良いでしょう。 朝食は無料，言い換えれば強制的に付いてるとも言えるが。。。この手のホテル朝食としては普通。

４／６に宿泊しました。京都の桜が目当てだったのですが、京都市内のホテル代が高くなりすぎて、こちらまで流れてきました。朝食込みで８６００円と、割安だと思います。京都まで３０分以上かかりますが、価格を考えたらどうってことはないです。あと、大浴場がやや狭いのと、朝食の品数が思ったより少ないのが欠点ですが、まぁ価格的に許容範囲だと思います。それよりも夕食を食べる場所がホテル周辺には案外少ないことのほうがキツイです。お店自体が少ないうえに、全国チェーンのお店ばかりです。

First of all, I feel it's very important to mention that the staff here were very helpful in handling a big problem I had with my booking app. I was very grateful for this assistance. There is a beautiful garden outside the lobby. The room had a great view of the town and Hachiman mountain, and was among the most spacious and comfortable I've had in Japan.

基本的なサービスはFineという事で満足しています。ちょっと思う事は予約して行ったのですがどこを利用したら良いか分からなかったので確定時に部屋番号なりを教えて欲しいです。ホテルの性質上確保できないのかもですがなるべく早くすんなりだと助かりますね。あとこれはしたか無いですがタバコ臭が…これも禁煙とかあり得ないので仕方ないですがそれが気になりました。 ロケーション的には周りは何も無いですが車なら市街地に割とすぐですしアウトレットに行くのにも良い位置かと。

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The staff was amazing and the place was super clean. We were on a bikepacking trip and they even allowed us to bring our bikes into the room, which was very convenient. The Nepalese chef deserves special mention for preparing amazing food for us. Overall, it was a truly amazing experience and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable and enjoyable accommodation.
