Hotel terbaik di Yanagawa

Our stay here was truly wonderful. Despite the staff having limited English proficiency, they went above and beyond to accommodate us. We enjoyed our evening at the onsen before the private dining experience and indulged in another morning onsen session after breakfast. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and the food exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this place.

Great venue for a quiet holiday and enjoying hot spring bath. Guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor bath without paying extra. We enjoyed very much the private bath which can be reserved with an extra ¥2000. Room is large with a Japanese style sitting lounge. The toilet/bathroom is quite old but most important it's clean. The public laundry has two washing machines available for guest's use, but the room is not cleaned properly and the washing machines are quite old. That's the main set back after all. Overall it's a nice place with walking distance to boat ride and eel restaurants and tourist attractions.

We stopped overnight in Yanagawa on our road trip from Nagasaki to Fukuoka. As a recently new hotel we decided on New Gaea. Not that new really as it was just a makeover with the old facade still visible when you open the sliding windows to see the exisiting old walls. Check-in was OK BUT my complain (as I think others would too) is that there is no driveway or any place for our vehicle to stop in front of the hotel to drop our luggage or to check-in before heading to the carpark which was some 5-minutes walk away beyond the railroad crossing. So we had to borrow the opposite neighbor's driveway to unload/load our luggage. Hotel has no onsite carpark facility, except when we were at the lounge for drinks that we noticed a small parking area, probably for staff behind the building. There's a lift in the hotel, free welcome drinks in the evening with bubbly after 9pm till 11pm and the rooms were quiet. We were in a 3-bedder and pretty comfortable in size with our luggage opened. Good WiFi coverage, clean room with full amenities. In the morning after checking-out we left our luggage with the front desk to explore Yanagawa. Good location as the canal is just behind and follow either way one will reach the shrines and the castle moat. Train station is nearby on one end of the hotel and a mall with supermarket is within 10-minutes walking.

柳川駅の目の前という好立地のルートインです。禁煙ルームを利用しました。 シングルですが、部屋は十分広く、PCなどの作業ができる小さなデスクがあるのは便利でした。大浴場があるのも特徴ですが、その分公共の場所で客の服装が旅館のようになってしまうのは、ホテルとしてはややグローバル感に欠けると感じました。 サービスモーニングはビュッフェ形式ですが、スタッフの気づきもよく気持ちよく利用できました。 総じて気持ちよく利用できるホテルだと思います。

Central easy walk to great restaurants and quenelles and sightseeing highlights of Yanagawa. Modern reception with ultra friendly staff who made us feel most welcome even with the language barrier. Kuniko-San was on reception when we checked in and served us breakfast each day. She was so helpful, engaging and incredibly welcoming. Traditional Japanese Breakfast was included in our tariff and changed each morning, delicious, pickled vegetables, grilled fish, rice with Tsukudani, miso , marinated octopus with vegetables, tamago & green tea & filter coffee. The room was traditional Japanese large and spacious 10 tatami with extra futons for increased cushion. The best part was the view from the room overlooking a lovely traditional Japanese garden, very private, and shielded from the bright morning sun by surrounding trees. I highly recommend this lovely hotel for an authentic Japanese experience

처음 혼자 여행이라 걱정 많았는데 사장님 두분 모두 너무 착하시고 동네도 고즈넉해서 정말 좋았어요. 아침에 일찍 도착해버려서 짐을 맡겨도 되는지 여쭤봤는데 흔쾌히 들어주셨습니다. 특히 이 가격에 전통 일본 분위기의 료칸과 조식을 맛 볼 수 있었던게 너무 좋았습니다(특히 장어 구이는 눈물날 정도로 맛있었음)! 유카타도 입어볼 수 있고 다양한 한지?에 붓으로 쓸 수 있는 체험도 하게해주셔서 행복한 추억 만들 수 있었습니다. 일본 가정집에서 사는 듯한 기분도 들어서 만족도 높았어요. 야나가와 여행을 오신다면 뱃놀이랑 장어구이 말고도 1-2박하시면서 예쁜 동네 구경 천천히 해보시면 좋을 것 같습니다☺️ 이런 리뷰 잘 안 남기는데 사장님들이 정말 손님을 소중하게 대해주시는게 느껴져서 꼭 남기고 싶었습니다. 다음에는 친구랑 함께 오겠습니다 뜻깊은 추억 남겨주셔서 감사해요♡

요즘 흔해 빠진 체인점같은 호텔말고 일본의 전통 향을 느낄 수 있는 료칸을 원했는데, 추구했던 료칸이었어요. 처음에 후기에 료칸사장님께서 영어가 안되신다는 글을 보고 조금 걱정했는데 문제없이 소통하였어요. 대부분 호텔이 굉장히 좁았는데 방이 굉장히 넓었으며, 항상 드라마나 만화에서만 보던 저의 로망을 이룬것같아 개인적으로는 일본을 몇번 왔다갔다하는 사람으로써는 제일 만족했던 숙소였습니다. 청결은 말할 것도 없고요. 또, 조식으로 먹었던 일본느낌의 음식이 아직도 머리속에 맴돕니다. 다음에 방문했을때는 저녁도 먹어보고싶어요!♡

柳川観光で泊まりました。 場所は駅から近くて便利です。 コンビニは周辺にないので自販機で水を買いました。 建物は古いです、祖母の家に遊びにきたような感覚で過ごせました。 浴場もあり、ゆっくりと湯船にもつかれましたしシャワーブースも二つほどあったのもよかったです。 トイレや洗面所は綺麗でした。 ただドライヤーは見当たらなかった（フロントで借りれたのかな？）ので自然乾燥させました。 周りは良くも悪くも何もなく、夜は星がとても綺麗でよかったです。

Just a few minute walk from the station. Has a few convenient stores and restaurant's near by.. Staff very friendly and helpful. They offer a breakfast from 0700-0930. Mainly Japanese style, but they do serve scramble eggs and sausage and rolls. I enjoyed my stay there.
