I stayed here with my husband and two children. We chose this resort because they had rooms well suited for families. The resort staff met at us at the pier and took us and our luggage by small speed boat to the resort—saving us a difficult walk along the beach with all of our bags. The front desk staff were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. The rooms were very clean. We loved being on the beach and having a view of the ocean from our front deck. There were comfortable couches and chairs on the deck where we could lounge throughout the day. We looked forward to the resort breakfast each morning. I especially appreciated that the wait staff would provide steamed milk for our coffee each morning. We had several meals at the resort restaurant during our stay and we enjoyed them all. We were disappointed by the amount of trash that would wash up along the island beach but the resort had staff that would maintain the beach in front of the resort each day so it was nice to have a cleaner area for swimming and playing in the sand.

The resort itself was as expected, although it's a bit of a dust bowl all around it and there was a pole driver going next door for a few hours each day, luckily not too early. If you have to stay in Sihanoukville then this is a good option and the walk to the beach is bareable. If you don't need to stay in Sihanoukville then don't, the beach is ok but there are scant options for food to enjoy a nice day along the beach, it's a bit of a weird baren ghost town area at this end of Otres beach. The rooms were comfortable, and the pool a welcome relief for cooling off. The food at the restaurant was also great and serves in a lovely thatched roof area surrounded by garden. I did note they dropped there price a lot the day before so would be worth it for a last minute stay just to chill.

The resort was lovely. I can see this being the perfect place for family travel. There is a small beach a short walk from the reception. Long set beach is about 15-20 minute walk away. If you land at long set beach I recommend walking to the resort because it's very difficult to find on on a motorcycle. If you do take a motorcycle make sure to arrange for someone to wait at the road to show you the way. Everything else was great.

The staff at ISLAND CENTER POINT were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Their warm hospitality added an extra layer of comfort to our stay and made us feel right at home. However, one aspect that could be improved is the mosquito situation. While the rooms are clean and spacious with stunning views of the ocean, the presence of mosquitoes can be quite bothersome. Installing mosquito nets in the rooms would greatly enhance the comfort of guests and ensure a restful night's sleep. Overall, ISLAND CENTER POINT offers a tranquil escape to paradise, with its breathtaking scenery and welcoming atmosphere. With a few improvements, it has the potential to become an even more unforgettable destination for travelers seeking serenity and natural beauty.

Best beach on the island,really breathtaking !! Very kind,helpful team who are trying their best to make your stay wonderful. However my”Deluxe”room was far from Deluxe & unfinished.Bare ciment flooring throughout which made the bedroom smell terrible all day /night after having a shower so I had to risk leaving the bedroom door open all day to make it bearable .No bedside lamp,no hairdryer,no cupboard to put your clothes away just few hangers,no safe,no internet in the room just outside but the bed is big and very comfortable and air conditioning is very good but at 85 dollars a night you are paying basically for the setting because the rooms barely make it a 3 *. They are building much more villas & the design is beautiful, I am sure once all finish, it will be a real success but at the moment you have to improve the food urgently, it is the worse I have ever had on holiday.Overall very relaxing and beautiful setting with fantastic staff,just don't eat there .The ice coffees are really nice though .

It's located in Koh Rong, not too far from the mainland of Sihanoukville but still far enough away to feel like a vacation. The resort is very private, with beautiful gardens and a private pool that overlooks the ocean. Also, inside there are modern facilities like air conditioning and WiFi. Moreover, the staff at Bird Nest Villas were incredibly friendly, especially when it came to making sure I had everything I needed for my stay. They also made sure that my room was cleaned regularly and that I had adequate supplies on hand when needed. In addition, the best part about staying at Bird Nest Villas is that you get all of this privacy in an intimate setting with modern amenities, but with all of the natural beauty around you—you can enjoy nature without having to leave your room! I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with some extra excitement thrown in--it's great for families or couples who want something different than just laying on the beach!

It’s simply THE BEST resort you can find on the island, thanks to its facilities and its position: it’s on a stunning private beach, with light blue water and white sand, and immersed in a flourishing garden that assures you privacy and tranquillity (but if you want to have fun, you can find a lot parties at walking distance). The swimming pool near the sea is also stunning, especially at sunset. The food is very good, and the staff is super nice, competent and helpful. Rooms are spacious, with all the amenities and a big wonderful bathroom. I would suggest to add more vegetarian options to the menu.
