Riad molto molto carino, personale gentile soprattutto la signora che ci ha accolti non appena arrivati, parlava correttamente l’inglese ed il Francese, ci ha subito offerto del buon tè e ci ha fornito alcune informazioni. Stanza carina e pulita. Posizione del riad ottima, vicino al centro e dentro la Medina. Unica pecca ci dicono che la colazione è possibile effettuarla dalle 8 in poi, o nella saletta apposita vicino all’ingresso del riad o nel terrazzo, purtroppo abbiamo dovuto attendere fino alle 9.10/9.20 circa… non vi era nessuno se non altri ospiti come noi.

EEva Li 622It is a very nice place in Medina. Madame Hanane makes the rooms very clean and beautiful, she also cooks the guests breakfast. She cooks in the lovely kitchen and her dishes are very delicious. Ms. Jihane is helpful as well, as she replies me very fast. Don’t hesitate to choose this riad. It’s a best riad I lived in Morocco.

KKate FA beautiful looking riad in a great area however it lacked the friendliness that all the other riafs we've stayed at offered. The female manger who greeted us was lovely, unfortunately the male manager on the evening and next morning shift was gruff, unfriendly, unhelpful and intolerant of guests children. No greetings or farewell and he didn't offer or assist us with carrying our luggage downstairs. His attitude changed the whole feeling of the place. Such a shame as I couldn't have faulted anything else except the beds are very hard and dinner although nice, quite pricey. Hopefully the owners see this review and do something about the manager.

시내 중심가에서는 조금 떨어져 있습니다.
무료 주차라서 호텔 바로 앞에 주차할수있어서
좋았고 다만 라마단 기간이라서 그런지
룸서비스가 안되어서 저녁은 밖에 나가서
해결해야 했습니다. 방에 냉장고가 없는게
좀 불편했습니다.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere, and the beds were very cozy. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the bed linens and the overall calmness of the environment. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The cleanliness of both the bathroom and the room itself was not up to standard and should be revisited. Additionally, the breakfast selection could be improved, as it didn’t fully meet expectations. Lastly, considering the overall quality and the location, I found the price to be slightly high.

I was invited to the city of meknes by a friend of mine and i asked my friend for the most popular hotel and the first that came to his mind is ibis, so we went there and from the entrace of the hotel i knew it was going to be a wonderful stay, and indeed it was, the hospitality that we had from the hotel staff was exceptional, we used to spend hours by the pool, swimming and having some drinks, i will never forget this experience

Étant un ancien client de cet hôtel je ne peux m’empêcher d’écrire ce commentaire. Il y a quelques années j’ai eu le plaisir de passer un séjour très agréable à l’hôtel, mais cette fois ci c’est différent, on a été agréablement surpris du grand changement sur tout les niveaux. L’hôtel a été rénové, une jolie décoration, une piscine magnifique avec un très beau jardin. Les chambres très spacieuses avec une literie très confortable. Le personnel ( femmes de chambres, serveurs, équipe à la réception…) tous très gentils et très accueillants! Une dame très gentille qu’on ne peut pas rater, il s’agit d’une responsable de l’hôtel qui est toujours présente un peu partout et toujours avec un grand sourire prête à nous rendre service. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !!! Merci pour cet agréable séjour !

Franchement, un ryad sympa personnels super sympa le patron très ouvert et le jeune petit mimoun poli souriant et très sociable, je recommande fortement , si vous chercher le calme , la tranquillité , et le service la bonne adresse est celle ci. Karim
