We had a truly lovely time in the Grand Hotel Gozo. Rooms were gorgeous - so spacious, well laid out, immaculately clean and very, very well serviced. Beds were also very comfortable. Be sure to ask about eating in their other restaurant at check in. Staff are extremely courteous and helpful especially Reception. Currently using one bar which is situated in reception area. Drinks are excellent, fantastic staff and service. We will definitely come back.

The hotel is a proper boutique hotel. The finishing and furnishing is great, the breakfast amazing and the hospitality of the Director and staff is great. We just arrived from a weekend there. We had a small yorkie with us. Did not have any issues, loved the place and will definitely be going there again, and the next time, the pool should be available too :-)

Fabulous hotel stayed in room 10 this had a jacuzzi. Frankie the reservations manager very helpful an asset to the hotel. The room had a huge balcony with views all around. We received a bottle of wine and water from the hotel this was a nice touch. The cleaners came in whilst we had breakfast must be thanked for a great job. Breakfast was in the pizzeria downstairs - plenty of choice only gripe you had to pay for coffee. Bus stop outside hotel. Del Capo Pizzeria below the hotel did fantastic pizzas. Gebuba bar in Nadur square definitely worth a visit so many drinks choices Govann the owner very chatty and welcoming. The snack bar in the square is also nice for a snack and a coffee. If you dont want to drive the buses are good but we also used Bolt very good and reasonable. Used fast ferry to Gozo 45 minutes - excellent and really good value. The hotel was a great base with staff very friendly and helpful yes I would definitely stay again loads of walks and beautiful scenery.

We spent a weekend evening in this charming little B&B, and loved every moment of it! The room was spacious, tastefully styled, clean and quiet. The bed was immensely comfortable and we had a restful sleep. The view of the island from the bedroom balcony window was breathtaking. There was a swimming pool that we thought about swimming in, but in December it was probably too cold. Really wish we had more time to enjoy, I would love to return to this beautiful home!

Stayed at this hotel for a week and couldn’t fault it, the rooms were spotless. Every morning when we went down for breakfast by the time when cam back to our room it had been serviced. The effort of the staff was brilliant, due to unforeseen circumstances my wife couldn’t go so I went with my mate. When we got to the room there was only a double bed. We called the number shown on the door and asked if we could have a camp bed in the room, within half an hour the problem was resolved with no dramas and a very helpful and friendly member of staff. There is no staff at the hotel except in the mornings. So when we arrived in the afternoon we had to call the help number and as I said a member of staff was there to fix our problem. The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was great with plenty to choose from, but I would highly recommend the poached eggs they were to die for. Once again a very relaxing stay and I’m looking forward to going back a very peaceful location and close to local restaurants.

The hotel was really nice, everything really modern and with all comfortables. Cleaning ok, maybe something to improve but nothing bad. Breakfast very good, they had everything in buffet. Position good, no complaints at all!! The only annoying thing was the light of the security that all the night was green and red, really annoying for people that like to spleep in the darkness.

The hotel holds a 5 star rating and to be fair it is very good in general but as other reviews have stated, the bathrooms are a little tired. The food is decent but overpriced in my opinion, breakfast is good, no complaints there. If you don’t like cats don’t go, there are more than a dozen cats milling about at all times, very petted but very hungry. We had a great room very close to the pool, housekeeping is very good too. Pools and all areas are lovely and clean and the spa pool is heated, bar is nice but drink is expensive. No snack menu though which is a shame because there is nowhere cheap nearby to get anything to eat, the closest shop is a 20 minute walk away. If you’re seeking a relaxing do nothing holiday then this fits the bill, there’s nothing to do there, it’s very quiet. Staff are very nice and helpful. The bus service on Gozo is fantastic however and you can catch the 305 into Victoria every hour, it’s very prompt. I’d suggest buying the pass which can be purchased at the station for €25 each, it gives unlimited travel for 7 days. The hotels “private beach” isn’t a beach, it’s a Rocky outcrop with lots of steps down to a rock shelf with a step ladder into the sea. We went there one day in our hire car but there was no one there, AT ALL! I did go in for a swim but the water was rough and about 15m deep, given that there was no one around to offer assistance IF anything were to happen I made my swim very short. To sum up the hotel, it is very nice and very clean, great staff and very relaxing. Would I go back? No, even at 57 years old I look for a bit more excitement than this place can offer. Gozo as a whole is lovely to see and easy to navigate but been there got the t-shirt but wouldn’t rush back, Malta looked too busy for me but Gozo was too quiet, something in the middle I prefer. Each to their own though, it just wasn’t for me. If you want to just chill, this is ideal.
