Отличный небольшой остров с красивыми видами и хорошим сервисом. Не знаю, кого может в отзывах не устраивать питание, кормят вкусно и разнообразно. Если кому-то не хватает черной икры, устриц и 500 видов супов - это другие отели и другая ценовая категория. У нас было все включено, и это просто вкусно и никто голодным не оставался. Из плюсов лично для нас - это кофемашина в номере. Мы летели сюда за релаксом и это само то. Когда хотелось больше активности, то теннисные корты, зал для бадминтона, настольного тенниса был в нашем распоряжении. Хороший домашний риф для сноркелинга, скаты заплывали каждый день. Словом, мы в восторге и хотим поблагодарить отель за прекрасное времяпрепровождение. Единственный неприятный момент - это сотрудница центра водных видов спорта на берегу Лиза. Она с Украины и для гостей из России этим все сказано. Как только она узнает, что вы из России - сразу грубое общение и продвижение «своей политической повестки», что неуместно для сотрудника, и отель должен принять соответствующие меры. Однако, это никак не смогло испортить положительные впечатления от нашего путешествия. Мы просто перестали пользоваться услугами этого центра. Все же остальные сотрудники отеля очень доброжелательны, вежливы и готовы помочь незамедлительно по любой проблеме. Особенные слова благодарности за молниеносное решение всех вопросов и приятное общение хочется выразить русскоязычным девушкам Амине и Марине. Они - это образец доброжелательности и профессионализма.

The best resort in Maldives it was an amazing experience. The water sports are amazing you can do amazing things like u can do jet skiing, scuba diving and fly boarding. And dont get me started on the staff they were just amazing and Kunal our butler was the best and the nicest person who made our trip even more memorable and this was the best vacation i have ever had

A magical place at all! White sand, green/blue water, lovely personal. Mostly we like for food, the sufura Restaurant. The whole Team from Apoorva, Preeti, Hari, Maaisan and the cooks Anant and Pawan. making such an friendly energy since every meal, so tastefully. We loved to sit and eat there. Also we had an amazing roomservice, shaamil. Thanks for your love for us and your our room! Sitting in the evening at Cafe Mass at the sunsets are so relaxing. Thanks for that lovely place ♡

The experience at the Maldives Emerald Resort was truly fantastic. In particular, Mr. Ramses' kind and always smiling face made our trip even more special. We were able to have a very satisfying time thanks to his excellent service and careful consideration. I highly recommend the Emerald Resort, and thanks to employees like Mr. Ramses, I had a more special experience. Thank you!

Dear Team, The only good thing is the view, otherwise it will ruin your trip and makr you blood pressure high. Please dont visit. Find my experience below: It is disappointing to see such five star resort operate purely as a business with no genuine sense of hospitality. During our stay, we have encountered several issues, one of which occurred just a few minutes ago. The so-called complimentary services have proven to be almost worthless. We are on an all-inclusive premium plan and have paid a significant amount for this experience, yet the staff seems more focused on denying services than accommodating guests. For instance, we were denied our spa service because we were 9 minutes late due to a delayed photoshoot scheduled at 10 AM. Despite requesting the resort host to adjust the timing by half an hour, we received no support. Even when booking on the first day, we were told no other slots were available, except for 10:30 AM on December 18. The host has been consistently uncooperative, responding selectively to messages and ignoring our concerns. Requests for timing adjustments were repeatedly met with “It’s booked” or “Not possible,” without any attempt to find a solution. The restaurant experience has been equally disheartening. Despite plenty of empty tables, every restaurant we approached claimed to be fully booked, turning guests away without food. This creates the impression that we are being forced to eat only what the resort dictates, leaving us feeling trapped. Another incident occurred at the water sports area when we requested a snorkeling kit, which is supposed to be complimentary. The staff rudely told us none were available and asked us to return in the evening. After explaining that this timing was useless for us, they continued to ignore our request until we mentioned reporting the incident on social media, at which point a kit was found within minutes. This pattern of behavior—especially the bias against north Indian guests—is unacceptable. Instead of making us feel welcome, the resort appears focused solely on exploiting its visitors. Hope not to visit this family of resort again and never recommend this to anyone. My wife had fear of being trapped in this island so much that she forced me to return the borrowed snorkling kit before 4PM otherwise they will trap us over here. At last in the name fruit basket they sent rotten fruit.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and had an incredible time. The staff were exceptionally helpful, the service was nothing short of excellent, and all of the facilities were incredibly new, clean, and modern. We were torn between this resort and others and I'm so glad we chose Alila!

My sister and I visited The Standard Maldives and stayed in the water Villa facing the sunset and it was one of the best thing ever! The resort itself is extremely beautiful located in a beautiful and clean island. Very tranquil and peaceful! Not to forget the staffs are so friendly felt like family.Our host was Shaan, who is super friendly, accommodating, and organized everything for us neatly, you are the best! A lot of the staff in the resort were very friendly and have wonderful smiles, including Abaan, who was our buggy driver, felt like a real wildlife safari ride, he showed us sharks, rays, bird nests the baby birds were so cute. made a memorable experience. would definitely recommend this resort. and would love to come back someday.
