Отличный небольшой остров с красивыми видами и хорошим сервисом. Не знаю, кого может в отзывах не устраивать питание, кормят вкусно и разнообразно. Если кому-то не хватает черной икры, устриц и 500 видов супов - это другие отели и другая ценовая категория. У нас было все включено, и это просто вкусно и никто голодным не оставался. Из плюсов лично для нас - это кофемашина в номере. Мы летели сюда за релаксом и это само то. Когда хотелось больше активности, то теннисные корты, зал для бадминтона, настольного тенниса был в нашем распоряжении. Хороший домашний риф для сноркелинга, скаты заплывали каждый день. Словом, мы в восторге и хотим поблагодарить отель за прекрасное времяпрепровождение. Единственный неприятный момент - это сотрудница центра водных видов спорта на берегу Лиза. Она с Украины и для гостей из России этим все сказано. Как только она узнает, что вы из России - сразу грубое общение и продвижение «своей политической повестки», что неуместно для сотрудника, и отель должен принять соответствующие меры. Однако, это никак не смогло испортить положительные впечатления от нашего путешествия. Мы просто перестали пользоваться услугами этого центра. Все же остальные сотрудники отеля очень доброжелательны, вежливы и готовы помочь незамедлительно по любой проблеме. Особенные слова благодарности за молниеносное решение всех вопросов и приятное общение хочется выразить русскоязычным девушкам Амине и Марине. Они - это образец доброжелательности и профессионализма.

We booked total 5D4N here in Dhigali (2N in Beach Bungalow and 2N in Water Villa). I would say the entire stay experience was so great, relaxed and enjoyed to the fullest. We came here with Seaplane arranged by the resort, and we were welcomed with a team of people standing by the jetty, so warmth and delighted. Hardoum was the one that assigned to do the check-in process, must give her a kudos as her service is tip top and everything are well explained. She even patiently took out a board with the resort map and explain each agenda carefully as this private island is huge (packed with 4 restaurants and 2 bars even, on top of the resort rooms!). The resort is tech friendly where guests are required to download Dhigali App for any restaurant, water sport, spa reservation, also to track buggy location to pick us up anywhere. My wife and I had 1000’s of choices of where to celebrate my 60th milestone birthday. We chose to return to Heritance Aarah after visiting for the first time in October 2023! Why, one may ask? For us it was simple… The entire staff. We had our same Butler Preetham, which we think is the “Butler Of The Year” in our book. He looked after us like we were his only guests and he had several under his care. Chef Jayalal took very special care of us with his “Super Chef” talents. Always with a smile. He is just one of the many super talented, international award winning chefs on the team lead by Executive Chef Silva. It was great to see and interact with all members of the culinary team… new additions and those we met before. Every meal was delicious. We especially enjoyed seeing Dinu, Toddy, Alsan and Tharaka again. They remembered us and we never forgot them. They are etched into our memories forever. We met a few new members of the team that we will also remember for many years to come… Sheriff, Nalaka, Afrah, Damit, Chameera and many more. Special thank you to the new Restuarant Managers that ensured we had a great culinary experience! There is a whole world to see & experience… But I think we will be back! Until next time… PEACE✌🏾

All the staff were very friendly, the island is beautiful, clean, rooms perfectly cleaned, the food was excellent, great choice of different types of food. Every day there is a different international cuisine to choose from, we enjoyed the local Maldivian cuisine the most. As for the restaurant Cafe Mass, Thavaa, the staff was very nice, helpful, smiling. We felt very comfortable in their presence. Special thanks to the staff from Cafe Mass and Thavaa to chefs Sandun and Dilip and our kindest waiters Asmi and Sumudu :) We really enjoyed the atmosphere and staff at Albino bar and sunset bar. They were great :)

The experience at the Maldives Emerald Resort was truly fantastic. In particular, Mr. Ramses' kind and always smiling face made our trip even more special. We were able to have a very satisfying time thanks to his excellent service and careful consideration. I highly recommend the Emerald Resort, and thanks to employees like Mr. Ramses, I had a more special experience. Thank you!

We visited Furaveri from the UK for a 10 night holiday. We travelled direct from London Heathrow with BA which was ok - just the normal BA offerings with a no frills experience. We were met at Male airport and shown through to the seaplane desk before being whisked away to the seaplane terminal. Furaveri have their own lounge which was comfortable, and a couple of hours later we were taken down to the seaplane. Upon arrival at the island, we were met by Tamanna, our island host and after all the usual formalities a cold drink and a cold towel, we were taken by buggy on a quick tour of the island and then through to our villa. We were staying in 106 which is a beach villa, quite close to the restaurant and bar but with a lovely wide stretch of sandy beach directly outside. The villa itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. We were on the island wide all inclusive package which meant we had a stocked mini bar and we were able to order an addition 3 bottles of wine (red / white / rose) to our villa each day. The bathroom was a typical Maldivian inside outside affair with 2 sinks, an inside and an outside shower, a toilet cubicle and a bath. The villa was lovely and was kept spotlessly clean during our stay by Shabuddin. We had a slight issue on arrival in that our safe was locked - we called for assistance and a guy came to open it up for us which was fine, but he then requested money for doing so - We have never had that before on any of our travels and it left a slight bad taste in our mouths. The food and bar offerings were outstanding and the food was the best we have ever had anywhere we have travelled. It was constantly being restocked, fresh, appetising and something to please everyone. As we were island wide all inc, we also visited the Mexican, Indian and Asian restaurants as part of the package. All 3 were outstanding, the service was good, the food delicious and plentiful and all included in the package. The drinks on offer at the bar and restaurants was equally as good, an extensive cocktail list and the included wines were delicious. Thank you to Mahesh and Harry at the main bar who made sure we were always topped up! The pool area was clean and beautiful although we didn't stay around there. The beach was beautiful, clean and well kept. It was a little choppy for me for snorkelling but I did manage to go out a few times. I'm not a strong swimmer but I was quite happy with the plentiful fish I saw. There are watersports available at the hotel which we didn't partake in - the jet skis were annoying to be honest, but then so were some of the guests who thought it was ok to stand on the coral. The entertainment was not too bad - there are kids here so there was half an hour of kids disco each evening although that didn't bother us too much. The foreshow was fantastic as was the Maldivian night where a lot of the staff provided the entertainment and got quite a few of us up and dancing. We

The hotel has very good food options and all are very well made. The staffs are very attentive and friendly, always coming to chat with us and giving advice on activities and history of Maldives. I’m The hotel offers good variety of water sports so that we won’t get bored. The sand is fine on the beach and the water quality is very suitable for snorkelling. We can easily find lots of fish by swimming a hundred meters from the shore. We tried SPAs, table tennis, snooker, gym facilities. We joined scuba diving, fishing and they were all very well organised. The only shortfall is the pest problem. Lots of mosquitoes caused serious problems at the beginning. The staff should have warned guests seriously about this so that we can get prepared (closing doors and apply repellant) otherwise you will get really bad bites by various bugs. We stayed at beach villa and every night it’s like a battle of all kinds of bugs - gigantic cockroaches, snails, worms, caterpillars, flies, lizards, spiders, red ants and sand bugs. I even found one flying ant in bed one night. This really ******* me during the entire trip.
